Tucked away on a private drive within the peaceful Bayville Shores community, this home offers the perfect combination of privacy, wildlife, relaxation, and easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

The home is located bayside on scenic Little Assawoman Bay, giving you the best of both worlds—close to the action but tucked away in a peaceful residential community.

Step inside and you’ll find an open-concept kitchen that flows into the dining area, family room, and sunroom, creating a comfortable space for everyone to gather. The first floor also includes a bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and a laundry closet. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom features a private deck, walk-in closet, double vanity, and soaking tub.

Relax on the back patio, fire up the gas grill, or enjoy the surrounding wildlife and peaceful setting from the upper deck.

Food Lion and Harris Teeter are approximately 5 minutes from the home for convenient grocery shopping.

🚗 Parking

There are 2 designated parking spaces for Unit 1273 located near the home. Additional community parking is available throughout Bayville Shores, subject to community rules and availability.

Boats and trailers may not be parked within Bayville Shores.

🚤 Boat & Kayak Launch

Bayville Shores offers a boat and kayak launch for community use.

* Boat and kayak launch available
* Kayaks, paddleboards, and boats are not provided
* Guests must bring their own equipment
* A community permit is required to use the boat launch
* Guests are responsible for obtaining the required permit
* Overnight parking of boats or vehicles at the boat ramp is prohibited
* Boat parking is not permitted anywhere within Bayville Shores

🐶 Pet Policy

* One dog is permitted per stay
* Please notify us about your dog prior to arrival
* Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet
* Please be respectful of the home, property, and surrounding community

🚭 House Rules

* Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older
* No parties or events
* No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the home
* Guest count must match the reservation
* $75 fee per additional guest beyond the original reservation
* Please respect quiet hours and our neighbors
* Please follow all Bayville Shores community rules
* No overnight parking of boats or vehicles at the boat ramp
* No boat or trailer parking within the community
* Guests are not permitted to receive mail/packages

🔐 Safety & Security

Your safety and privacy matter to us. The property has two exterior security cameras:

* One is located near the front entrance and faces outward toward the parking area.
* One is located near the rear patio door and faces outward toward the patio/parking area.

The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They are motion-activated and record both video and sound.
