Impecable 5 BR / 4. 5 BA / Recroom / Pool - A pie de playa / paseo marítimo! Entrada cerrada

Este es un condominio / casa adosada espacioso, hermoso e impecable ubicado a la salida de Rehoboth Avenue. Somos los propietarios originales de esta casa, comprada en 2009. ¡NUEVOS muebles para la sala de estar, refrigerador mejorado y nuevas alfombras de pared a pared en los dos pisos superiores para 2018-2019! Muy bien mantenido !!

La casa está a solo ocho cuadras de la playa: un relajante paseo de 15-20 minutos a pie o en bicicleta a todas las tiendas y restaurantes del centro de Rehoboth y el aclamado paseo marítimo de Rehoboth Beach. El complejo de condominios, Edgewater Park, está frente al canal Rehoboth-Lewes. Está a 5 minutos en coche de las tiendas outlet premium. (Delaware no tiene impuesto sobre las ventas). El nuevo carril bici Rehoboth-Lewes de cuatro millas también está cerca.

El complejo de condominios cerrado tiene una piscina céntrica. Hay una gran área de juegos / parque dentro de una cuadra y visible a través del canal desde los 3 balcones de la casa. También hay un parque acuático a 5 minutos en coche.

La casa es de cuatro pisos, 3200 pies cuadrados, perfecta para una reunión acogedora de familias y amigos, pero lo suficientemente grande como para tener algo de privacidad también. Cada piso tiene un balcón o patio con vistas al Canal.

El cuarto piso principal es de aproximadamente 800 pies cuadrados con una cama King size y una sala de estar con un sofá cama queen size, un televisor de alta definición de 37 "y una chimenea romántica. Esta habitación tiene un balcón privado con vistas al océano sobre las copas de los árboles. El baño de lujo tiene una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha separada de tamaño completo.

En el tercer piso hay tres dormitorios y dos baños. 1) El segundo maestro tiene una cama Queen size, TV, baño privado y balcón privado. 2) nuestra sala "Surfer" tiene una cama queen size y TV y 3) la sala "Kids" está configurada con dos juegos de literas individuales. Las habitaciones 2 y 3 comparten un baño completo.

En el nivel de entrada / primer piso, tenemos un tercer dormitorio principal / quinto con baño privado, una cama queen size, TV y una puerta corredera que da al patio.

La sala de estar y la cocina están en el segundo piso. Este nivel principal es un plano de planta abierto con una cocina bien equipada, un gran sofá seccional y un televisor de 46 pulgadas montado sobre la chimenea. Hay un balcón en la sala de estar con parrilla (¡NUEVO Weber para 2019!) y asientos en el patio.

También en el nivel de entrada, el garaje se ha configurado como una sala de recreación para niños y adultos. Está equipado con futbolines de tamaño completo y mesas de hockey de aire para días lluviosos o hasta altas horas de la noche. En este nivel también hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora estándar.

Ofrecemos acceso a internet, televisores en 4 de las 5 habitaciones (ninguna en la habitación con literas) con servicio de cable Full HD y libros, películas, juegos y juguetes para los niños.

Tenga en cuenta que se proporcionan almohadas y edredones para todas las camas, pero deberá traer sus propias sábanas (toallas y sábanas).

Los alquileres de verano son de sábado a sábado, check-in a las 3 p. metro. y salida a las 12 pm / mediodía.

Darren was incredibly quick to respond to a small glitch when we arrived. It was resolved within minutes. He was very friendly, accommodating and helpful.Home was well furnished, comfortable furniture, plenty of pots pans & utensils in the kitchen. The bathrooms were well maintained and clean.My family, friends and I enjoyed our stay in Rehoboth Beach and specifically in this home.

Great location for our family

This was our first stay in Rehoboth. We enjoyed the location of this home and the access to the community pool and playground. We followed the guidance of the host and found the beach that he recommended to be well suited to our multi-generational family.

