DIR - El Diria Condos ofrece una excelente ubicación. Situado en el corazón de Tamarindo, este condominio remodelado de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño cuenta con cocina completa, TV por cable y fácil acceso a la playa. Capacidad máxima de 4 personas.

Descubra el lujo asequible en este hermoso condominio ubicado entre el principal resort frente al mar de Tamarindo. Justo al otro lado de la calle de Playa Tamarindo, este condominio maravillosamente decorado combina vista al mar, una gran piscina de forma libre y fácil acceso al centro de Tamarindo con privacidad y seguridad. Estás a pocos pasos de la playa, la tienda de comestibles, el banco, las tiendas y muchos restaurantes que Tamarindo tiene para ofrecer.

El amplio dormitorio principal se abre a un balcón con vista al mar que es perfecto para disfrutar de las puestas de sol. Allí encontrará una cama king size más 2 camas individuales. The property is located in the heart of Tamarindo, close ot the shops and restaurants, amenities, and the beach. You are right across the street from the beach, a short 10-minute walk. The condo is on the second floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. Comfortable and fully equipped, it is ideal for families with kids or friends and couples. A/c in every room, cable TV, internet, laundry amenities, a full kitchen, hot water, free parking, and a shared pool are also included in the rental.

This condo is extremely difficult to find. Ho to Tamarindo past the Dirra resort turn left go to first gate with guard shack go up hill to condo. It took us hours to find it and the staff at Dirra were not helpful. Beautiful condo. Perfectly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Thank you for the 5-star review. Diria 202 is a nice 2 BDR oceanview condo in the heart of Tamarindo. It is a great location within walking distance to everything. The unit is fully equipped and welcoming for families and friends. Sorry, the direction was hard to follow, and the staff on-site was not helpful. We will review our instructions and work on them to make them clearer, even if most people usually find their way pretty easily. We hope you can come back and stay here again soon! Pura vida.

Great location, great views!

Great condo close to the beach in gated resort. We appreciated the security and the location close to the beach, restaurants and grocery. Only issue was a lot of red ants but that’s pretty expected in a tropical location. RPM was very responsive.

Thank you for the great review. Diria 202 is a fantastic 2 BDR condo with an ocean view, located in the heart of Tamarindo, comfortable for families and friends. With 2 bedrooms it sleeps 4 guests. If you are planning on staying in Tamaiurndo the whole time, you will not need to rent a car as everything is within walking distance: beach, stores, restaurants, and bars. Our concierge team will be happy to assist with anything you need prior or during your stay (airport transfers, chefs, tours, grocery delivery and more). Ants are pretty common during this time of the year as we are slowly getting into the rainy season. We have them around and they are part of the environment here.

Fantastic getaway close to beach and town

Diria 202 is perfectly located in a gated complex which is wonderfully kept up with a fantastic pool. It's located close to the beach and town where all the action is, but it's far enough away that you don't get all the noise. We stayed in the same condo a few years ago and also had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend!

I purposely chose this condo because it looked more authentic to Costa Rica. We were not disappointed. I guarantee this condo has served as the host for many family vacations over the decades. The condo is not “fancy” but provided all necessities for us to have an enjoyable stay. It is a perfect location to town and the beach, had awesome air conditioning, a great washer/dryer, beach towels, booger boards, and sunsets to take your breath away!!The only feedback I provided the management company is that the shutters in the bathroom don’t close completely and those need repair.Overall, we had a great vacation!

The complex has free paeking, 24 hours' security and a beautiful shared pool.

Diria 202 was amazing. It was clean and nicely set up. The balcony overlooked the pool and ocean. In the online pictures, the ocean looks further away than it actually is which was a nice surprise. Diria 202 is in a superb location, very close to the beach and also the town, but far enough away where you don't hear the noise of the town. RPM was great to work with; we arrived late and they arranged to have the condo keys provided to us en route from Liberia airport; wow! Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, so much so that we plan on booking this same place next year. Pura Vida!

There is a beautiful view overlooking a pool and ocean in the distance. It is across the street from the beach and close to all sorts of dining options. The only issue was the directions on where to park as we had to pick up our keys after 5. It was really confusing. But all in all a great place.

Enjoyed pool with swim up bar. Nice view of sunset from balcony. Probably 500 yards from beach. Some sand toys, boogie board, etc for guest use. Plenty of towels for pool and beach. Great full kitchen but no dishwasher. Be prepared to walk stairs up and down to pool. Can bring your own food and snacks to the pool.

RPM was great to work with, they were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Diria 202 was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. It was clean, modern, had a fantastic pool and in a perfect location to walk everywhere in Tamarindo. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning with the birds and howler monkeys. The views both day and night were incredible. I highly recommend Diria 202 if you want to be close enough to walk everywhere and still have quiet evenings on the balcony. We can't wait to return! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from our room was beautiful. However, sheets were dirty! Called room service and they never brought us new sheets. The sheets were full of stains and we found bugs everywhere which we were told it was normal since we were in Costa Rica. On top of that the first 2 mornings we were waken up by loud construction which an unpleasant experience specially since we were there to relax and we couldn’t do that. After emailing and calling management they were able to help us with the issue. They did not bring up new towels even after asking the house keeper. Pools were dirty. We actually visited there in low season not sure if because of that everything seemed filthy and not what I imagine from what I seen on the pictures.

Thanks for the review Citlaly. We are sorry for the noise situation. The hotel Diria and condos are managed independently and the remodeling works happened on the hotel side which we have not control on. Same situation with the pool as it is part of the common areas which we do not handle ourselves either although we have shared your observation with the association manager. On another side RPM was not notified about the cleaning issues. Reports are attended within 24 hours usually. Perhaps did you communicate with the hotel staff? The discount applied on your rate has given you a refund to compensate with the inconvenience of the noise. We hope this helped with the frustration and that you can visit again.

Diria Condos in Tamarindo

Condo was clean, spacious. Nice bathroom and kitchen was well equipped. View was great! I would say the only thing is to be aware that there are 72 stairs down to the pool and 72 back up! Good exercise but have good knees! Loved the condo:)

Check in process

Very little communication regarding this in advance of departure. When we arrived at the diria hotel we were at a loss. We were sent to the condos. Nobody was there and no check in. Could not make a call go through to the number provided. Got help from security and had to go across town to find the office. Very poor communication!
