Location

Directly across from the indoor swimming pool, just a few steps from the fine-sand beach in Niendorf, the Residenz Niendorf is located at Travemünder Landstr. 2. In this modern residential complex, we rent out several 2- and 3-room vacation apartments with balconies, some of which offer a side view of the sea.

Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The beautiful beach is just 50 meters away—here you can bask in the sun to your heart’s content or enjoy a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea. You can also go swimming at the seawater indoor pool located directly across the street. The beautiful surroundings—with the beach, harbor, and cliffs—invite you to go on long hikes, bike rides, and walks.

Amenities

The modern 2-room apartment No. 24 is located on the 1st floor of the building. The Niendorf vacation rental is equipped for up to 4 people and features a living room/bedroom with a modern sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and stereo system. A cozy dining area connects the living room to the open-concept kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The living room also opens onto the furnished balcony. The separate bedroom in the Niendorf vacation rental is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an additional TV with a soundbar. The shower room and the entryway round out this modern and tasteful vacation home on the Baltic Sea.

Special Features

During the beach chair season from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair on the beach is available for free use.
The building has an elevator. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers (50-cent coins) are located in the basement for a fee.

There is an underground parking space for your car (entry height approx. 1.90 m). A lockable bicycle storage room is available (we cannot guarantee a space).
The apartment features free Wi-Fi.

This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
