Esto es absolutamente la casa de playa perfecto! Este ideal de vacaciones se salga es adecuado para aquellos que buscan unas vacaciones de calidad que ofrece una ubicación al este de la Ruta 1, a poca distancia de la playa, el centro y el paseo marítimo! Se le vacacionando en un espacioso, cómodo, tranquilo cinco dormitorios, tres y medio baño casa con una privada en la piscina de tierra! La primera planta cuenta con pisos de madera, una amplia sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana con cable y DVD! Servicio de internet inalámbrico incluido! El patio está totalmente vallada. Cocine el interior de la cocina de granito totalmente equipada con vistas a la sala de estar! Simplemente perfecto para el entretenimiento! También hay una terraza trex, porche, ducha cerrada exterior y una parrilla de gas! La primera planta dormitorio principal cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana, walk in closet y un baño completo con azulejos de cerámica privada. Hay cuatro dormitorios en planta alta atendidas por dos baños con azulejos de cerámica de tamaño muy bien! Aire central zonal doble para mayor comodidad. Esta casa de playa recién decorada hace un perfecto lugar de vacaciones de la familia.

La casa está situada en un tranquilo árbol tranquila bordeada por una calle camino y tiene un excepcional 'Cape Cod Feel'. Sólo 1 cuadra de Silver Lake y 4 cuadras de las playas! Lejos del ruido de la ciudad de Rehoboth, pero convenientemente ubicado cerca de tiendas y restaurantes! Rehoboth Beach es una gran ciudad para las bicicletas. Traiga ellos y sólo aparcar los coches! Family Rehoboth Beach vacation

This property met our family vacation needs perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was a short distance away and the pool was an added bonus for the days we did not go to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately hurricane came and sone days were stuck in doors. Would be nice to be closer to the beach. Definitely need bikes. Grandkids loved the pool. Traffics is crazy so expect delays everywhere. Manager was awesome!

Perfect vacation home for multi-generational family

This was our third year at this home. House was perfect for our family of ten, 6 adults and 4 children under 5 years old. Easy walk to Boardwalk. Parking pass allowed one car with all beach chairs, toys and coolers to be transported. Pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all. We will be back next year.

We enjoyed our vacation at this property.. everything was to my expectations!

I would definitely rent this property again for it was a close walk to everything and the house met all of our needs . The pool was a plus with our grand babies ..

Rehoboth Beach House

The house was perfect and would highly recommend. There was plenty of space for two families and the street was beautiful. We enjoyed the beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon, and boardwalk at night.

We had the best time! Our family of 10, aged 19-95, were in town to see our daughter perform at the Clearspace Theater where she’s working all summer. The house was perfect. From the ease of communicating with Valerie, checking in with an easy keypad system, the layout where my parents could have their own private space on the first floor, the open kitchen, screened-in porch, location that was walking distance to a beautiful beach and boardwalk and the perfectly sized pool that kept us cool on really hot days-we could not have been happier with our choice! Thank you so much for helping us make great memories together! We hope to return!

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay for families or friends to stay! Only about a block to silver lake, and not a terribly long walk to Funland or other boardwalk places. Easy access to DE-1 for any travel to Dewey, Lewes, or Ocean City. Overall everyone in my family was pleased where getting a consensus is difficult!

Best House Ever

The house is comfortable, large enough for quiet family gatherings with members staying at other locations. Complete kitchen and all rooms contained side tables, chairs and reading lamps. Tv in every room however we were drawn to the large tv watching Olympics The pool was a refreshing delight after our steamy side trips. Easy walking to beach and boardwalk It was a magical stay

Our Wonderful Stay

This was our first trip to Rehoboth Beach and the house was everything we expected and more! It was an easy walk to the beach, in a beautiful, quiet area, and the pool was a wonderful way to entertain our grandchildren. The house was the perfect size for our family and we were able to prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, which was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We had an amazing time! We will have lasting memories, and hope to return next year!

Great house. Walking distance to beach. Private pool.

House was great space for 6 adults and 3 young children. One car drove to the beach with all our gear and the rest of the family enjoyed the walk to the beach. Afternoon naps for babies, while adults enjoyed the private pool. After nap playtime for children in the pool.

