Este es un condominio de propiedad familiar que ha estado en nuestra familia durante muchos, muchos años y que está completamente actualizado con granito y baldosas. Nuestro condominio está situado en el extremo más al sur de SPI, DERECHO EN LA PLAYA en los hermosos y privados Condominios SeaVista by the Sea. Es un diseño de 3 BR que se ha convertido en un 2BR con mucho espacio abierto. Tiene capacidad para hasta 8 personas cómodamente (2 reinas completas, un sofá cama Queen completo y un conjunto de literas). Se encuentra en un complejo privado (completamente vallado con seguridad en las instalaciones) de 2 edificios que constan de 112 condominios de propiedad individual con 2 piscinas privadas, jacuzzis y canchas de tenis. Hay un importante parque acuático y resort en los lados sur y norte de nuestra propiedad, donde tenemos acceso a descuentos disponibles según disponibilidad. WiFi y TV por cable están incluidos junto con una cocina completamente equipada de granito. Al estar en la planta superior (6ª), tenemos vistas direccionales completas al norte, sur, este y oeste de la Isla del Padre Sur, el Golfo de México y la Laguna Madre. La pesca, la navegación, el surf, la vida nocturna, las experiencias culinarias y / o la vejez simplemente no hacer nada en "Island Time" es una gran razón para venir a South Padre Island.

Room was clean and spacious, property owner provided clear instructions and had good communication. The beach access was nice and a nice view off the balcony. I would definitely recommend and would return.

Great location, and perfectly furnished!

Location and the place were the absolute best. Everything you need to enjoy a trip, and have a great quality of living. Its all been figured out for you. From the fully furnished kitchen to keep and prep your food, to the great bathrooms and comfy beds and sofas, to the storm shutters that are like a cheat code for cooling down the whole condo. Them there's the proximity to the beach! So close! The only lost star was for the noise level coming from the party pool at the place next door, but there's hardly anything that can be done about that, and it's only a big deal if you have kids trying to sleep in the living room. Overall, absolutely fantastic stay!

Weekend Getaway

We have stayed at other places on SPI, but this was our first time on this property and it will definitely NOT be the last. We really enjoyed our condo. Very clean and cozy.

Thankful for last minute booking

Clean - thanks to owner for last minute booking due to error on previous management co. Only problem was master bathroom shower did not work well due to problem with diverter value not working. Shower door in other bathroom did not close. Had a gap of about an inch. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Very nice. Listing stated fitness/gym and children play area. There was none there. The condo is right next to Holiday resort. We had 8 nights of loud bands playing music until 2 am.

The stay was great, my only complaint has nothing to do with the condo but the only way into the location was badly flooded right outside the property gates, but after the rain everything was perfect and the owner responded even when I txt him late, highly recommended

Excellent beachfront condo in SPI

We were very happy to enjoy the Needham’s condo. Everything was in excellent condition. The place was spacious and comfortable. Beachfront, just a few steps away from the sea. We will not hesitate to come back

Great Family Stay

Took a very quick family vacation. Place was clean, and had all the amenities that were needed. Staff was friendly and made the process of checking in and out super easy! Loved the location of condo…corner location and was quiet! Let’s talk about the storm shutters…. Love them! Made the condo so dark… best sleep ever! Would highly recommend this unit, easy location, clean and access to beach is the best I have found!

Wonderful, spacious beachfront condo

My family of five had a very comfortable four night stay here in South Padre. It is convenient with semi private beach access (shared with other condos and nearby resorts). The condo itself is modern, clean, spacious and has beautiful beach views. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice kitchen made it a good place for a group.

Beautiful condo and absolutely loved the 360⁰ views. The condo felt spacious and well stocked, the basket of tar wipes was a nice touch that came in super handy. Absolutely loved the closet with an umbrella, beach chairs, and boogy boards. We had a great stay!

Don’t hesitate to book

Perfect place for our family’s long weekend to Padre. This condo had it all, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. They even had beach chairs and toys. The location was also great. Away from some of the craze but close enough of you want to partake.

Great spot on SPI for families!

I stayed here over spring break with my family, and it was beautiful! There were balconies overlooking the Gulf to take in the breeze, and the house was steps away from the water and beach! The house was just like described. The hosts were very responsive when a question arose. I loved my time here and would totally go back again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great location, great price

This condo was perfect for our group of 4 women. I've stayed in many units at Sea Vista. This unit was very clean and well stocked. Tons of games to play and beach towels, which were a nice touch. The bedrooms were nice and dark and very quiet. There were extra fans in the closets which we used. You can't beat the location. Our only complaint was that the water pressure in the sink wasn't very strong, but that was a minor issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location!

My family and I stayed in this unit over the Memorial Day weekend, and it worked great for what we were looking for. Getting to the beach was easy and the beach in this area wasn't too crowded due to it's location at the south end of the island. There was only one small issue during the stay, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. One small concern with the condo was that the AC seems to have a hard time keeping up, but that was likely due to the issue with keeping the west-facing patio window blocked. One hint - the master bedroom cools really well, and we put one of the small fans in the floor to push air down the hallway towards the kitchen and living area. This helped a good bit. Overall, the AC works and we stayed comfortable, and more importantly, we slept well. I would go back and stay in this unit in the future.

Fantastic Location for a Family Surfing Trip

Excellent location on the beach, with easy access from the causeway and away from the busier parts of the island. Spacious kitchen and living area with nice beach view from the balcony. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of family games and beach toys. Near Isla Blanca Park and hours of surfing (thanks to South Padre Surf Company). We would definitely consider this condo for a future stay.

Amazing place!

My family loved this rental property. It was exactly as the pictures showed even better. The location is fantastic, with a great desk reception service very kind and helpful persons, and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Being right on the ocean was amazing, having a pool and hot tub on the property and being able to watch the waves from them was also a plus. I appreciated the place has a good taste and great enviroment. We would definitely stay here again.
