Nuestro condominio de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, en PLANTA BAJA FRENTE AL MAR está a solo unos pasos de la playa con impresionantes vistas y acceso a la playa y al golfo de México. El condominio está en el PISO BAJO a la playa con increíbles vistas. No te metas con los ascensores de los pisos más altos ... ¡solo camina unos pasos por la puerta del patio y estarás en la playa!

Imagine un lugar donde puede despertarse con un hermoso amanecer cada mañana desde la comodidad de su dormitorio principal. Nuestro condominio está en la planta baja en el centro del edificio y a solo unos pasos de la playa. Disfruta de las vistas panorámicas desde el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar y la cocina. Relájese en el patio por la noche y disfrute del sonido del océano y la tranquilidad que brinda un condominio muy especial en un lugar muy especial. Simplemente no encontrará un condominio en South Padre Island con mejores vistas y acceso a la playa.

Condo was very clean and the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Conveniently located with great parking. Enjoyed the pool and how quiet and laid back the whole place was. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful part of the world

Great location, loved watching the sun come up from the front porch. One of the best equipped VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed in, even (or especially) down to the coffee filters, spices, and cooking spray.

Walk out the door to the beach!

Living/dining space is a bit small for 6 people but the property was well equipped and comfortable! Can't beat the location!

Condo was clean, very well stocked with everything you need and great location! And it was just like the pictures on line! Owners were very helpful - even giving us a list of restaurants and things to do! Would rent again if we get to SPI again and would highly recommend!

Comfy beachfront condo with beautiful view

I booked this condo for a long weekend away as our teens were off school for a few days and we had never been to SPI. The condo was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, fully stocked, clean and comfortable with tasteful beachy decor. You can't beat the view or the convenience of literally being steps away from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for our long weekend!

Amazing place to stay!

This condo is very clean and has all the amenities of home, from spices to sand toys, they’ve thought of everything! Wonderful location and easy access to beach. We’ll be back next year for sure! Great communication with owners, their response time is amazing! Thank you for allowing us to stay….. till next year!

Great condo perfect for our needs

My mom, daughter, and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was well stocked and had items needed for my toddler so we didn’t have to worry about packing it all. The view is beautiful! The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions during our stay. We give it 5 stars!

Family Reunion

Our stay was amazing. The condo is in a great location and mere steps from the beach. Being on the lowest level makes it easy to get in and out of the condo which makes trips down to the beach so simple. The condo was stocked with everything you would possibly need - pots, pans, dishes, crock pot, utensils, etc. We were in need of nothing. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels - for bathing and for beach/pool use. There were tons of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. I would highly recommend! A

Island paradise.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was so comfortable and cozy. It was like staying at home for our family of 5 … only better because it’s right on the beach. Day one, my 5 yo woke me up asking to sit outside because “it’s so beautiful.” I think that says it all. Also our hosts couldn’t have been kinder or more communicative. So wonderful.

What an awesome place!!!

This is a top notch property. We rent short term rentals about four times a year and this is the best yet. The property was better than advertised. The inside has been updated and is well cared for along with being very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with anything that any guest would need. The proximity to the beach with ground floor access along with anything needed for a day at the beach made our week long stay a pleasure. Would rent from Ed and Cathy again in a heartbeat. Their communication and information provided was top notch.

What a Great Rental

We rented this unit for ourselves as well as her daughter and her family. It held 7 of us quite comfortably and was fun for all ages. The grandchildren were in and out of the pool as well as the gulf all day long. The convenience is incredible with steps from the pool, gulf, and tennis courts. We have rented from Ed and Cathy before and their units are always immaculate. They are well-stocked with staples in the pantry, games in the LR, and wonderful quality linens. All of the beds were comfortable, and furniture in the LR was great seating for the entire family. We will definitely be back....and left with many a wish that we could stay just "one more day."

Pros Tennis court. Great view. Comfortable beds. Cons Endless mosquitoes, all my children and the adults came back with over 40 bites. We were unable to enjoy the back porch or tennis court. Blinds were missing. Ice maker was not working. Children are counted as adults, we were asked to have some of the adulta to leave which was unfair since 3 were toddlers and they were counted as adults (occupancies).

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay at Sea Vista 120. The view was amazing, the condo was perfectly well stocked and the walk to the beach was basically right out the door. The pool in our building was closed so that was a little disappointing as it was a cold walk to enjoy the hot tub and heated pool outside the other building, but overall our stay was enjoyable and we were very pleased. We were thankful that the office had tennis racquets and balls on loan and we took advantage of that. Facility is very well maintained and super clean, office staff was very friendly and everyone we came in contact with had a smile and greeted us. Looking forward to returning for spring break and enjoying warmer weather on the beach!

Top notch property

We had an outstanding stay at SeaVista120. We were blown away by how well outfitted the condo was in terms of little extras you don't normally get staying in a rental property. The condo was clean and welcoming. We came down for a family vacation with young children so the fully stocked kitchen was a huge plus to allow us to cook meals rather than constantly going out to eat and gave us more time for activities. The sand toys were also a big hit and the weather was outstanding for our trip. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and the overall atmosphere and safety the complex provided has us thinking about planning our next trip back already. Booking, checking in, and checking out were all easy too. Thanks again!

Great location

Clean organized condo with a nice ocean view and relatively short walk to the beach. Master bedroom was right off the smallish main living area, enclosed by slatted sliding doors so all sounds and light from the main area leaked in, if that might be a problem for a light sleeper or if you want more privacy-not a problem for our group though. Nicely stocked with the necessities, including beach chairs, which was handy. Also kitchen well equipped with the basics. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Beachfront

The guy at the front office was so helpful in giving us all the information we needed to check in and get around the island. From the moment we walked in the condo we knew we were going to have a great time. Very quiet and pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The condo has everything and I mean everything you could possibly need. Cooler, lawn chairs, wagon, beach toys, beach towels. Kitchen is fully stocked. Seriously this is the first place i have stayed that had everything we could possibly need and more. Including a pack and play and booster seat for my kiddos. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for allowing my family to stay in your beautiful condo.

We bought our first ground floor condo on South Padre Island in 2005 and we loved the Island so much we bought this ground floor unit right next door in 2014. We love our ground floor units as you feel that you are ON THE BEACH even when sitting in the condo. It does not get any better than just walking out the back door and on to the beach. We love to watch the sunrise every morning from Bed