Our Delaware vacation

The house was perfect for our family, especially adjoining bedroom in upstairs master bedroom. This was perfect for my grandchildren. Having the pool was especially nice since the walk to the beach was too far for small children. Overall we loved the house!!! Thank you

Rehoboth vacation 2024

This house was the perfect size for our group. I loved how clean it was. It has plenty of room to not be on top of each other. The pool was a bonus and was great for after a beach day or if you wanted to skip the beach. Everyone in our group loved this house. Valerie was very nice and helpful with any questions I had. Clean, Peaceful, Convenient

The house and neighborhood are more beautiful in person, quiet and peaceful. Close to everything. House and pool were clean, wonderful. Pool goes from 3 feet to about 5 feet deep, guessing about 8 feet wide and 14 feet long. It was perfect for us. The house has all you may need. Valerie was attentive and friendly.

Beautiful Home!

We loved staying at this beautiful home for our first vacation in Rehobeth Beach. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable in every way. The pool was a great bonus which we really enjoyed. It was conveniently located to the beach, shopping and dining. Val was a very responsive and gracious host, answering questions before, during and after our stay. She addressed a minor problem we had while we were there swiftly and efficiently. We had a great time and if we return to Rehobeth we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

This was our second year at this house. Perfect set up for grandparents, 2 adult children with spouses and three young grandchildren. Short walk or drive to the beach. Included parking pass allowed us to load up one car with all the beach supplies for easier access. Easy walk from beach, along the boardwalk, to shops and Funland. Pool was enjoyed by all in the afternoons and evenings. Kitchen layout allowed for easy meal prep. Updated master bathroom is very nice. We are already planning next year's return.

Everything you need

This house was great for our 3 families. It is pretty much brand new and very clean. The pool was a bonus for the kids. Boardwalk is only a 15 minute walk, so you don't have to worry about parking meters or permits. The trash situation is frustrating, but that is the fault of Rehoboth, not the owner (recycle pick up every 2 weeks and regular trash on Mondays). Would definitely come back.

Fun times!

The property is in a great location right between Dewey and Rehoboth and near the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. in walking distance. Our host leaves very detailed instructions throughout the house that makes the stay incredibly easy! The pool was just opened, and unfortunately was extremely green so we steered clear of swimming out back. But, that was our only issue and who needs the pool when you have an ocean, highly recommend!

Perfection

Absolutely beautiful and super spacious vacation home. When we walked in the front door, we were immediately so happy. The kitchen, family room and bedrooms are huge. Lots of bathrooms which make things super easy when getting ready to go out for evening festivities. The backyard is amazing with a beautiful pool, grill and lots of outdoor furniture. The screened in patio is great for eating outside. And there is a driveway and area in front of the house for parking. The beach and boardwalk are about a 15-minute walk. The walk or bike ride is very pretty, with lots of beautiful trees, beach homes and lots of flowers to take in and enjoy. If you have little ones, I'd take a wagon to use in case they are tired and don't want to walk. I cannot think of one thing that was not great about our stay. And to top it off, the owner Val is absolutely the best.

The house was very lovely inside and out with one exception - which was a big negative. The large grill in the backyard needs replacement. In some parts, actually flames come out because the gas lines have large holes rusted through. The rest of the grill does not heat (becasue most of the gas is coming out of the holes). So, even though the kitchen is stocked beautifully - we couldn't use the grill at all.

Prior to purchase had been renting in Rehoboth for years and expections were never really met. So have created a great vacation rental.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Really prefer newer construction over older construction as some of the older homes previously rented were often dark with small rooms or had layouts that were not condusive for today's living. A pool was a must have. Prefer this location in Rehoboth as it is easy to get to, quiet and close to the south end beaches which tend to be less crowed.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

House is large enough to accomodate extended families with plenty of space. Having the pool especially if the surf is rough or it's just very hot out is absolutely the best of both worlds! Provides options on how to spend the day, especially with small children napping in the afternoon. Adults can relax by the pool or in the screened porch.
