Amenities

The modern 3-roomvacation apartment on the 2nd floor spans approximately 55 square meters of living space across two levels and offers family-friendly amenities for up to 4 guests.
The first level features an inviting and modern living, cooking, and dining area that is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and furnishings. In the living area, a cozy couch invites you to relax. A flat-screen TV (satellite) and a small library provide entertainment here. You’re welcome to enjoy your meals in the separate dining area.
The kitchenette has a modern, open layout and is well-equipped for self-catering. For example, in addition to an oven and a stove with a ceramic cooktop, you’ll also find a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all small kitchen appliances, as well as plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.
There is also a bedroom on this floor furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm / height 50 cm) and a wardrobe.
After an exciting day of vacation, relax on the furnished northeast-facing balcony, which is accessible directly from the living area.
You can reach the second level (top floor) via an open wooden spiral staircase from the living room.
Here on the top floor, you’ll find an open loft area with a TV and cozy throw pillows, as well as a small closet.
You’ll also find the guest/children’s room on this floor, featuring two single beds (each 80x200 cm, height 65 cm), as well as the bathroom with a shower and toilet. The window helps with ventilation, for example, after showering, and the towel warmer provides cozy warmth here.

Special Features

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge for our youngest guests. Both bedrooms can be easily darkened. The apartment’s own washing machine is located in the building’s laundry room and can be used free of charge as needed. The beautifully landscaped, well-maintained property with a garden also features a small on-site playground.

Bicycles

There is a generally accessible, lockable storage shed on the property (with limited space). There you can securely store your rented or personal bicycles and similar items. There are also bike racks on the property.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental service also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
