Nuestra propiedad luminoso y abierto está rodeado por la exuberancia de Laguna Beach. Un 2 dormitorio con una cómoda cama de rey y la reina con la mejor de ropa de cama, gran sofá de diseño cómodo y una cocina completa y cuarto de baño con todas las comodidades para sentirse como en casa. El uso de la parrilla, lavandería y playa comodidades para hacer su estancia sentir como si estuvieras en casa cuando estás en 'nuestra casa' y vacaciones cuando estás fuera. Situado en el 'Tree Streets' de los barrios más deseables en Laguna Beach. Mejor ubicación de Laguna para evitar el tráfico de verano, pero la distancia sigue caminando a las playas.

A poca distancia de playas solitarias, parques, docenas de restaurantes, galerías de arte, mercado de agricultores, de Pavillion tienda de ultramarinos, Whole Foods, Etc.

A corta distancia de comerciante Joes, Isla Fashion Mall, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Balboa Island, e Irvine. La ubicación es perfecta!

La casa está rodeada de flores tropicales como plumeria, hibisco, limones, limas, palmeras, etc., justo fuera de su ventana.

Laguna Beach combina el ambiente relajado del sur de California con una vibrante escena artística (y festivales en el verano) y sin embargo, ofrece fácil acceso a las atracciones del Condado de Orange, incluyendo tiendas de clase mundial y la tierra de Disney. good location

location great, just two blocks from beach, we were happy we chose north village cottages instead of being in town,just to hard to find a parking place there nice to have owners live in front house, so that if anything went wrong they were right there to fix it. Definitely see the area called "top of the world".

Needs Major Overhaul

Kitchen lacked basic cookware and utensils. Surfaces, woodwork and appliances were grimey from years of grease and dirt build-up. Oven and stove were dirty. Refrigerator was old and smelled terrible; microwave did not cook evenly, and toaster did not work. Sink was stained and did not have a garbage disposal or dishwasher. That was not a concern, except there was no sink stopper to soak and wash dishes properly. Bathroom had no grab bars for safety; sink was slow draining. Water tended to pool on the floor each time we took a shower. This property overlooks an alleyway mostly. The windows do not open and close easily. They are old and rickety and covered with old window blinds. While we enjoyed Laguna Beach and the coastal communities, this rental left much to be desired and we would not return.

Laguna Beach Spring 2021

The location of this apartment is great. It is in a quiet area of Laguna Beach and is an easy walk to the beach, downtown restaurants and groceries. We like to hike and there are some great hiking trails in and around this location. The apartment itself is just okay. It is in an older building and has not been updated. The beds were comfortable. However the kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner. It was advertised as having an available grill however it too was dirty and unusable.

A Perfect Place to Relax

What a great area to spend time relaxing! The location is ideal. Quite and private, yet close enough to walk down to the beaches, shops, local restaurants and the boardwalk. You can hear the ocean, and smell the wonderful plants that surround the cottage. Dan and his wife left us a welcome note, and Trader Joes snacks, upon arrival. They were very helpful with recommendations for beaches, hikes and local restaurants to be sure to visit. I loved that we were able to walk to these areas very easily, because of the location of the cottage. The beds and couch were very comfortable, and the cottage was well stocked with basic amenities, including bathroom linens, toiletries and kitchen necessities for cooking. The set up is perfect for any variety of family combinations. A lovely place to stow away!

Crescent Bay Cottage

This clean bright sunny quiet cottage was a perfect getaway for my adult daughters and me. We arrived from snowy Park City, Utah and were delighted with the smell of magnolias, an orange and lemon tree, and the sound and sight of the ocean. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and the living/dining areas were open and bright. The beach was a five minute walk. Dan recommended restaurants, hikes and other beaches for surfing, shell searching and sunset watching. The location was close to the coast highway but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beach chairs and toys, and Dan's help if needed, were all readily available to us. A perfect place to retreat.

Location, Location, Location

We spent a month (mid-Jan.-mid-Feb.) at this property and loved it. It's not fancy but for a beach cottage, it's pretty perfect. We mentioned that more window blinds and another floor lamp would be nice and Dan quickly got them for us. We spent many happy hours walking on the beach--both Main beach, a 5-10 minute walk from here, and Crystal Cove, a 5-10 minute drive away. We hope to be able to go back again next January. Good times . . .

Great location great place

I stayed at this place for almost 5 weeks and was very happy with my decision. The location is top notch being very close walking distinct to the beach and town. The unit itself is spacious bright and airy. The owners were easily accessible if I needed anything which came in handy when I locked myself out...twice. When I come back to Laguna I will definetly stay here again! Thanks for everything Dan!

Close to everything!!

Close to everything we walked to the beach and restaurants. Used the boogie boards and beach chairs etc which was great! Laundry facilities were a big bonus too!

Relaxation in a very soft and tranquil place

We had a very comfortable stay with a view of the ocean....only two blocks from one of the more beautiful beaches you will find in a town anywhere. The home is spacious and comfortable. Very nice owners.

Ideal break from winter in Madrid

This was the 2nd time we spent a month in this well-equipped cottage. Once again, it worked out ideally for us. The location couldn't be better — 5 min. from the beach, close to some excellent hiking trails with panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean, not to mention many restaurants, delis, cafés and even Whole Foods. All on foot. Laguna Beach is one of the few places I know in Southern California where the constant use of a car is not essential. We intend to return next year.

Wonderful location and property

Such a wonderful property with great beach access. I stayed in the area for business and family enjoyed all of the recreation and lifestyle the area has to offer. The property has been well maintained, is well stocked, and has fast internet. We really could not have asked for more and actually extended our stay for a few days. The owner is close by and extremely responsive.

Perfection

My son and I have stayed at this perfect beach cottage a few times over the years. It is in the best location! Up the street from a fabulous beach, a fun park for kids, charming shops, great food, and it is in the heart of Laguna beach. The cute town is so fun to explore. The cottage is bright, clean, beautiful flowers and landscaping, easy to get to from all the town action, yet removed enough to feel quaint like you're part of a neighborhood. The owners are a cute young couple that are so sweet, helpful and easy going. I highly recommend this beach cottage if you're looking to stay anywhere close to Orange County. We love it.
