En el interior obtuvimos un magnífico cambio de imagen en 2016 para reflejar nuestra personalidad después de comprar la casa. Se cargaron nuevas fotos para mostrar la actualización y nuestro amor por la vida en la playa.

5 dormitorios, 4. 5 baños con piscina comunitaria, muelle y mirador. A pocos pasos de la playa. Casa de nueva construcción con todas las comodidades! Ir a la playa durante el día y los peces en la laguna toda la noche!
Aparcamiento cubierto bajo la casa. Mesa de picnic, parrilla, microondas y cocina. Lavadora secadora. Wi-Fi y TV por cable.
Sólo una familia maravillosa zona amigable! A corta distancia de parque acuático, restaurantes y actividades!
Un lugar tranquilo y relajante.

Beautiful and Convenient Condo for Large Group

Condo was perfect for two families, with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Had everything we needed! Enjoyed our stay!

Awesome vacation

The home was perfect for our large family vacation. The bedrooms couldn't have worked any better, beds were very comfortable in each of the rooms The location was great. We hope to come back and stay again. Amy was so wonderful, she was the perfect host!

Loved the location with easy access to beach, pool and lagoon. House was nicely furnished with kitchenware which allowed for us to cook at the house. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay there again

Prime loco

Owners are very prompt with their responses to questions. Close the the beach with a wagon to carry the included beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. Close to everything you want to go see and out to eat but far enough away from the chaos to have a relaxing vacation. The communal pool and the Sound were both enjoyable and relaxing.

Great place’

Compass Rose was an excellent play to stay near the beach. The house was spacious and met all of our needs. This place is very roomy! Loved it and will come again if I had the opportunity!

The host was responsive, and the house was lovely! Parking was ample- you can fit six cars under the house, if you park carefully. Beach access was easy and the fishing pier on the lagoon was lovely. They provide a beach wagon, chairs, and an umbrella, which was great. The beds were comfortable, and there were no issues with the house itself.My only complaint is that the checkout instructions included washing the dishes and unloading them. It's hard to have breakfast, run the dishes (when it takes two hours for a full wash), and unload them before a 10am checkout. Most rentals that I've used tell you to load the dishwasher and run it when you leave, which seems much more reasonable.

Great location to the beach.

It was great as a short walk to the beach. We did have a problem with one of the upstairs bathroom toilets and the refrigerator was leaking water on the inside bottom of the refrigerator part. Overall good place to stay. It was hard to get everything washed up and out by 10:00 a.m. with a large family but not a deal breaker.

Lovely Gulf Shores adventure!

We enjoyed the property with all of its wonderful amenities and location! Having a pool and beach access were a plus!! The owner , Amy , was very responsive and available to answer questions. We all enjoyed our stay at Compass Rose !

Perfect property for our gathering

Our very large family was served perfectly by the Compass Rose. Casual comfort, convenient location to the beach, and bedrooms for everybody. We have nothing but compliments about our stay. Feel very confident about booking the Compass Rose.

Great multiple family vacation

The Compass Rose was absolutely perfect for our family/friends vacation. It was spacious enough with 5 teens and 6 adults. Just a short walk to the beach. And the fishing dock was perfect for the guys at night fishing in the lagoon and putting a fishing kayak also. Would definitely stay here again. Homeowner very quick to respond and friendly. Amazing Stay

Loved the entire week! We had 12 people from ages 4 to 75! Plenty of room to spread out, lots of bathrooms, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and dock, easy beach access. Amy was a dream. We had other family members who rented house 3. A trip of a lifetime!

SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES!

This house is extremely versatile. There were so many beds we had a hard time choosing which ones we wanted to sleep in. Amy and Matt were a joy to rent from and they were even nice enough to let us utilize their beach chairs and scooter during our stay. Would most definitely stay at this house over and over again if revisiting Gulf Shores, Alabama!!

Family Vacation

Took our kids and grandkids 14 people in all. The house was just as described. Great location across the street from the beach and a shared swiming pool. Everyone enjoyed both. Went fishing off the pier very peaceful. Would recommend this property to everyone. Would stay here again. Thank you for shareing your beach house with us.

Birthday Trip to Gulf Shore

We had a great time at the Compass Rose. The house was a good size for our group and location was perfect. Entire family enjoyed the beach and the pool. There were many beach toys and nice new beach chairs. Everything worked except tv remotes but put in new batteries and all was good. Was our first house rental and will not be our last. Great to have all the family together in one place. Will definitely rent again in the future.

We are only steps from the beach here at Sunwatch Cottages which is perfect when you have kids and stuff to tote along! The pool is wonderful and the pier into the lagoon makes for wonderful crabbing and fishing.

Our house had a gorgeous makeover in 2016 to reflect our personality after purchasing it. This being a 5 bedroom, newly built home makes it great for holding large family vacations. We have ample bed space, with bunk beds in the kids room and queen size beds in most of the guest rooms. Full size refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer along with a washer/ dryer. Picnic table and grill under the house.
