less than 5 minutes, you can reach both the fine sandy beach and
Westerland’s downtown area with its charming pedestrian zones, numerous
shopping options, and restaurants—all within easy walking distance. The approximately
57 m˛ two-room apartment on the first floor offers plenty of space for 1–3
people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment
and invites you to prepare delicious meals even while on vacation.
The bright and cozy living room, furnished with a TV, a couch
and an armchair, opens directly onto the terrace, where you can enjoy sunny hours outdoors
and make use of the garden. The bedroom, featuring a
comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), ensures restful nights, while the
modern shower room and separate toilet provide additional comfort. Another
small bedroom with a single bed (80x185 cm) provides additional space for
one more person. A parking space is available right next to the house for your car.
