Welcome to Pajaro Dunes Resort, Shorebirds 203. Enjoy our beautifully appointed third-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath Premium condo with stunning ocean views—perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Our living room is bright and comfortable! We have an electric fireplace in the living room and a 44” Samsung Smart TV with Roku, plus Cable in both the living room and master bedroom. High-speed Wi-Fi is also included.

This condo sleeps up to 6 guests with a King bed in the oceanfront master suite and two queen beds in the guest bedroom. Recent updates include new mattresses in the guest room, refreshed linens in the master suite, updated kitchen essentials, and upgraded handheld showerheads in both bathrooms.

Step outside to enjoy the propane BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining after a day at the beach. Comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully updated, this ocean-view retreat is a great choice for your next stay. Please note there are stairs up to the third level, but we have amazing ocean views!

Comfortable Condo with Great Views and Beach

Comfortable condo with two good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice kitchen with plenty of cooking items. Great views to beach. You can walk to the beautiful beach just behind the condo building. Pajaro Dunes is a quiet, relaxing place.

Very well appointed property with great view. We have stayed at Pajaro Dune many time but this was our first time in a condo. We loved it and would happily return to this property. Loved the artwork!

Peaceful location with easy access to Monterey & Santa Cruz

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pajaro Dunes. It was a great place to use as a base to visit Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur, and Santa Cruz. Also a nice peaceful place to hang out for itself ... nice beach, sunsets, bird watching, etc.. The unit was exactly as described, and Pajaro Dunes has plenty of Pickleball, Tennis Courts, etc. We had a great time and would be happy to visit again.

Amazing view!! Steps to the beach.

The view was amazing. Condo is on the 3rd floor so we felt safe to sleep with slider doors open and fell asleep to the sound of the waves in the most comfortable king size bed. The beach is steps away with not very many peolple at all. Staff was was very nice. The place was cute and comfortable.

We enjoyed this place very much. It is in a hidden location...great if you want to be far away from busy beaches. May I suggest softer towels? The ones we had were pretty rough...also having shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms would have been nice...

Excellent Escape, Close to SF!

We've stayed at Pajaro Dunes condos over the years and this unit is our favorite by far! The furnishings are all good quality and the kitchen well outfitted for cooking. The owners have created a warm, inviting space with their own artwork which complements things perfectly! The sunsets viewed from the deck/living room will be long remembered.

Great condo!

Heater wasn't working in living room, towels were stained and 2-3 blinds were broken in second bedroom which let in light in the morning. Other than that, the place was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Beach was amazing and the place was comfortable and nice! We will be back for sure!

Great Condo

I have been going to Pajaro every summer since I was in diapers. I love that I now visit with my husband and daughter. This year my in-laws joined us. We had plenty of space. The condo had everything we needed. It was very nice, obviously recently updated. We all especially loved the owners beautiful artwork showcased in the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The place itself was beautiful, and waking up to the ocean view each morning was a highlight of the trip. It was also an easy walk to the beach, which was quiet and peaceful with hardly any other people around.The property managers were very responsive and attentive. When we noticed the toaster in the kitchen was not working, they quickly brought us a new one, which we really appreciated.Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend staying here!

BFF Beach Trip

This beautiful home away from home had everything we needed, including a wonderful view of the water and is just steps from the beach. The gift store on the property was convenient and we took advantage of the free movie rentals there as well. Would recommend staying here.

location was great

We got there and there was no hot water for two (2) days. We called the office and at 7pm the second day it was working. If you stay here keep in mind that there was only 1 beach towel, no spices, not foil paper, no baggies no tupperware and no cleaning supplies. The guest bathroom is very high to get into the the tub/shower. I almost fell. It was not worth the money.
