Este maravilloso condominio en Puerto Vallarta ofrece 2 habitaciones con cama tamaño king y queen, 3 baños con duchas y un espacio de oficina adicional con un cómodo sofá cama. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de comodidades como WiFi, lavadora, calefacción, aire acondicionado, Smart TV, piscina con jacuzzi durante su estadía. Nuestro lugar lo ayudará a sentirse como en casa mientras viaja por Puerto Vallarta.

Este condominio es nuevo en el mercado y ofrece una excelente ubicación dentro de la Zona Romántica de Puerto Vallarta. El condominio se encuentra en el edificio Copa de Oro, que es el mismo edificio que un famoso Spa para hombres. Se encuentra a dos cuadras de Basillo Badillo y a 5-7 minutos a pie de la playa. Muchos restaurantes de la Zona Romántica se encuentran a pocos pasos. La dirección del condominio es 450 Constitución St y puede buscarla en el mapa para obtener detalles adicionales.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great with easy access to local shops, restaurants and the beach and malecon. The unit is very large with a great balcony! The kitchen was well stocked which we really appreciated as we tended to eat a lot of meals at the house due to some food restrictions within our group. We would definitely stay here again if our travel plans bring us back to this area.

We had an awesome stay!

Very clean and comfortable. Close to lots of shops, dining and activities without being in the noise. Lots of room, all the things we needed including washer & dryer with detergent. They were able to let us in 2 hours earlier than their usual check in time.

Pros: as represented: large, clean, and secure. Great water pressure and temperature in large well-lit bathrooms. Excellent climate control and lighting with multiple AC and USB outlets. Comfortable furniture. Beautiful little-used pool and hot tub.Cons: Noise. Construction. Broken elevator. Missing amenities.The primary noise problem is out of the owner's control: four dogs in adjacent buildings whose owners are either deaf, insensate, or malicious. The barking was in bass, baritone, tenor, and soprano, and was incessant day and night. It penetrated the walls and windows and made it necessary to sleep in the inner, smaller, windowless bedroom. Which raises another issue: the blinds in the windowed bedroom are essentially see-through and do not block light at night. See pic. The second noise problem arises from the ongoing construction of a large building approximately six inches away from the condominium building. Pneumatic, electric, and manual hammering, pounding, sawing, and grinding M-F and Saturday morning. Given the current state of construction, it appears that it will continue for years. Speaking of construction, one reason the pool is little-used is that it is ground-level and the construction of several large buildings around this condo has limited the sun to illuminating a small section of the pool and deck from 1:45 to 2:30 p.m. every day. Enter and Exit Time Issues

The host contacted me a couple of times literally demanding an exact time of my arrival. I told her I would be there either at check in time 4:00 PM or a little after. On the day I was to leave she wanted an exact time of my departure once again I reminded her that 11:00 AM was the agreed exit time. And that I would not be staying over 11:00AM. She wanted to get into the condo at 10:30 AM. On the other hand the owner had a professional and friendly demeanor. When we made written contact.

I am very disappointed that you gave a 3-star out of 5 reviews just because the local manager wanted to know when to meet you. The condo is in a very secure building, and the manager wanted to get your exact time to make sure you received the keys. We are always flexible with the arrival and departure times as long as we can coordinate. Please do not book with us anymore. We do not want to get mediocre reviews for working hard to meet our guests' expectations.
