Esta propiedad excepcional acomoda fácilmente a 10 personas con comodidad con 4 habitaciones King (la principal tiene baño privado) y 2 camas individuales en la 5ª habitación. La cocina es grande y tiene todas las comodidades que necesitará. El lavadero es perfecto para secar la ropa de baño y las toallas de playa.
Disfrute de la cubierta del segundo piso o relájese en el patio delantero o en el enorme muelle. Nada en la balsa o lanza tu kayak o canoa desde la playa. Ir a esquiar o hacer wakeboard o pescar desde su propio barco, que se acomoda fácilmente en los látigos en el muelle.
¡Disfruta de una fogata nocturna en la playa o relájate frente a la chimenea!
Hay un amplio espacio al aire libre para que los niños corran o arrojen una pelota. El área de parrillas al aire libre es grande y hay varias mesas de picnic disponibles para servir a grandes multitudes.

The house is very comfortable, instructions were clear, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the setting is outstanding, right on the lake with great views. Holly was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Checking out was easy. This is just a great house.

Excellent on all counts everything thought out immaculately clean. There are a lot of stairs, but they do prepare you for that. It’s all worth it for the lake views.

Wonderful lake house for a family reunion

We had a great time at this house! It’s hard to find a big house with king beds and this had 4 so that’s why we picked it originally. The kitchen and living areas were spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor patio was also very nice but did need a little hosing down when we got there, which was easy to do. We loved the dock and fire pit as well. We rented a nice pontoon boat which was easily docked. The owner was very responsive any time we had a question. I would definitely go back here again.

Holton Beach Retreat

Our family of 9 (7 adults and a 10 and 6 year old) had a wonderful 4 night stay at Holton Beach Retreat. The property is all about lake and sky. We took a rented boat fishing, to wineries, parks, and had a blast tubing in the 650 water. We hiked gorges, ate meals on the patio and at the huge dining room table, played our lawn games, kayaked, jumped off the dock and swim platform, and skipped an endless supply of stones. The kids especially loved the freedom of the water.Nearly every room faces the water. Four bedrooms and two baths up plus a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor were ideal. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and well stocked, especially the kitchen. Jugs of drinking water, a working grill, and kayaks/canoe with paddles were appreciated. We didn’t find the life jackets in the master BR closet until we packed to leave, but the kids had brought their own. The TV and Internet worked fine.Holly’s communication was great and driving directions were precise. The 70 steps up to our parking area were not a problem but we were grateful to be able to load/unload our cars at lake level next door.A few suggestions to consider bringing: kids life jackets that fit, a small grill scraper (we didn’t use the metal brush), water shoes to protect from sharp zebra mussels, and eye shades if you don’t rise and shine very early.Thank you Holly for sharing your fun house in such a beautiful area.

5 couples enjoying Finger Lakes long weekend

We came from Central PA and Canada to spend the weekend with friends. We enjoyed the Barbecue at Finger Lakes Cider House, a wine tour with Grapevine tours, hike at a few state parks and enjoyed the house and fire pit. Great gathering space. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious bedrooms. Beautiful view of the lake.

Lake House for a wedding weekend

We had a wedding nearby and this lake house accommodated 9 of our family so we could be nearby for all of the events. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake with swimming and kayaking and the views were beautiful. The house had plenty of room and a large stocked kitchen. Holly was quick to reply to messages and accommodating. Thank you!

The perfect getaway!

Great place for family fun

We were able to enjoy all of the water sports that our family wanted, and fishing too. Great quite family spot with quiet evenings sharing around a fire. Close enough to Ithica to take advantage of rainy weather days.

Best Lake House

This lake house suits our family perfectly. We like the great kitchen which is fully supplied, the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the big dock for fishing and tie up for our 2 jet skis and the nice campfire area. We appreciate the owners allowing us to unload our cars by using their driveway to get closer to the rental house. We found that this is the best house to rent on Cayuga Lake!

Wine country vacation

We had a wonderful time staying with family in this lake house. We spent our time on the dock, floating in the lake and kayaking. Even with all of this, we still had time to hit the wine trails, discover great places to eat and enjoy great music at the Cider House. The owners were very pleasant and eager to answer all of our questions.

Weekend away

Wedding Weekend

Fantastic location right on the lake!

This VRBO rental was one of our best yet. Even though we were only there for a few hour each day because of wedding plans, we fully enjoyed the location and tranquility of the lake. The house was huge! While my wife and I stayed in the first floor bedroom with our own bathroom, there were four additional bedrooms as well as two additional bathrooms upstairs. While the long dirt road from the main road to the parking spot at the top of the long stair case down to the house was challenging without a high clearance, it was all part of the charm. Though only a short stay, we truly felt we were on vacation. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Had a super relaxing weekend

We absolutely loved the property! We enjoyed the nearby attractions and then coming to a nice, comfortable home. We especially enjoyed waking up early and watching the sunrise... would definitely stay here again.

Worked well for our family

The house and property were a great fit for our family with our range in ages. location to grocery store was really good. water was plenty deep for boats and yet had a beach for little ones to walk out.

Wonderful family get away

Holly – thank you so much for sharing your wonderful lakefront home with our family! We had a spectacular time. The large dock was literally always occupied either by someone reading a book, fishing, sunbathing, or sitting with a glass of wine enjoying the view! The boat lift worked great – renting a boat was such a bonus. The water was warm for waterskiing and tubing. Everything about the house itself was perfect – clean, well appointed, beyond fully stocked – down to parchment paper to bake our cookies!! With 4 of the upstairs bedrooms facing the lake with a balcony deck, everyone was decidedly pleased with the arrangement. The firepit area was well supplied with chairs. The kayaks and canoe were fun to take out as well. The wineries/breweries in the area were great. Watkins Glen & Taughannock Falls hikes were among the highlights of the week. Muranda Cheese Company, Finger Lakes Cider House were memorable outings. There was a cute farm stand down the road which kept us well supplied with corn & blueberries. Overall, great family trip. We all hope to be back next year. Holly was a great hostess. She answered all questions and was very responsive to a midweek issue that arose. Overall, I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to fully enjoy the Cayuga Lake experience!!

This is our family cottage. My sister and I manage this property for the family. We have been renting it for the last two years when the family is not using it. My husband and I have a cottage next door.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have been on Holton Beach for the last 50 years. We love the lake because we sail, kayak and canoe. The lake is generally quiet (not alot of motor boat traffic)

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Ithaca and the parks are 15-20 minutes from our cottage. There are many wineries, distilleries and cider mills in the areas. At the top of our road is the Cayuga Creamery which makes the best homemade ice cream in New York State.
