FRENTE AL MAR PRIVACIDAD CON VISTA AL GOLFO DE MÉXICO!

Nuestra casa frente al mar de una habitación tiene una hermosa vista del Golfo de México. Estamos ubicados en el último piso del edificio # 1. El condominio está totalmente equipado con electrodomésticos renovados, pisos de cerámica, cama King size, dos vestidores, sofá cama, muebles de jardín, WiFi gratis, televisión de alta definición y Blu-Ray para Netflix.

Land's End es una joya escondida que descansa en una playa tranquila en el extremo sur de Sunset Beach. Este espectacular complejo tropical de estilo español está rodeado por el Golfo de México y Boca Ciega intracostero con sus aguas azules, su playa de arena blanca y un tortuoso paseo marítimo que rodea la propiedad.
Con su paisaje exuberante, las olas suaves, el aire salado y su impresionante belleza, la tranquilidad es una forma de vida aquí.

El complejo es una comunidad impecablemente mantenida, con piscina climatizada de gran tamaño, jacuzzi, canchas de tenis, canchas de voleibol y tejo, paseo marítimo sinuoso que rodea la península, cubierta de pesca totalmente equipada, miradores de madera, instalaciones de barbacoa y seguridad las 24 horas.

EXTRAordinary! One word describes this location and host! We have visited Treasure Island (I know refer to Julia’s Island!) several times! I can’t imagine a better vacation experience and why we return so often! Lands End is well maintained with outstanding security and friendly staff. Julia’s condo is extra clean with more than expected special touches! Always stocked and cared for to truly appreciate a home away from home! The pool is our favorite spot with the beach only steps away! This will continue to be our #1 beach destination! See ya next time soon!

Beach Getaway

We love Lands End and Julia was an amazing host. The property was perfect, she was attentive and thoughtful. We loved that there were leftover items that we could use and add to at the property. Amazing time! We will definitely be repeat visitors.

We are so lucky to have found this amazing gated community on Treasure Island. Our condo was extremely clean, well organized and had everything we needed. We loved the views! Easy access to the pool and beach. What a great week.

Wonderful Location

We enjoyed the proximity of the property to the beach, canal and pool. Since it is at the end of an island, there is very little traffic so it was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed watching the birds and dolphins and collecting shells. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation on the beach. Julia responded quickly to any of our questions. The people working at Lands End were very kind. It was a very enjoyable week on the beach.

Peaceful beach getaway

This property was perfect for our week long beach getaway! It was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Loved the private balcony with gulf view and the palm trees made it feel like a tropical paradise. It was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely plan to stay again!

Great stay

We had a great, relaxing stay here. Great place to just get out and walk. Condo has everything you will need for your stay. Only thing is that the palm trees need to be trimmed due to obstructing the view that you think you are getting.

Outstanding in every way

From start to finish, Julia made the trip great. She went above and beyond with a fed ex issue that saved Christmas for me. The place is clean, open and airy, close to anything you want to do but quiet from the beach comer crowds. She has provided everything you need for the beach, swimming pool, and relaxing while cooking at home. Loved it and will come again. Jon

Fantastic apartment and location.

The apartment was exactly as described. It was extremely well equipped and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was a definite plus. The resort was so well managed and the pool and spa were great - heated to a lovely temperature. The host was quick to respond and really helpful. A lovely beach with a beach bar within a 20 minute walk. The neighbourhood was also good and we walked to restaurants easily (between 20 and 40 minutes). Would definitely recommend!

Romantic getaway

This was the first time staying at lands end for me and my husband. From the time of booking Julianna the host was great, she answered any questions promptly and provided helpful information prior to our trip. When we arrived at lands end the check in process was easy. The condo was so clean and had all the amenities you could ever need while on vacation. The view was beautiful, the condo was right across from the pool, so from the balcony there was a view of the pool and ocean. The king size bed was So comfortable and the air conditioning was right on point with the 90 degree weather. Julianna checked in on us during our trip. She was helpful and accommodating and very friendly. She was an amazing host. The heated pool and hot tub were open until 11pm every night. It was romantic taking night swims and walks on the private beach. We would definitely stay in this condo again in the future. We look forward to returning.

Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Not necessarily an area for a high school spring breaker traveling with parents but just perfect for the parents. Host communication was 5 star.

Good place and location, although it could use a few minor repairs. Listing accurate, but doesn't have a regular oven to do baking. The pool came in very handy and we enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful place and area!!

Everything that was listed on VRBO was exactly how our condo was! It was a beautiful 1BR with exceptional views of the pool and ocean! The pool was a great size and never an issue getting chairs. The beach was beautiful and quiet. The condo had everything you needed and we utilized the wagon every-time we went to the beach---they had nice chairs we used, provided towels and a cooler. Julia was very easy to communicate with! I had some questions prior to arrival and she always responded in a timely manner answering every question I asked with details. We did utilize the beach rides---never waited more then 15 mins! We would go back, no question!!!

We are locals and have lived in Tampa Bay for over three decades. The condo is our other home and is very comfortable, warm and clean. It is fully equipped, has all the main staples in the kitchen and in the bathroom, all the "beach stuff" as well as other items for comfort. Our sunny balcony provides great privacy with fantastic view of the Gulf.

A home away from home! We make sure our condo has everything, and some more, so our guests can be comfortable and feel at home. We run and maintain it ourselves and it gives us great pleasure knowing that our guests can enjoy our piece of paradise too.

Our condo is on the top floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and our Sunset Beach has charming white sandy beach, beautiful sunsets and calming ocean all year long.
