Tranquilidad frente al mar con hermosas vistas de la Bahía de Banderas y Puerto Vallarta

El condominio está ubicado en lo que se conoce como la costa sur. Esta área es tranquila y tiene la sensación de aislamiento, pero está cerca del centro y de todo lo que tiene para ofrecer, a unos 10 minutos de viaje. Principalmente residencial, las vistas panorámicas de la bahía, el exuberante telón de fondo de la jungla y la tranquilidad son de lo que se trata.
La propiedad se encuentra justo en la playa, en Playas Gemelas, enclavada en las montañas de la Sierra Madre con una hermosa vegetación verde de bosque tropical. Está construido en el típico estilo antiguo de Puerto Vallarta, sin dejar nunca olvidar que se encuentra en nuestra hermosa Costa de Oro mexicana.

El condominio ha sido completamente renovado por el estudio de arquitectura Duarq. Decorado en un estilo ecléctico-mexicano-contemporáneo pero acogedor, el condominio tiene dos pisos y está distribuido de manera inteligente. En la planta principal hay un baño completo, una cocina totalmente equipada y una sala de estar y comedor con balcón. El segundo piso tiene dos master suites, cada una con baño completo. Uno con una cama king size y balcón, el otro con dos camas dobles.

Super wonderful stay at our favorite beach in Puerto Vallarta

We had a great stay. Our host was great and very responsive. This is our second time at this beach. We just love it. The local beach restaurant is also wonderful with excellent staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helped with everything. The beaches were outstanding and ideal for snorkeling . The restaurant and Market has good choices, but travel into town was quick and cheap! A great vacation!

Perfect ocean side vacation

My wife and I just concluded a weeks stay at Girasol Sur and really enjoyed our stay! Nice accommodations with an amazing view! Would love to come back someday for a longer stay. Only slight negative is the loud music from the neighboring hotel. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Great Time

The property was great! Very clean and everyone was so friendly. The pool was clean. The condo was spotless and comfortable. The owners were THE BEST and friendly. The grill was tasty and tge on site store was very reasonable.

Lovely property. Right overlooking ocean. We were able to see the whales swim past! Beach is literally outside the door, condos were clean, pool was great. It was a quick trip into town for dinner, entertainment, etc. Would totally recommend this property!

Perfect stay!

This is our second time staying here, and we can’t wait to come back. The apartment is beautiful, the property is impeccably maintained, and the condo staff are very friendly. Mary and Nick are very responsive and helpful with all requests. Even nature provided great entertainment from the balcony - humpbacks, turtles, dolphins and rays!

Amazing

Stayed with my husband and 5 and 7 year old. Perfect location! The views were incredible! The condo had everything we needed and the front desk staff were very helpful. It was nice having the on-site restaurant and little mini mart. The owner was also very attentive checking in to see if there was anything we needed.

Beautiful location, amazing service

Girasol Sur was an ideal location, and everyone who works there is extraordinarily nice. The condominium in particular was beautifully appointed. The beds are amazing! The view spectacular. And the hosts were so helpful. They left detailed information for us and even helped us find a good spear fishing guide! The stay couldn’t have been better.

Beautiful Condo, Fantastic Location!

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and Mexico and we could not have picked a better location. The 6th floor condo is beautifully maintained with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas and Los Arcos. The two beaches on either side have clear warm water, and the restaurant in the building has such amazing food! Our family had a fun filled and memorable vacation. The host Mary was incredibly responsive to all our questions made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place, great view, quiet, clean and roomy

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo itself was very comfortable. Two full size balconys over looking the pool/ ocean. Great to sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach areas were very nice. The building itself is old, the elevators were down, used the service elevator during our stay. Highly recommend the Condo itself, the beach, pool area and staff.

Puerto Vallarta, best stay so far

We stayed in a beautiful part of Puerto Vallarta- older area but quiet, relaxing and staff are so pleasant and helpful. The 2 bedroom condo had upstairs and downstairs with plenty of space- best place here in these condos so far!! We have stayed here 7-8 x’s. Bus is a cheap ride $1.50 for both of us and a taxi is $10 to go into town. Check out Youtube for things and places to go eat in town; you won’t be disappointed.

The Perfect Getaway

This home is absolutely stunning! It looks just like the pictures and had AMAZING views from the balcony! The entire trip my boyfriend and had the sliding lass door open in the master suite. The sounds of the ocean were so relaxing and really helped us sleep peacefully. The hosts were so kind and helped put together a list of activities for us to do once we arrived. I found my new favorite getaway!

This was about my tenth trip to Mexico but the first going by myself. Don’t forget your earphones - the hotel next door had to be the noisiest of all times! Otherwise the property was very chill and well maintained.

Paradise in PV

Simply paradise in PV. Everything in the condo was just like in the pictures and everything worked. Mary was a super helpful host and always communicating with us to see how we were doing. The views were breathtaking and our stay there was wonderful. The restaurant by the pool served excellent food and the staff were the best in PV. We ate there often and every meal was excellent. Also the store on premise had everything that we needed. Also the staff at the front desk were always super helpful and friendly. We stayed there for the month of February 2024 and we would go back again.

Hi, we are Mary and Nick! We are raising our young family near Lake Chapala, close to Guadalajara. The kids keep us pretty busy these days and at times it certainly is stressful, but in spite of that we strive for tranquility and enjoy good food, good company, and the outdoors. We look forward when they are older (and before we are too old) to returning to the Andes and the Galapagos, hiking the Rockies, and, if we are lucky, island-hopping through Polynesia.

Having stayed up and down the coast in small towns and luxury resorts, we finally realized that Girasol Sur has everything we need and desire, especially now with the growing family. Simply put, there is no better combination of location, services, and vibe for our tastes. We hope to someday be some of those 30-year veterans and are excited to share Girasol Sur with anyone else who might appreciate what it has to offer.
