Great condo! Was exactly as advertised, excellent proximity to the beach, restaurants and fun things to do! Would be excellent for a small family as the bunk bed situation was very cool and could see a family with 1-2 young kiddos enjoying this space. Would stay here again, was fine for three adults, though I feel like more than three or four would be a little cramped. Overall, very satisfied with our trip!

50th Birthday Celebration

My wife and young adult children very much enjoyed our stay. The place was quaint but it was exactly all we needed. Incredible gulf-front views that were spent on our 2nd floor balcony, poolside, hot tub side or on the beach. The host was easy to contact before our arrival and throughout our stay as needed. This was bar none the best bang for our buck.

Great surprise!!

Clean, well maintained, well stocked, a layout that makes sense and uses space wisely. Nice starter pack too!!! Great beach views from the balcony and our family was able to enjoy a few meteor shower displays further down on the beach - my kids were in love with this black cat on the premises too, only downside is the light pollution from other brightly lit condos complexes in the area

Perfect location!

We loved the condo! The balcony facing the beach and the direct access to the beach was awesome! We had six and it was a bit crowded but we still very much enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, great location

Very clean stay with a great location and proximity to the ocean. It’s not set way back like some tend to be. Gaining in and out was easy as is the parking. Great place to stay.

Amazing Beach Front

We loved this condo! Seeing the water from the living room and kitchen, being just a short walk to the beach and in a quiet place was the perfect experience. We are avid travelers who have stayed in many rentals and this one was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We come to SPI yearly or 2x a summer and this is our favorite rental down here so far. Thank you for such a lovely place to spend our time together.

The owner was really really easy to work with and her directions to access the Condo were spot on. It is a 1 Bedroom Condo that is perfect for a couple or a small family. The view from the Balcony is incredible! All ocean all the time Kitchen and living room are well appointed. A REALLY important point for me was a very comfortable bed! I would stay again without hesitation! The Condo location was close to great restaurants.

Lovely, beautiful condo!

Sue keeps a wonderful and beautiful condo. My 16 year old niece quickly took over the hallway niche bed. It is a perfect place for kids or even an adult to just to curl up and read a book. The view is amazing. All appliances are great. Pans were perfect. Knives were sharp. I mention these things because at multiple other places, they were issues. I like the place so much that i rebooked for next summer before even leaving the island. It really is a special place.

South Padre Beach Condo

This was our second time staying at this condo. We love the location. The condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. Sue, was EXCELLENT with communication. There was a small problem getting into the condo. She had sent her phone number on the last email. I called and she answered immediately. The problem was solved within one minute. It is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, plus salt and pepper. She also had four beach chairs and an umbrella for use. If you need anything, there are stores within four blocks We plan to stay here again next fall.

The bed matters

Super clean, fantastic location, friendly and helpful host. Just couldn't sleep on the Queen mattress. Lumpy, squeaky, needs replacing. Woke up feeling bruised and exhausted. After the second night, my husband and I moved to the bottom twin bunk. The bunk mattress was wonderful! 40 years ago, the mattress wouldn't have mattered so much but I searched specifically for places that were clean and had a comfortable bed. One of the reviews stated that the bed was great. It wasn't. Other than that, everything was really nice. Personal balcony with two chairs and a small table. Clean and comfortable indoor furniture. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Can't beat the view!

Beach Condo

This is a great place for a couple or a family of four. Yes, it will sleep six; however with only one bathroom and the small dining area, I wouldn’t want more than four for a week’s stay. Sue was wonderful with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony that faced the beach. It is about a two minute walk to the water. We plan to return next year!

Fabulous views!

We have stayed in this complex before, but this unit was far and away a better fit for us! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, unit was clean and the owner made staying a breeze. The views off the balcony are spectacular! We enjoy the pool, private beach access, parking and privacy of the Florence. We will definitely be back and will stay in this unit again.

Great value and location

Can’t beat the location and value of this property. Communication was A+ from beginning to end. We are a family of 5 and it met our needs just fine. A little tight for us in space but was what was expected. Loved the view from the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked everyday (daughter has food allergies and well, covid) and it worked out perfectly.

Great amenities and location

Wonderful condo with great view and very short walk to beach.

We loved the great location of this condo and the walk to the beach was the shortest we have ever had. The bunk beds are great so you don't have to mess with a fold out couch, my son loved having his own little space.
