Great short trip

The view off the front deck is wonderful, we had a little time to sit and enjoy the view, and a great view it is! Clean and well laid out unit, with a very responsive host.

The Lakehouse at Saratoga

This was a great place to stay for visiting Saratoga Race Course for the Travers Stakes Convenient. Very attentive host. Beautiful view of Saratoga Lake. Nice front porch …we ate all our meals outside.

Awesome vacation.

It was wonderful to be at this location property owner was very good easy to check in very clean convenient to everything neighbors were wonderful house had everything you could need easy to entertain friends and family plenty of room for children to run around and enjoy themselves The doc was great cannot say enough about this property I would rate it way over a 10. Hope to go back next year

If you want to any get away from the city, this is the place to do that. The house is fantastic. Right the by lake. Peace and quiet. The host was very friendly and helpful.

clean and comforatable

The house was perfect for the 4 of us and our dog. It has a beautiful view of the lake and comes with a private dock and lounge chairs. We were close to anything we wanted to do. Rob was a very attentive host. We all relaxed!

Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful week. Rob was a terrific host and quickly responded to any question we had. Very comfortable townhouse with a well equipped kitchen. The lake right across the street was beautiful. My family and I wanted a week to unwind and that's exactly what we did!

Rob's home is great! Although you have cross Rt 9 to get to the lake it doesn't hinder the view or experience. The home is the middle condo of three, and the neighbors were all pleasant. The house was perfect for a few days away. It has everything you would need and the beds are all super comfy. Big front yard and nice deck to hang out and relax. The dock has a few loungers which are perfect to take in the beautiful sunsets. Short drive to downtown Saratoga if you're looking to get out for dinner, SPAC or the track. Rob is super helpful and would not hesitate to rent again!

Best VRBO yet

Stayed for one month in Saratoga during July-August. Most completely furnished unit we have ever had. Real pots and pans, glasses and plates, cleaning stock, towels, and condiments. Unit was clean and seating sufficient for all our family, ranging from 5 years to 72 years. Dock went out to 3-4 ft water which was great for 5 year old to be safe and still enjoy swimming. Adults enjoyed lounging in floats with adult beverages. Everything is nearby including downtown Saratoga, the historic thoroughbred race track, the Casino,full mall stores,restaurants and motorboat/pontoon boat rentals. Fishing off the dock was not successful but the 5 and 8 year old had a blast catching pan fish at the boat launch 1/4 mile away. I rented a boat with a small outboard for about $70 for three hours to fish on Lake Lonely and immediately caught some lake pike and a bass. Owner was quite informative and available 24x7. Would definitely rent again.

A Wonderful Place!

Rob was the nicest owner! We have been renting houses for many years here and I must say that the owner couldn't do enough for us! When I had a couple of questions, he returned and / or texted me immediately. The house was clean and roomy. The views were amazing and the location was great. We're definitely coming back!

Dream vacation

This is an exceptionally well appointed and well cared for property with a spectacular view of Saratoga Lake. The porch and dock with its luxurious lounges are the perfect connection to one of the areas most beautiful lakes. Deceptively roomy, we felt immediately at home and yet far away in this lovely home. Just minutes from vibrant downtown Saratoga Springs, a stay at this home is the fulfillment of a lakeside living fantasy. The owner is awesome to communicate with as well, the perfect package.

Roomy house, nice deck for sunsets

We recently rented this house from Rob for three weeks. He was easy to work with, responded to texts promptly, and the property was clean and well stocked. Saratoga Lake has a different vibe from downtown Saratoga and The Track, which is only 6 minutes away. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and upstairs away from the main living area. We really enjoyed the afternoon sun on the deck for happy hour and dinners.

A gem in Saratoga!

Relaxing Lakefront Home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lakefront home, and would definitely recommend it to others. It was a very easy drive to town and the track, and had lovely, serene views and a great dock on the lake. Our communications with Rob were easy and pleasant as well. Thank you!

Our experience with the Pellicci rental home on Saratoga Lake this summer was simply excellent. We rented sight onseen and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. The home was super clean from kitchen to living room to bedrooms. My wife was very impressed with the kitchen and all its amenities. The grounds around the house were well manicured. The closet space was unbelievable. And of course the convenience to Saratoga Race Track and Saratoga Springs was a big plus. We plan to return

great location

Very good location, almost everything you need provided. 2 good size bedrooms and a huge master bed room. Didn't realize it is a triplex, but neighbors on either side were fine. Front and side grounds were great for yard games. Owner great to work with and we would go back. Couple of minor suggestions would be larger trash can and a second T.V.

My Beautiful Water Front, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house is the PERFECT getaway for a relaxing vacation. Fully furnished with every thing you need to make your time away more enjoyable.
The rental price includes all utilities, cable and wifi.

Fully equipped, large eating kitchen with appliances and granite counter tops. Flat screen 55'HDTV's, dock, large washer and dryer, barbeque and linens. Just bring your toothbrush and you're home.

Minimum rental one week on track season $2,700.00
Weekly rentals go from Friday-Friday only
Weekly rentals preferred, but if available daily rentals are $450.00 per night.
Cleaning fees $175.00
Refundable Security Deposit $500.00
Dogs will be considered., but know there is a large tick and flea problem there so your dog would have to have proper protection.
Dog Fee's $50.00 per dog
