With the Baltic Sea right on your doorstep, this vacation rental is the ideal starting point for all kinds of excursions. The town center, with its great shops and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. Doctors’ offices, banks, and a pharmacy are also within walking distance.
Amenities
The Timmendorfer Strand duplex vacation rental is furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. You’ll enter the light-filled apartment on the first floor of the “Strandhus” complex. From some of the rooms, as well as from the balcony, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea.
The living and dining area with an open kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker—leaves nothing to be desired. On the same floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. Exterior roller shades to darken the room round out the amenities.
The open staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with two separate single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). You’ll also find a bathroom on this level with a view of the Baltic Sea. Here, you can wind down your day in the bathtub.
Special Features
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi—not included in the rental agreement. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement, which is accessible from outside. An outdoor parking space is available directly in front of the house. The Strandhus features a beautiful communal garden, located directly on the Baltic Sea, with access to the promenade and the beach. Seating, a beach chair, and a grill are available here.
A high chair and a travel crib are included in the apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment; dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets.
