Gorgeous beachfront condo in Pointe West! KNOT 4 SAIL features two bedrooms and two baths, this vacation residence is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. It is located on the second level which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare a dinner and entertain guests at the same time.Our condo is just a short walk to the private Beach Club where you can take advantage of all the resort amenities.

This condo offers: a king bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds with a queen on bottom and full on top. Also, Inflatable full size air mattress & pump provided as well as a Pack n Play. Sleeps 6 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, Everything you need for a great vacation!
A storage locker is not provided with this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs and a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. Resort sponsored activities are offered seasonally for family fun.

The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcome before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
