Amenities
The family-friendly 3-roomapartment on the 1st floor spans approximately 70 square meters of living space across two levels and is equipped to accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children.
On the first level, you’ll find the living room with a large corner sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area, and a small open kitchen.
From here, you can also step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony with a view of the greenery.
The bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this level.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet. There is also plenty of room for a crib. From the living area, a space-saving staircase leads up to the open loft. This area is more suitable for older children. Here you’ll find 3 single beds and a sofa. A separate flat-screen TV mounted on the wall provides entertainment on this floor as well.
Special Features
In this non-smoking apartment, a high chair and a travel crib with a matching mattress are available free of charge for our youngest guests. The apartment has its own entrance via the pergola, offering a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.

Bicycles

There are two shared, lockable storage sheds on the property (with an outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bikes [&] and other items can be stored safely here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, bookings must cover the entire stay. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key handover at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax (April 1–October 31) is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 6 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor cards will be sent digitally.
