La propiedad es una casa adosada bellamente decorada, totalmente amueblada, espaciosa y actualizada en la popular comunidad de Canal Landing. Magníficamente ubicado, se encuentra a pocos pasos del centro de Rehoboth, con toneladas de fabulosas opciones gastronómicas, la playa y senderos para caminatas / ciclismo. Camina, pedalea o toma el autobús de playa hacia el océano. Termine el día con bebidas en uno de nuestros 3 balcones. Además, la propiedad es conveniente para las tiendas outlet.
Esta propiedad de cuatro niveles se encuentra en el tranquilo canal de Rehoboth. El concepto abierto del segundo piso es un sueño de vacaciones para amigos y familiares. La propiedad cuenta con: una cocina totalmente equipada, mosquitera en el porche, cocina comedor, amplio comedor, dos habitaciones principales, dos áreas de sala familiar, cuatro baños, parrilla y área de asientos al aire libre, dos lugares de estacionamiento, wifi y mucho más. El acceso a la piscina comunitaria climatizada está incluido en su alquiler.
Los alquileres semanales son de sábado a sábado. La hora de registro es a las 3:00 p.m., la hora de salida es a las 10:00 a.m.

Wonderful stay in Rehoboth Beach

My family of five including three teens had a wonderful stay at this townhouse in Canal Landing, Rehoboth Beach. The location inside the Coastal Highway and within easy walking / biking distance to shops and restaurants is absolutely key to an enjoyable vacation in Rehoboth Beach. Trish is a wonderful host and great communicator. Check-in was a breeze due to the lock code on the front door. The townhouse has new carpets and was impeccably clean upon our arrival. Of thing to note is that this property does not include bed linens or bath towels. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and I’d highly recommend to others looking to stay in Rehoboth Beach.

Family fun.

Have vacationed in Rehoboth Beach on 7 occasions 3 at Canal Landing. Each stay at Canal Landing including 38 Canel Landing have been great . Location is perfect easy access to walk, bike or drive to the beach.

Week at Rehoboth

The townhome in Canal Ct Landing was perfect and welcoming. Plenty of room for 6, great location to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and biking trails. My grandsons enjoyed the pool. We had a great week.

Bring your own linens!

Great location, we vacation every summer in Rehoboth Beach, and this is the second time we’ve stayed in this neighborhood. It’s nice to have the community pool on days when the weather is not the best. We were surprised upon arrival that there were no sheets nor towels available for our use and had to scramble To purchase some The evening we arrived. This was not noted in the listing, and not something we have experienced before in any of our VRBO stays. Overall, the cleanliness was good, with the exception of a few things like Cheerios on the floor and popsicle stick on the end table. The kitchen sink disposal was super smelly, But there were no cleaning supplies available So we made do with some lemons We had brought with us. Guests should be aware that parking is in short supply, so if you have more than two vehicles, you will almost surely have to purchase a parking pass.

Great vacation condo

The unit was very clean, had all the household items you might need. the lay out of the unit was perfect for us. We, the grandparents had our own room with queen sized beds and a private bath and patio on the ground floor. It was very quiet and we were never annoyed by goings on upstairs. the main floor had a large living room, with flat screen tv dining room area with a very large table and a kitchen with all the amenities and a large table. Upstairs there were two bedrooms, the master and private bath and the kids room and one more full bath. On the top level was a family room with large screen tv, kids stuff and additional sleeping space if needed. We were a few short steps from the pool, which although small, was never crowded. You can walk to the beach -about 2 miles and to the boardwalk and lots of restaurants, ice cream parlors, shoppes and pubs. The only complaint I have was of our own making. We bought a parking pass -75$ for mon-friday. It rained two days and the parking area for the pass is a fair distance from the downtown, so not really convenient. If you want to get a parking pass only do so for the day, if you know you will be staying at the beach for a good three or more hours. Otherwise walk or use the meters.

Family vacation

Well equipped home. Toys were much appreciated by our grandchild. We liked the location because we were able to walk into town and also use the pool after a day at the beach.

Lovely location!

Something for everyone in our family. We loved biking to the beach, walking to the boardwalk, swimming in the outdoor pool, dinner on the screened porch. House came with a fully stocked kitchen. We only had to bring sheets and towels.

Loved it again for the second year

This property has a great location! I highly recommend it to anyone with a large group of people. Plenty of room to spread out. Kids can ride bikes to the beach!! Pool is great!!

Canal Escape

This townhome community is tucked along the canal not far from the center of town yet the setting is quiet and peaceful. No traffic sounds whatsoever. A modern, clean, roomy vacation home. Would stay here again. Wish we knew about beach accessories though and we would not have bothered bringing our chairs, umbrella, etc.

Perfect home for family vacation

This home was the perfect size for our family. Each couple has their own bedroom and bathroom. The loft on the fourth floor was great space for game night and movies. The screened porch was a great outdoor option. The location was a short distance from the beach. We rented bikes for the week which made it even more convenient to get around. The community pool was also a nice option.

This house was a short car ride and shorter bike ride to the beach! We were even able to walk to the beach in a short 15 min. Kids loved all the space. Very quiet neighborhood with no noise from close neighbors. Trish was great to work with.

Great location, good for kids

We enjoyed our stay at 38 Canal Landing Ct. We have stayed in the community a few times and we really enjoy the heated pool, screened porches, and central location. All of the appliances were in good working order, and the beach chairs were very nice. There are a number of stuffed animals, small toys, and a quality high chair which made our stay even easier!

Welcome to our home away from home. For the past decade, our family's three generations have explored the joys of Rehoboth Beach at 38 Canal Landing Court. Recently, we thought we would invite others to participate in the fun, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Our home is situated about mid-way between the Ocean and Coastal Highway (Route 1) and sits along the scenic Rehoboth Canal. We find it a great location since it is very convenient to everything in Rehoboth without the noise and congestion of being in the center of downtown. It is near tax-free outlet shopping, water parks, YMCA, bicycle rentals, go-karts, nature trails, state parks, and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry.
