The cozy living and dining area features a sofa corner, satellite TV (flat-screen), and, of course, a great reading nook for bookworms. The dining area for 4 people offers plenty of space for dining or cozy get-togethers. The couch can be pulled out if needed and provides a sleeping area for 2 guests. A walk-in closet is accessible from the living area.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and much more.
In the bedroom, a double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.

You can rent bikes in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
