This 2-room, non-smoking vacation apartment, which was newly renovated at the end of 2018 and measures approximately 52 m², is located on the 1st floor of the building and features a spacious south-facing balcony (sunny side, with balcony furniture and cushions), which offers a direct view of the dunes.

Entrance area: From the entryway with a coat rack, you can access the living room, the shower room/toilet, the guest restroom, and the bedroom.
Living room: The living room has everything you could want and is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa set from Bielefelder Werkstätten (1 sleeper sofa and 2 armchairs, sleeping area 1.40 x 2.00 m at a comfortable height), a dining area, a large flat-screen cable TV, a radio/CD player, Wi-Fi (subject to availability), and a phone with free calls to German landlines.
Kitchen: The trendy new kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a Nespresso machine, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, and a window. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
Bedroom: The bedroom features a high-quality, custom-made double bed (2 single mattresses, 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a spacious, lighted closet.
Bathroom: The modern, new bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with an extra-low threshold, a sink, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a toilet—perfect for getting your day off to a great start. A separate guest restroom is also available.