Family time

This place was wonderful for our family vacation. With three generations staying together, it provided the space for all of us to have privacy if we so wanted it. The owner was a delight to deal with. He answered any concerns promptly. It was within walking distance to some shops/restaurants. The Boardwalk was a solid 15/20 min walk but doable. The pool was conveniently located. The parking pass helped us. All in all, one of the nicest places we have stayed in.

Wonderful, Well-Stocked, Tons of Space!

We loved this townhouse for our group of 12. It had plenty of bedrooms, was the best stocked VRBO I've ever stayed at (in terms of amenities and kitchen supplies) and provided very easy access to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat--highly recommend!

Had a really great stay with my friends. Unit had a lot of great amenities and was very clean. Was also walkable to town which was nice. Would book a return trip or recommend to others.

Great place to say in Rehobeth

Absolutely great place to stay in Rehobeth. Right off Rehobeth Ave and close to everything. Place is very spacious, clean and updated appliances. Would highly recommend it for any larger group going to Rehobeth. We had 10 comfortably stay there and all loved it (4 teens along with both sets of grandparents).

Great house, Great location

This 4 level townhouse is a great place to stay while at Rehoboth Beach. Located centrally between the beach shops and all the other restaurants/shopping on Coastal Highway, it's easy to get places relatively quickly. Having four showers really comes in handy and the community pool is literally 100 ft from the front door. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, convenient home

Everything was great in the house. It was a perfect place for a family gathering and a very convenient base from which to go out to the various appointments we had for our grandson's wedding activities. Beautiful setting, close to town, not far from beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The location was perfect for our family. It was great!!

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. There was plenty of room in the home for all of us. Bedrooms and living space were large and comfy. We walked to the boardwalk every night. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It’s a great place. Enjoy!!!

Great Beach Vacation

We had a lovely time in this townhouse property. The neighborhood is lovely, walking distance to shops and to the beach. The home was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. There is lots of space and we enjoyed the home and the pool. Our host provided great instructions and information on the area. We would definitely book this location again.

A great week at the beach!

We had 12 people (6 adults, 6 kids) spend a week and we all enjoyed ourselves! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. It was also very close to everything we wanted to do! We greatly appreciated the parking passes for the beach and in town.

Great Place To Stay

We had two families staying (4 adults and 5 children). We had plenty of space and loved the proximity to the pool. The furnishings made it feel like home. The location to the town was a delightful 20 minute walk. The owners were very accommodating and the air-hockey table was a big hit. We would recommend this home to fellow renters.

A week at the beach

The property was very clean and well maintained. This not only included the residence but all the surrounding property. One of the best things about the home was it location. It was a reasonable walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants.

Amazing Rehoboth Townhome

We had an amazing stay at Darren’s property! The townhouse is huge with plenty of space for 3 families (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing . It was an easy walk to everything in Rehoboth. On future trips to Rehoboth, I will definitely be checking Darren’s availability!

Had a great time.

Plenty of room for two families. We had a great time and the kids loved the pool. Darren was great with communication! The walk to the beach is a bit long for little ones so bring a stroller or wagon. The house was very clean.

We are a family of seven. The owners, Darren and Halee, live in Indiana. We have a son, Tristan, who is 27, another son, Joshua, who is 20, and three daughters, Addie, who is 19, Elliana who is 8 and Ivoree, who is 6. For work, Darren and Halee are both owners of boutique Financial Management software consulting companies called IntelliPoint, Inc and Oracon, Inc. respectively. When we're not working, we enjoy spending time with the kids, our extended family, going for walks, running, biking, swimming and traveling.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Having grown up on Cape Cod, Darren LOVES the beach and wanted a place fairly close to home. Halee vacationed in Cocoa Beach, FL as a child and can't get enough of the surf either! Rehoboth offers everything we were looking for to enjoy a wonderful summer vacation, or an off season long weekend with still plenty to do.

Having previously live outside of DC, we fell in love with Rehoboth for weekends and vacations. With our home in Rehoboth Beach, we love being able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also enjoy the generous space of our condo beach home because it allows us to bring friends and family with us.
