We Loved staying at Sea & Sand. Immaculately clean & well appointed. Access to Fiscalini Preserve could not have been better. Easy 7 min drive to town for meals & shopping. Would absolutely stay again!

The property is in excellent condition and conveniently located near the water and Fiscalinni Ranch. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to safely store our bikes in the small garage. We had a wonderful week and we highly recommend Breen if you are considering a stay in Cambria. Renting a home is only a little more then you would pay at one of the area motels, but the advantages of having an actual house as a base of operations cannot be overstated..

Loved it at this clean and well located and well appointed property. Close to the ocean and hiking at a preserve, it was perfect. Also no fragrance which is a must for us. We will be back!

A Heavenly Cambria Experience

This two story house, clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed, with a sweeping view of the Pacific Ocean, is a stone's throw to the trails of Fiscalini Preserve. Its the perfect Cambria house.

Unfortunately major remodeling was in progress on the house next door. Early morning trucks parked around us and loud men with working tools began each morning. Not easy to sit on deck or balcony to enjoy coffee and the view & sounds of the ocean.

Relaxing

Our family really enjoy the stay. As close as you can desire to the ocean with a walking trail right near by. Comfortable furniture although the beds were not exactly my style the kitchen was very accommodating. If you're going to stay here, you need to bring groceries. There is not much in town. One grocery store that closes quite early. One recommendation for those renting the place, please provide coffee and buy a Keurig. They are very affordable nowadays and my first morning was kind of a bummer waiting for the local coffee shop and grocery store to open up.

Sweet Respite

Perfectly suited for two couples and a dog. This was a beautiful location with the sounds of the waves nearby and deer and turkeys walking the streets. We had great walks along Bluff Trail, great food on Main Street and visits to Steinbeck, Austin Hope, and Niner wineries nearby. God willing, we will stay here again.

We loved the location of this property and appreciated and liked the recent apparent upgrades. The decor was very nice, and loved both the decks. We loved the location, could hear the surf at night, and the view was amazing. We could walk about a block to the Fiscalini Ranch trail, which is one of our favorite things to do while in Cambria. The property was very clean and bright and open-really liked the use of skylights throughout. We have already booked our next vacation trip in January here! We will definitely be returning.
