Welcome to the “Dünenschatz” vacation home—your cozy vacation getaway on Langeoog, quietly situated yet right in the heart of things, with short walks to the beach and the village.

Spanning approximately 88 m², this lovingly furnished townhouse accommodates up to 6 people and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s perfectly suited for families, couples, or small groups of friends. For our youngest guests, a high chair and a crib are also available.

The spacious living room with high-quality stone flooring serves as the heart of the home, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa or armchair in the evening in front of the large Smart TV (55 inches) with a soundbar, or round off your day on the island with a fun game night at the large dining table. For relaxing moments, there are also books, games, a hi-fi system, a Bluetooth speaker, and an HDMI cable to connect game consoles to the TV.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge, so you can stay well connected even while on vacation.

All windows on the first floor have pleated blinds or curtains, while the bedrooms feature electric roller shades that ensure perfect blackout conditions and a restful night’s sleep.

The high-quality kitchen opens onto the living room and offers everything you need for cooking together: a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and a blender are provided. To start your day, a drip coffee maker, an espresso machine (Senseo), a kettle, and a toaster are provided.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with comfortable beds—one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two with two single beds each (80 x 200 cm)—as well as large wardrobes with plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.

For your daily routine, there are two comfortable bathrooms with heated floors and heated towel racks, as well as hair dryers; each features a toilet, a sink, and a shower or shower-bathtub combination for an extra touch of relaxation.

In addition, a set of towels and bed linens is included for each person. The house also has a washer-dryer, so you can conveniently do your laundry during your vacation.

Outside, the terrace, furnished with garden furniture, invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy the North Sea air and, depending on the wind direction, hear the sound of the sea. An electric awning provides a shady spot even on hot summer days.

In front of the house, you’ll also find bike racks and a convenient bench. Contactless check-in/check-out allows for flexible and convenient arrival and departure. The property is non-smoking. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this house.
