VILLAS ALTAS MISMALOYA es un pequeño proyecto de condominio con solo siete unidades, está ubicado en el famoso desarrollo privado de Lomas De Mismaloya con vista al set original de la película "La noche de la Iguana" que hizo famoso a Vallarta. Con puerta de seguridad privada, codificada y vigilada, con cámaras de seguridad, accesibles solo para los propietarios y sus invitados en la ladera de la bahía de Mismaloya con fantásticas vistas de la bahía y puestas de sol, que se encuentra a solo 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad, con uno de los mejores playas en cualquier lugar de Puerto Vallarta.
PH A1 de un nivel con más de 3,215. 87 pies cuadrados es nuestra mejor villa y es una villa de 3 dormitorios y 3 1/2 baños con una terraza muy grande en parte sombreada, y en parte soleada y tiene su propia piscina privada junto a un bar exterior y una cocina exterior para cenar al aire libre . El dormitorio principal cuenta con aire acondicionado, baño completo, vestidor, ventilador de techo y está rodeado por la gran terraza que tiene vistas impecables a los océanos, las montañas y las áreas de la jungla. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama king size, aire acondicionado, baño completo, ventilador de techo y armario, el tercer dormitorio cuenta con una cama Queen size, aire acondicionado, baño completo, ventilador de techo y armario. Impresionantes vistas de la bahía y la playa de Mismaloya desde el bar húmedo y el área de b-b-q. Comedor y sala de estar, cocina totalmente equipada.
Área común con piscina, que es una gran piscina muy cómoda con un bar acuático fuera del área sombreada del bar y un área sombreada de barbacoa separada si elige disfrutar de su propio almuerzo o cena de barbacoa privada.

Wonderful!

Our stay was incredible, the view was breathtaking. Yolanda and David are the best will answer all your questions and take care of your needs. Adriana is amazing always keeping on touch responding as quick as possible. We only had one set back, downstair tenant is a bit special but overall amazing. We are definitely coming back.

Not what I thought it would be

The property was up a steep hill at the top of a mountain and was very difficult to find at first as the GPS says you have arrived which is not correct. When we got to the property we were greeted by Ximena who I believe is the property manager she is great. She gave us a tour of the house showed us where the bedrooms were, we were confused at first as we only counted two bedrooms in the main house. The master bedroom is outside the main house on the patio which took me by surprise as that means you’re separated from everybody else. .The people were helpful and came quickly to fix issues when notified except the TV in the master bedroom never worked, and the lock on the door to enter the bedroom from the patio was broken and never got fixed. Some of the furniture has damage, and could be replaced, And my sister couldn’t figure out how to get the shower in her bedroom to work. Ximena was great she got us groceries and an Uber when we couldn’t get anyone to come up the mountain. Overall the place was ok but it was not worth the price we paid considering all the problems we had.

Incredible view!

Beautiful condo with incredible view. Exactly what we hoped for. Condo is a $2 cab ride up the (gated) hill from the Mismaloya beach. Walk down, cab up. We decided to use cabs because they are so cheap. However, we were unable to find groceries nearby except what was available at the gas station. Poor choices. We suggest buying food enroute while in Puerto Vallarta (30 minute drive) prior to checking in. It would have been very helpful to have had basic questions answered in written form prior to arriving. There was a book there with info (i.e., how to get a cab, emergency numbers, etc.) but not anything that helped us in advance. We are experienced, independent travelers and found the lack of upfront info and the inability to contact the office (answering machine with no way to leave a message) frustrating. We all got sick for two days and had minimal food during that time. We did get through to the office and they advised us to send them a text with what we needed and they would order the food for us. We did that but they must never have gotten our text (numerous calls and texts) because we never got the delivery, nor did they check back. Suggest that the office texts you so that you can get a text feed going. All of our contact issues could have been solved with this one suggestion. Our cleaning staff was excellent and delightful. We recommend this property especially if you like to be isolated. Rent a small car for exploring, and get your needed groceries.

An awesome place to stay

I will definitely go back this place is absolutely amazing. Staff is very nice and helpful. The place is up a hill, taxi's close. 50 pesos to ride to puarto vallarta .

Gorgeous well maintained place

This place was absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking views. The host was very responsive to all of our needs, even when I messaged her at 10pm because we had locked ourselves out. You have access to 2 pools, one shared and one small dipping pool overlooking the beach. All amenities we needed were provided. There a a separate guest suite on the patio area which was really nice for extra privacy. I would highly recommend this place. The beach is beautiful as well and we found the locals to be very friendly

Beautiful view

Rooms smelled like sewer gas, not enough shower towels, no pool towels, our pool was dirty, noisy neighbors blasting music, asked several times for garbage bags, water, and toilet paper.....never received it. Outdoor grill was supplied but it needed charcoal, lighter fluid and matches which were not supplied until we asked. We were told these were supplied but we ended up buying it at the store. Our dishwasher was broken and no one showed us how to use the oven. The views were great and Gabby was a huge help but I would probably not stay here again.

Beautiful view w/ large private balcony

Beautiful, large condo w large balcony overlooking the ocean that can accommodate 6 people easily. Modern furnishing. Easy check in. We had several small problems in the condo but the owner responded immediately and all important issues were resolved including fixing dishwasher. Instead of getting upset the owner thanked us for letting her know about things that needed attention. Because of this attention, we would like to stay here again the next time we visit PV. My family enjoyed our stay at Villas Altas. The 3 well appointed bedrooms, private dipping pool and community swimming pool were just perfect. The staff were very nice and helpful. If we wanted to go into old town, it was a short 25 minute drive. If you are looking for a luxury retreat with friends or family, I'd recommend this Villa.

We absolutely loved this place!!! We stayed in penthouse A4 for a month and words can not truly explain the view....Loved the open air living space and the privacy of well placed bedrooms and bathrooms. It is on the hill so be prepared for a work out or just take a taxi 50 pesos but worth every one of them:) Adriana and Rudy are great..they answered all questions and Rudy even drove us down the hill a couple times with a quick tour of the little village of Mismaloya. The beach is really not that far and really quite nice. There are a couple of restaurants close by "Jacalita" (sp) was amazing and very cheap. The shared pool is a nice bonus if you just feel like hanging out at "home" there is a charcoal BBQ and mini fridge so you can bring your food and bevies to the pool. Getting to town is a piece of cake just get on bus at bottom of hill. This property is in a gated community so we felt very safe...not that we have ever felt unsafe in Mexico just nice to have the added security. Our cleaning lady Isabella was FANTASTIC!! Thank you Adriana and Rudy for introducing us to some true luxury....at an affordable price :) Hoping to return for another month next year.....
