¡Somos dueños de tres casas "Hog" y decidimos esta vez decorar una casa con un tema que cubra a todos los equipos de la SEC! Esta casa tiene 3 habitaciones, cada una con una nueva cama Queen. Hay un gran baño completo y una cocina completamente equipada. Además de la sala de estar principal, hemos agregado calefacción central y aire al amplio garaje y lo hemos convertido en una sala de juegos con una mesa de ping pong.
Toda la casa ha sido remodelada de arriba a abajo. Hemos pintado todo, restaurado los hermosos pisos de madera y remodelado la cocina con encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Todos los muebles, ropa de cama, electrodomésticos y accesorios son nuevos. Ponemos colchones de alta calidad en las camas para su comodidad. La casa está equipada con WiFi gratuito y TV por satélite Dish Network.
Agregamos una cerca de privacidad de madera de 8 pies de altura alrededor del patio trasero para disfrutar de la privacidad y las reuniones familiares. Se proporciona una nueva parrilla de gas, con propano. La casa está decorada con un tema que cubre a todos los equipos de la SEC. Somos fanáticos de Hog, ¡así que es posible que veas algunos cerdos más que cualquier otra cosa!
La casa SEC se encuentra a menos de una milla de Razorback Road, donde se encuentran Bud Walton Arena y Razorback Stadium. Este es un paseo fácil a los juegos. Great location for game day.

Stayed here as visiting fans for a football game. We are a family of college football, fanatics, and loved all of the SEC paraphernalia. Very convenient location right off the interstate and close to campus.

We LOVED the house. It was so cool. We could walk to the stadium for the football game. We had friends over and everyone loved the house. It is a perfect place for a family weekend.

Nice place for football games and graduations

Fun place. Decorations are over the top! Kitchen definitely needs some improvement: no ovenware at all, not even a cookie sheet! Only one wine glass and three coffee cups. Toaster broken. No ice maker. Ending on a good note: bedrooms were very comfortable and the sofa was the best! The owners were very helpful and brought over a grill for us to use for our graduation lunch. So nice of them. Thanks for the stay.

This house is everything it says it is and more! Perfect for families to gather and enjoy games, friends and family! Owners were wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!!

The SEC House is a Great Choice for Game Weekends

We reserved the SEC House for Fri. and Sat. of an SEC game weekend and had a fantastic experience. It's an older, modest sized house that slept our party of 6 comfortably. The house has a nicely sized kitchen/family room common area with ample room and seating, allowing us to host a postgame tailgate for our party plus 8 friends who stopped by. The garage-turned-game room (under air) was such an added bonus for the kids to play ping pong and hang out separate from the football watching. Importantly - the house is a little more than a mile from the stadium, making it an easy +20-min. walk to Reynolds. Beats having to fight gameday traffic. Last - but certainly not least - the owners were fantastic as well. They communicated often, had ample directions to familiarize you with the house, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Our family loved the SEC House, and I'm confident you will too.

Great Stay in Hogville!

We stayed in both houses during the Garth Brooks concert, and it was a perfect location. The Hog decor is super fun, and communication up and through the stay was great. We will definitely rent again!

Fun House

Great style, great location, awesome owner

My husband and I and 2 other couples shared the rental for Blues, Bikes & BBQ 2016. The house is very clean and the décor is so fun and never ending. Every surface is covered with SEC details. Everything you need is in the house and the owner left us surprising gifts and little extras. The bedrooms are of equal size and the one bathroom/laundry room is very spacious. The driveway is single. We were able to park a SUV with a trailer and 3 bikes on it. We moved the ping pong table in the garage back so we could pull the 3 bikes in at night. There was plenty of room. We discussed the possible need for more parking and the owners were willing to let us use their driveway across the street (we didn't need this however). There is a nice little back patio and grill also. A large liquor store and many restaurants (mainly fast food) are one block away. Easy to walk to if you wanted. We highly recommend Wood Stone Craft Pizza which is a little over a mile away on MLK. It was approx. 1.9 miles from Dickson St where our event was located in the evenings. The location is also very close to the interstate and main roads leading in/out of town. We would certainly stay here again.

Great location, great owner

We used this house for graduation weekend. It is in the best location, near liquor store, Starbucks, and Walton Arena. The house is cozy with three bedrooms that all together sleep 6. Can't say enough good things. If you are in Fayetteville for a good time this is the place to be.

The SEC House in Fayetteville, AR

We had a great time at the SEC house and would definitely stay again. The ping-pong table, Xbox game and outdoor grill were all used and provided a great setting for our cookout with a bunch of teenaged boys. The chairs in the large TV room are all spacious and comfortable. The SEC theme is carried throughout the house in a fun way! The location was fantastic--walking distance to the Razorback football stadium, basketball arena, tennis facility, outdoor track and swimming pool.

Cute, clean, 3 bedroom house with queen beds. The weather was so nice we hung out in the yard the whole time but there is a living room and game room which is nice. There is one bathroom but it's large and works fine if you know your company well! They also own the two houses next door so large groups can stay next to each other! We would definitely rent from Tracy again!

Our stay at the house was awesome. The ping pong table was a blast, actually had some tournaments among the 6 adults. The house was in a central location making eating, events, and getting on the highway simple. Would stay again!

Perfect

I had 10 people out for a golf tournament and rented both houses they have available next door to each other. They were awesome. Tracy was very nice to work with and answered any questions I had & even contacted me while we were there to check on us. The SEC house was extremely nice and the ping pong table was an unexpected source of comedy when the golf tournament was over and everyone still wanted some competition. This might be the most fun place I have ever stayed. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves the Hogs and groups of friends or family having a get together in the area.

We are the owners of the Hog Houses also. We are born and bred Arkansas Razorback fans! We love to come to Fayetteville for weekends, especially when there are Razorback games! We got tired of trying to find a hotel room for a family of 5, so we purchased and totally remodeled the Hog House, this SEC house, and most recently, another Hog House! Going to Fayetteville for the weekend is our 'little piece of Heaven!'

We have had several guests stay at our other houses who are from other states and coming in for the games, but many are with the opponent teams! They have all been good sports about staying in a house and being surrounded by hundreds of hogs! So we decided to decorate this house in all SEC themes. It was strange at first to be shopping for LSU Tiger items, or Crimson Tide items! But, we ended up having a blast shopping for this house! Anyone who is a sports fan at all, will enjoy looking at all of the décor in the SEC house! We even bought two stadium seats right out of Alabama's football stadium and had them installed in the living room!
And if you aren't into sports, don't worry, we have furnished this house with top notch comfortable furnishings, along with granite in the kitchen, and beautiful hardwood floors.
We look forward to guests who will enjoy the SEC house as much as they have the Hog House. It's a little smaller and doesn't sleep as many, but that also cuts down on the price. Some have already booked both houses for large groups!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location is what sold us immediately on this house! It is so close to the UofA campus! We love sitting outside watching traffic after the games. Every now and then we will get a 'woooo pig sooooieee' yelled out at us!
We had a huge wall mural painted on the living room wall in the SEC house. This mural was done by a local artist who is very talented. She also hand-painted the kitchen table and chairs.
One idea that some of our guests have already taken advantage of is to rent one of our houses for the entire Razorback Football Season! Then you know you have a tailgate house for every home Fayetteville game!
We have added central heat and air to the garage and made it into a game room with a new ping pong table and a Play Station 2 with several games. This will be a fun hangout for people of all ages!
