Vitamin Sea es un condominio de una habitación / un baño que ofrece una escapada relajante y tranquila de la vida cotidiana. ¡El sol es bueno para el alma y cuando te quedes aquí lo absorberás! Esta unidad se encuentra en el segundo piso y ofrece una gran vista del lago Padre. Estás a solo 500 pies de la playa ya solo unos pasos de la espectacular piscina y el jacuzzi. También tiene acceso a las piscinas de bar-b-q, estanque privado, mirador, centro de negocios y gimnasio.

INTERIOR
Una vez que pase por la puerta, disfrutará de un condominio completamente renovado que ofrece una sala de estar, comedor y cocina abierta que es perfecta para reunir a todos mientras disfruta de sus vacaciones. También encontrará un televisor de pantalla plana, una cocina totalmente equipada, una cama tamaño queen y un sofá cama doble con colchón viscoelástico. El interior es genial, pero probablemente querrás pasar las noches en el patio contemplando el lago Padre.

Ropa de cama para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped se proporcionan. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. Los invitados contratados de Padre Escapes deben tener 25 años de edad o más. El huésped debe tener una licencia de conducir estatal u otra identificación aceptable. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. No se permiten mascotas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at Vitamin C. It’s a very cute condo with a comfortable bed and everything you need. My only complaint, just as before, it really needs blackout curtains. The complexes lights shine right into the unit making the bedroom appear daylight at night. This issue doesn’t prevent me from staying in the unit but I will admit that I do not sleep very well. It is extremely close to the beach and the unit is clean.

Cozy beachside stay

This was the perfect clean and cozy condo with the most straightforward access to the beach at a very reasonable price. Nice pool and amenities and the baby gear they had was an added bonus since we did have a little one with us. Honestly my only complaint is not about the property at all but instead the app they request you use as it was constantly crashing.

Okay, a bit pricey for what you get

We rent from VRBO a lot, and I have to admit I miss the actual “by owner” part of VRBO. The property was comfortable enough, but not having the comforts of home was a bit disappointing. There are no kitchen staples, ice maker, water in the fridge, or extra blankets, pillows, etc. No beach gear (thankfully we didn’t need it) but generally beach places provide this especially for families who don’t travel to the beach a lot. I know all of that is in the description, but for the price, it should be included. The building could use some upkeep/deep cleaning but is decent and not in disrepair. Building feels safe, and family friendly, the bed is comfortable, pool is nice, Roku TV was nice. We never had an issue with parking. It’s very close to the beach which was busy but clean. most people opt for a golf cart/gator or drive, but we had bikes. There is a lot of road noise, beware. We enjoyed our stay overall, with room for improvement.

I requested a noon checkin, I know that's early,and they could have said no upfront. But they sent the contract for me to sign with a noon check in time. Turns out they don't care about that contract and don't guarantee your check in time. So we got there at noon and couldn't get into the rental. Not a great way to start off your vacation.

Reviewer Comments: there was an issue with the CO/smoke detecter chirping when we arrived and the management sat deemed it not worthy to deal with that night . to be clear the chirping was in the bedroom and would have driven us to leave for a hotel for the night but my husband pulled batteries out. Had it been the detecter on the ceiling in the living room he would not have been able to reach it.

Clean, bright, exactly as advertised

The condo is clean, bright and spacious for a family of 3. I recommend a noise machine and eye mask if you are a light sleeper as it has a lot of light noise from the complex itself at night. The condo is well kept but the complex looks a little worn. That being said, we had a great time, enjoyed the time we were in the condo and felt safe and satisfied. We will be renting again!

5 Day Stay

For an older property it was pretty nice. The location was great! The pool and area was fantastic. There was dog hair on the couch and the floor when we arrived. The rental said no pets allowed. The bedroom mattress was awful!! We barely slept at night. I suggest they invest in a new mattress. Other then that the place was quiet and fit ours needs.
