Bienvenido a nuestro retiro privado de un acre ubicado en una comunidad cerrada tranquila y acogedora, lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio. Disfrute de espectaculares vistas y vistas desde nuestro hermoso y espacioso patio trasero. Las comodidades incluyen una piscina súper deluxe extra grande con una hermosa característica de múltiples cascadas, bañera de hidromasaje, estación de barbacoa incorporada extra grande, muchos espacios para sentarse en el patio, chimenea al aire libre y chimenea, y mucho espacio para expandirse para asientos adicionales y mesas, incluso en el área del patio delantero privado.

Great location, great house!

We come every year for a youth sports tournament at the Polo Grounds, and the location of this house is perfect! Very walk-able to all of the fields, and the house itself is very well setup for large groups. The property manager is also very communicative, and helps with any questions.

Great for groups!

We had two families staying here for a local lacrosse tournament, and the house had more than enough room for everyone to spread out. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent property

The house worked great for my group of 8 golfers. Great kitchen with all the dishes and pots/pans needed to make meals. Huge backyard, spa was hot every night. Really enjoyed staying at this house.

Overall excellent!

The place was great: spacious, great views, fully stocked. The casita was nice to have, and the jacuzzi was great. Manager Justin was pleasant and communicative, and fixed the WiFi for us promptly. Neighbors with beautiful homes. Indio is a little far from the valley’s main spots, but that’s what we signed up for.

Best Experience Ever

My niece was married in Palm Desert (very close to Indio) and both families stayed in Justin's house. It was magical. The surprise was being 5 minutes away from Shields Date Garden for the fantastic date shakes.

Ideal Coachella house

This house was the perfect spot for our group during Coachella! It was 20-30 minute walk or quick drive to the festival entrance. We had plenty of space both inside and outside for our group, and the house was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Justin was also super great with communication when we had a few questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Bad Boys Getaway

The Bad Boys are a retired bunch that has been playing golf on an annual basis for the last 20 years in the Palm Springs, Indio area. This is the second time we have stayed here. This place is perfect for the 8 of us. This house was the BEST provisioned house we have ever stayed in. The owner was outstanding and went "over and above" in working with us regarding check-in, pool/spa heating, etc. We would stay at Justin's house again anytime. Thanks again, Justin, for all the help and great communication. What a great host!

Stunning Indio Home

We once again were so happy with this home for our long weekend. The home has an amazing set up with a big, well stocked kitchen area that rolls into the family room area. The rooms are great with several having a in suite bathroom. The other bedrooms also have bathrooms very close. Such a huge plus when several people are trying to get ready at one time. The backyard is so spacious with a very large pool and the driveway is long and accomodates many cars. The hosts even left us some waters and cards and ping pong balls. We just couldn't be happier with our stay. Thank you Justin

Desert Vacation and Tennis Tournament

4 couples rented this home to enjoy the desert and the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The house and property were awesome. It had everything we needed and more. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath and we had room for more. The location was ideal. The backyard is absolutely amazing. The pool is beautiful. The fireplace and outdoor kitchen make the property hard to leave. I am still enjoying some of the fresh fruit from the trees. We loved that this property was at the end of a cul-de-sac making it feel like we were isolated and in the country and yet we were close to everything. We even rode our bikes to/from The Garden where the tennis tournament was located. I would love to stay at this property again.

Property manager isa nice young man but property did come as advertised.No heated pool. We were willing to pay extra but never received consideration.Internet/light issues because we couldn’t locate breaker.Spa has a small issue. Starts blowing cold water for no reason. Not much wood for firepit. Lower oven didn’t work wellOnly cable in main room. Bedroom units basically without TV. Got a little crowded. POOL was big thing.

This is THE place for a family vacation

If you are planning on staying with a big group in the Indio / Palm Desert area, it would be difficult to find a place better than this. I scoured VRBO when I was booking for our 12 person vacation (2 grandparents, 3 couples, and 4 kids) and I kept coming back to this listing. The pics do not do it justice (I think one review I read even states this). The home is spacious and cozy at the same time… feels like a home, which makes it perfect for spending a holiday with family. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a thanksgiving meal. There are multiple spaces for hanging out. Every bedroom has its own bathroom (though not all are ensuite). The casita is cozy and helped us accommodate the families who wanted to stay up later and watch movies. But the real gem is the outdoor space. The backyard and pool area is expansive and luxurious. If you come here, do not wait until the last night to enjoy some time by the fire. We are on our drive home right now and already plotting when we should return. Oh and Justin, the host, is incredibly responsive and patient… helping to explain ins and outs of heating the spa and other needs that came up. One of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had!

