Rome Country House - Golf y piscina

El Casale del Gallo es parte de una finca familiar muy antigua.

Después de conducir un par de kilómetros en un camino rural en medio de viñedos y olivos, ingresa al vasto jardín con pinos y cipreses. Dentro de la elegante casa, compuesta por varias habitaciones, salas de estar y un amplio comedor, inmediatamente se sentirá como en casa. La gran sala de estar (100 metros cuadrados) es el lugar perfecto para relajarse con amigos disfrutando de una buena botella de vino, producida a pocos metros de distancia. Durante el día, puede disfrutar de un buen almuerzo junto a la piscina mientras admira el paisaje único de los Castelli Romani.

La propiedad está compuesta por tres villas con una capacidad máxima de 29 espacios para dormir. El diseño de las tres villas es el siguiente:

Casale San Carlo
1 gran salón,
2 salas de estar más pequeñas,
1 gran comedor,
1 cocina espaciosa,
8 habitaciones dobles / dobles (5 de ellas con baño en suite)
7,5 baños con inodoro,
1 lavadero.

Las dos piscinas son para uso exclusivo de la casa. Si alquila solo una o dos casas, solo tendrá una piscina para su uso incluido. Si alquila las tres casas, tendrá ambas piscinas para su uso exclusivo.

En referencia a las actividades / servicios, hay bastantes cosas que hacer:
- Desayuno
- Almuerzo
- Chef privado para una cena especial en la casa..
- Recepción de la boda
- Clases de cocina
- Cata de vinos
- Servicio de limpieza diario
- También me complacería ayudarlo a organizar sus visitas turísticas y visitas a las atracciones más importantes a su conveniencia.
- Campo de golf. Para jugar al golf, debe traer su tarjeta de federación de golf local para fines de seguro.
- Podemos proporcionar transporte desde / hacia el aeropuerto, desde / hacia el centro de la ciudad. Además, podemos organizar visitas a museos y diferentes atracciones en Roma.
- Podemos organizar compras de comida tradicional italiana, preparada a pocos metros de distancia, como queso local, vino, carne de aceite y muchas otras especialidades.

La casa limita con un campo de golf, y es posible jugar (bajo petición si tiene una tarjeta de federación de golf).

Italian Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Italy. Giulio was a wonderful host and helped facilitate a family meal for us and our family living in the region. The grounds of the property were beautiful and the villa was good proximity to many of Italys must see places! I’ve privately messaged Giulio regarding areas that need attention. Overall this was a great trip and we’ve made memories that will be cherished for years to come.

Great wedding weekend!

We had a wonderful experience at Casale del Gallo! We had 27 guests staying with us on the property for three days and a 100 person wedding. Giulio was extremely helpful and answered every request. He helped us coordinated the entire weekend, including many of the wedding vendors and details. Our guests had the best time and the scenery was beautiful. Cannot recommend it enough!

Beautiful Villa Near Rome

If you're looking to visit Rome and the surrounding area with a large group or young kids, this is the right place for you. The property is absolutely beautiful and has many possible configurations that give a large group places to visit, relax and have privacy. The city was a fairly short drive, albeit a little stressful, but quite worth having the option of two pools to return to in the evenings. Our young children enjoyed the balance of historic sightseeing and free time in the pool. Being in the city for our entire stay wouldn't have been a good fit for us. Lastly, we utilized the chef services. Eating together outside in nature while the sun was setting will likely make it one of our favorite evenings. Giulio, property manager, was incredible about providing us with tips on things to do, how to do them and overall making our stay great. Thank you.

The perfect place for a wedding!

