The Golf Residence is located directly on the Grömitz golf course in a quiet, idyllic setting.
This 2-room apartment, newly completed and furnished in 2016 and measuring approximately 88 square meters, leaves nothing to be desired.

Now with access to the pool in the main building!

The brightly furnished living room offers plenty of space for 4 people. There is also a comfortable sleeper sofa here that lets you sleep just like in your own bed.

For entertainment, a 55" flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray DVD/CD player are available.

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.

From the living room, you have access to the approximately 10-square-meter balcony facing southwest, where you can enjoy the evening sun.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances for your stay.

The spacious dining area features a dining table that seats 4 people.

The tiled bathroom, featuring a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, offers plenty of space for your personal items; the apartment also includes a guest restroom.

The entire apartment is finished with high-quality wood-look vinyl laminate flooring.

The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. From the bedroom, you can access the approximately 6-square-meter balcony.

As a guest, you have access to the swimming pool (free of charge) and the sauna (for a fee).
The swimming pool is located in the main building; you will receive more details upon arrival.

A parking space is included with the apartment. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a bicycle storage room for guests.

IMPORTANT: ONLY 1 DOG IS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT!!!