Birthday week in Indio

We had a wonderful time at this property. Because we are a family that had not seen each other for several years, and were celebrating a milestone birthday of our oldest brother. It was convenient to town, golf and to many points of interest. Beautiful gated community. We were a group of 7 siblings and spouses. (14 of us) The accommodations were adequate with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. The only problem was the property was tired and in much need of some TLC. Some of the bedding was stained and ripped. Several bathrooms had lights burned out, toilet paper holders falling off the wall, and moldy shower curtains. We had ants on the patio that would bite your feet while sitting outdoors. The patio furniture was dusty, dirty and had cobwebs hanging from them. One of our group had hung her swim suit on a chair outside after washing it out only to find two spiders in it the next day. One being a black widow!! As I said earlier, we had a wonderful time at the property, but felt it has not been maintained as it should be for the amount of money that was charged for a week. I did convey our concerns to the owner with no response from him.

Perfect accommodations

This property was lovely. It completely matched the description online and exceeded our expectations. Each room was beautifully decorated. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The contact was easily accessible and helpful throughout our stay. Located in a unique neighborhood. Beautiful grounds. Highly recommend.

Stagecoach Experience

The home was very nice and we were so happy with it. Most of the rooms had an attached bathroom which is so nice and the other 2 bedrooms had a bathroom very near to it. The yard is very large with a lot of room to hang out. The kitchen was. really well stocked and we really enjoyed the open floor plan to be able to all hang out together when we were at the house. The long drive way and garage access was awesome for our cars. We very much enjoyed our weekend there and definitely hoping to be able to come back!

Palm Springs

The property was fantastic. Just as advertised. Pool and hot tub are is big and lots of room for everyone. All the facilities were top notch. Thanks for a great stay. Also, to those who might think it is a remote location it really is close to all the amenities you would need. Especially if you are going to the Tennis tournament. It is very close.

Great place to stay for a family vacation!

Our family (us, kids, grandkids, 10 in all) stayed at this home for the 3rd or 4th time this year during Spring Break. A perfect place to stay for a family. 7 very spacious bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms. Everyone can have their own space. The living area is very big - the kitchen is huge and well stocked. We had fun playing games, or with the pool table. But, of course, the outside is the best. A very large swimming pool with plenty of room for swimming, playing volleyball, etc. Justin has always been fantastic and responsive for whatever we need, although we've never really had any problems. Would definitely recommend this for a family or group stay.

Wow! Exceeded expectations!

This is a beautiful home and property! Perfect for our group of ten friends to get away, relax, and enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable and the whole place had everything we needed. The backyard is amazing; hanging by the pool, enjoying a bonfire, with plenty of food, drinks and laughs was so fun. Justin was easily accessible for our questions. We all agreed we would absolutely rent this place again. It would be fantastic for friends or family members!

Indio Gold Trip

Our group of 5 couples had a great time at the property. Our only problem was that when we arrived on Saturday we were told that the main home's propane was critically low and that propane company wouldn't come until Monday so we were asked to not heat the pool or spa and be cognizant so we could make it to Monday. We really wanted to heat the pool/spa because those were the nicest weather days during our trip (it got cold and windy for several days after) but we didn't and we conserved on showers too so we could make it to Monday. The propane company didn't come on Monday so we got even closer to running out. In fairness, the owner was in Hawaii and didn't know they didn't come until I texted them but 3 days of our trip had us conserving hot showers and not utilizing resources. The Seller was able to get a propane company out on Tuesday and we were finally able to heat the spa and all take hot showers, cook, etc. without worry about the propane running out (Woo hoo -- we were thrilled!). It made a big difference knowing we could enjoy the home as intended. The remainder of our trip was very nice with the Sellers even providing a nice bottle of Chianti wine to make up for our discomfort. The home is less luxurious than most homes we have rented over the years for our annual trips and a little more beat up, but the floor plan (# of bedrooms/baths) and back yard set up were really nice. Our annual trip ended with everyone being very happy and no further problems. We do appreciate the owners/managers fast response when the propane company didn't show up and I am sure they will be watching the propane more closely prior to groups arriving in the future. Thank you for a fun trip to Indio/Palm Desert.

The property was fantastic. Justin was great to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with friends, family, for a golf getaway or just to get in the sun and relax. We will rent again, in the future!

INCREDIBLE House

This house is one of the rare instances on VRBO where the pictures don't do it enough justice. The house is HUGE with an incredible backyard and a large pool/jacuzzi. We stayed here for the weekend celebrating my girlfriend's birthday and could not have been more impressed with the house and Justin. Every person had their own room and the guest house is huge and comes with a second kitchen. You will NOT be disappointed if you book this house.

My parents (pictured) have been in the property management business since 1976. I first started "working" for them when I was 11 years old, way back in '86, collecting and bagging quarters from the laundry machines in one of the apartment buildings they managed. I got to keep $10 worth of quarters for every $250 that I bagged and prepared for a bank deposit.

I have been managing this vacation rental since September of 2014; in addition to handling all reservations and guest concerns, I also oversee the maintenance of the estate and do my best to ensure that each guest has an enjoyable and care-free experience during their stay.
