From here, you’ll enter the small but charming living room. Warm earth tones create a cozy atmosphere where you can relax wonderfully.
The comfortable sleeper sofa is perfect for quiet TV nights, while the adjacent dining area is the ideal spot for breakfast together or a relaxed evening.

The modern, compact kitchenette is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals—both practical and stylish.

The separate sleeping area is a place of peace and comfort.
A comfortable 160x200 cm wooden bed and a dresser provide plenty of space for restful nights.

Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, as well as—for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked)—1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 dish towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