Writing this review, I worry that I will not do Giulio justice. Words cannot fully express the immense gratitude I have for him. I got married at Casale del Gallo this past Saturday October 27th. Giulio took care of everything with me, with professionalism, patience and love. First the location, Casale del Gallo is even more beautiful in person. Every detail of the house had the traditional roman castle feel. At the same time it still felt like a family home, cozy, elegant, spacious, timeless. We stayed in the three houses, and all of them had their own kitchens, so it was very comfortable for us. The bedrooms had the option to do twin beds or double beds, which was great to have that flexibility for our guests. The rooms and bathrooms were perfectly kept, with plenty of space to put away your belongings. Giulio’s support staff was also so sweet and helpful. The groundskeeper helped everyone with their luggage, and the house staff would clean and help answer any questions we had around the house. As soon as we arrived we all gathered in the huge living room in the main house, it was just so comfortable and wonderful to all be together. The dining area could seat a lot of people, and we were able to all eat at the same time. All three of the houses were beautiful, and all of my guests were happy with their stay. The trees and plants around the house were breathtaking, and we were able to walk around and enjoy the sights. The wedding planning from afar was what I was most worried about. But Giulio was always available to me when needed, and he was always on top of everything. He found the wedding vendors, he prepared a spreadsheet with me to track all of the items and costs, the room layouts for all of my guests and made sure to walk me through the agreements and payments we had. We had people flying in from Japan, Mexico, California, Alabama and more, and he managed to book private transportation for everyone! He handled everything from arrivals through the wedding and check out beautifully. And the wedding day itself was perfect. Diana prepared all of the decorations exactly how I asked. My bouquet was the most beautiful set of flowers I have seen, better than what you can find on Pinterest. I highly recommend you use Diana, she was so sweet and professional. If you are reading this and want to visit Rome or get married in Rome, I can promise you that you do not need to keep looking for a location. This is it, hands down. Thank you Giulio!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette magnifique villa, pour célébrer notre mariage. Giulio est un propriétaire attentif, d'une gentillesse infinie, notre rêve a pu se réaliser grâce a lui. Wonderful few day for company retreat

We were 22 people staying at Giulio's house. As we are a remote company and don't see each other on a daily basis we decided to organise a company retreat. Giulo' s vila/little village was just perfect for this type of event. We all had seperate beds and everything was prepared wonderfully. Giulio is one of the most helpful landlords/host I have ever met. Anything we wanted he could solve in just about 10 min and he was very indulgent and patient with us as we constantly shifted our plans ( timing of transportation, activities, food allergies). Every spontaneous change we made, he could provide it to us without ever complaining. The villa itself is just magnificent, you feel like in an old Fellini movie in the family house with classic italian charm and the big estate with pool. Every dinner we had outside by the pool or in the garden, with very romantic setting. When we came back from the retreat and showed the pictures everyone was very jealous and I ( as the organiser of the event) got all the praise (eventhough It wasn't much work for me at all since giulio organised everything for us and could fulfill every request we had). All and all they were 4 magical days and we will remember them in our company for a very long time !

Super time had by 24+!

Giulio was the most accomdating helpful host we could have hoped for in a place with a relaxing feel about it. Child friendly. We took advantage (24 of us!) of the private chef - the food was excellent, all served to us outside in the delightful surrounding as we watched and listened to the beautiful Bee-eaters. Children as young as 1 were accommodated and while grandparents, parents, aunties and uncles enjoyed their meal accompanied by good wine the little ones ran around until bedtime. The pools were crystal clear and enjoyed so much. So close to Rome. Thank you

Great Villa. Perfect for visiting Rome

We had a great time in Rome. This home is in the country south of Rome. The house is great and the pool makes it perfect. The metro stop is about 15 minutes away so we rode it each day we went to sight see. It takes about one hour total from this home to drive to the metro station and ride to the stop you want to get to, like Vatican City. The owner is easy to work with and our kids loved the place also.

Magnificent villa, terrific hosts

Magnificent villa, terrific hosts - very comfortable and quiet Perfect familiyhouse in rural, tuscan-like setting. Very nice views on the hills and the summer residence of the pope. My husband and I stayed in this lovely villa the last week of july and the first week of august 2015 with our 3 children (11, 14 and 18). We had a wonderful time in Rome, enhanced by the fantastic location and all the facilities of this house. The location is exceptional. The house is set very privately on a beautiful estate near Rome and all the main attractions. You get the Tuscan-like countryside experience yet the citycentre of Rome is only 30 minutes away (by car, that is). Our hosts Luigi and his son Giulio are exceptionally helpful and very nice, kindhearted and flexible people who provide help and advice were they can. We could not have been happier with our stay…. So 5 stars! Thank you for providing this house and making our stay unforgettable.
