The Dolce Vita floating house is an extraordinary vacation home right on the water—with lake views and sweeping vistas of the surrounding landscape, in a pleasantly quiet, secluded location within a marina. Here, a maritime lifestyle, comfort, and plenty of privacy come together: the house is detached, with a covered terrace, a dock right next to the house, as well as lounge chairs, patio furniture, and sunshades for relaxing moments in the fresh air. Thanks to privacy screens on all windows, you can enjoy undisturbed moments of retreat at any time—ideal for romantic getaways as well as for families.

Inside, a well-thought-out 44 m² floor plan awaits you with a total of 3 rooms: two bedrooms that sleep up to 6 people and a cozy living area. The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is perfect for cooking together. It’s equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware—including dish towels and a practical starter kit. At the dining table, breakfast with a view of the outdoors quickly becomes a little vacation ritual. For cozy evenings, there’s a sofa and a sofa nook, complemented by a TV, radio, and reliable Wi-Fi.

The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hot water. Bedding and towels are provided—perfect if you want a hassle-free stay. Air conditioning and heating ensure the right comfortable climate in every season, and a gas fireplace makes the atmosphere especially cozy. Fly screens, a coat rack, and a vacuum cleaner add to the everyday comfort.
