Spend unforgettable days in our charming 47 m² vacation apartment in the “Hanseatic” building on Steinwarder. Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: a cozy living-dining room with a Smart TV and PlayStation 4, a balcony with a breathtaking ocean view, and comfortable rattan furniture for relaxing.
The separate bedroom with a double bed and its own TV ensures restful nights, while the second sleeping area—featuring a double bed and TV at the back of the living room—offers plenty of space for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker leaves nothing to be desired.
A travel crib is available for our younger guests. And if you’d like to bring your dog, just let us know—we’ll be happy to welcome him! A private parking space rounds out the amenities.

The “Hanseatic & Schöne Aussicht” complex is ideally located for a vacation on the north side of the inland lake! The beach is just a few steps away. And overall, the house is a great starting point for everything you’d want to do on vacation:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all nearby. A bakery, bike rental, a mini-golf course, and—for the more athletic guests—a fitness center are also just under 800 meters away. There’s a great hiking trail leading to the cliffs—depending on the season, you might spot Galloway cattle and their calves there.
Our charming old town is about 2 km away—the best way to get there is to stroll along the inland lake promenade right into the heart of the city. With its traditional fishing harbor, numerous shopping options, delicious restaurants, the “Graswarder” nature reserve, the lovely beach, and the longest pier on the coast, our small harbor town has a lot to offer.
You can conveniently park your car in the building’s parking lot (about 200 meters away)—and feel free to leave it there. In the summer, in addition to the regular buses, the Heiligenhafen “Bimmelbahn” (tourist train) runs, allowing you to quickly get into town or to the harbor, or you can simply rent a bike from the local bike rental shop. This gives you great flexibility. In general, Heiligenhafen is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Großenbrode in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike straight to Fehmarn.
