The HaP/05 vacation rental in the “Haus am Park” resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 adults.

Pure relaxation awaits you in this approximately 44 m² living space. The apartment, which was modernized this spring, is located on the mezzanine level. It features a spacious living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a west-facing balcony. The fine sandy beach is only about 50 meters away.

The living and dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and an armchair. You’ll also find a dining table with matching chairs here. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi, which is available free of charge in this vacation rental.

The living area also features a well-equipped kitchenette. With a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker, all your needs are covered.

The large bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) serves as your private retreat. You can store your vacation clothes in the closet and in the two nightstands. Pleated blinds and curtains are installed throughout the apartment to block out light.

Of course, the vacation rental also features a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, complete with a hair dryer. Vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Please understand that pets are not permitted in this vacation rental.

The apartment includes a nearby outdoor parking space. You can store bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the building’s bicycle storage room. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern amenities, located right next to the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the building’s entrance and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.

Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires).
