We had a great week in the apartment (2 families and 4 kids total). Great location, close and convenient to ski bus. Supermarkets are close by. The apartment was excellent: very clean, spacious and kitchen very well stocked. Nice to have access to the two hot tubs (shared by multiple condominiums). Overall a great stay!

Perfect condo for a family getaway. The entire condo was so clean and it was well stocked throughout the condo. Excellent location, super easy check-in and the host sent all the details via email in advance which was awesome. Highly recommend!

We had 2 families sharing this wonderful condo. Communications with Laura were excellent. The condo had everything we needed. The location was perfect with a shopping center next door and central to everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again recommend this condo to anyone!

Our annual trip was incredible. The accommodation were awesome for our group. The location was close to everything. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend this property. The only recommendation would be to stock up on wash clothes. Very minor! Compared to the overall experience. Did I say great location!

Great Place with Everything You Could Want

We've been staying at VRBOs a few times a year for 20 years. This is one of the most well equipped we've stayed in, there was everything from spices, cooking oil, and condiments (all in good shape) to a giant selection of board games and the like. There is tons of silverware, cups, plates, etc., lots of towels, extra pillows. We were not left wanting for anything. The bus is a bit of a haul for little tykes with skis (we had a 5 year old with us), it's about a 1/4 mile, but no problem for adults. The hot tub was hot but the jets didn't work when we were there. Otherwise everything was great, it's a very nice place.

Great multi-family vacation

This is a great place to stay while visiting Steamboat. We had 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids) and we all fit very comfortably. It was super easy to get to the slopes as well as the stores. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location, great price!

I celebrated my August birthday with friends and family in Steamboat. There's SO much to do - it's my favorite summertime getaway in Colorado. Laura's place was perfect for us in that it was large enough for a couple of families to sleep in beds, spread out, make meals in the well-equipped kitchen, watch the Olympics and all be together. It was super close to the grocery and liquor stores, the public transportation and to both downtown and the mountain. It was clean and had nice furnishings. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Very nice!

We had a great time in your condo. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of dishes, maybe just one more spatula would come in handy. It was very cozy and we enjoyed the hot tubs! Thank you.

Great location

Very convenient location to everything. Bike path is across the street, supermarket next door, downtown and hot springs 3 min away, tennis center and baseball lacrosse fields 2 min away, ski hill 3 minutes. The condo has a nice open 2 story plan and is very comfortable and newer with everything you need including games. Laura is great to work with and very reasonable compared to most owners in steamboat who way overcharge. There are 2 hot tubs that are covered.

Beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of seperate beds for the kids so they didn't have to sleep with their siblings. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and plenty of seating. We wished there was an outdoor heated pool closeby for the kids to release energy in the evening or a something other than the public transport to take us to the slopes with all our ski gear

Thank you for your review, we're glad the condo worked well for you. We also wish there was a pool! The hot tubs are nice, but not quite the same for kiddos! As far as the shuttle, I think there are shuttles you can call out to pick you up at the condo and run you up to the base, so after hearing what you said, I will look up that information and have it available to renters in the future. There would be a charge, but it might be more convenient.

A very comfortable place to stay with two families.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had two families with young kids and there was plenty of space to sleep, spread out and play. The condo is close enough to shuttle people to the mountain by private car or take the bus to the mountain. It is updated and has a fully stocked kitchen. It is close to both the mountain and town. The owner responded right away when there was a question or issue. We are definitely planning to stay here again for years to come.

Great Place for Family Fun!

This condo was perfect for our multi-family holiday trip to Steamboat! Plenty of room and great layout, with a large dining table that accommodated all of us for Thanksgiving dinner. Great location with close proximity to the slopes and downtown and a bus stop conveniently located at the entrance to the complex. The space was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all of the amenities that make you feel at home. We would definitely recommend to others and hope to come back again soon!

We live just 3 hours from Steamboat Springs and are absolutely in love with this town! This condo is the perfect second home to enjoy with both friends and family year round!

We like the location of the Ore House because it gets you away from the crowds right at the base of the mountain and in downtown. Located off the Mt. Werner exit and easy to get to. With the free shuttle pick up in the parking lot we can literally park our car upon arrival and not use it again until we're ready to leave!
