We had an amazing time at the house!! It was great having all the linens and towels there already. They do supply 4 rolls of TP but if you think your group will need more make sure you grab it. (That was our only thing we forgot) But zero complaints and will definitely rent from them again

This was our third year staying here. The sun sets are beautiful from the deck. Only a five minute walk to the beach or three minutes to the pool. The house is always clean and I love the updates from last year. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. The elevator makes unloading and loading our stuff easier. The only downside this year was that you could only adjust the a/c to 70 degrees and with my hot flashes at night made it hard to sleep. I enjoy staying in this beautiful beach house.

Beautiful house in the perfect location

The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Well stocked kitchen and the Queen’s Grant neighborhood offered many amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

Repeat visit - best views!

This is our second time staying at this house and it’s great. The views are incredible and it’s so perfect with kids to have the pool and beach within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay and the property was very clean. Sunsets were beautiful and the weather was great. I would definitely recommend staying here. Very relaxing.

Great stay at the beach

Our family enjoyed our stay here very much. Access to the beach was easy, the pool was a nice option and the views from the house were fantastic. Our boys enjoyed watching and waving to all the boat traffic.

Amazing location!

Amazing location on the sound and very close proximity to Topsail Beach. We saw dolphins both in the sound and from the beach! If you are looking for the most relaxing beach vacation spot then this is it!

Property was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, and views were stunning. Please note pool is not open until middle of April. As named in the description, they provided a supply bag for your first initial day that included a small supply of toilet paper, paper towels, one dishwasher tab, small dish soap, and single laundry. We have stayed at many VRBO’s, and I will say, this was absolutely the least amount of basic supplies we have ever encountered-had no handsoap and aside from salt and pepper- no spices, or any extras that help when you are traveling via ai

Gorgeous Sunsets!

Great week at Topsail! We saw dolphins everyday and gorgeous sunsets! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Our VRBO had 180 degree views of the backwater and intercoastal waterways (unit is waterfront with no blocked views) with stunning sunsets. Both decks and all of the bedrooms had water views. The elevator made luggage and food handling easy and the unit was only a couple of minute walk to the beach. At the time of year we went , beaches were almost empty and no waits at the many local restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would suggest taking another look at your description of the property. Specifically, it says that there are 1.5 baths total when there are actually 2 full baths on the 2nd floor and a half bath on the top floor.Thanks for letting us stay.

Wonderful Stay

The location of this house can't be beat. Sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and then the evening sunset while watching the dolphins was spectacular. Loved to be able to fish from the backyard and then walk a short distance to the beach. Can't wait to return for another relaxing family vacation.

First visit to Topsail

Home was perfect size for a group of 8. Quiet location and great views of the sound with a quick and easy walk to the beach. Owners are great to deal with when we had questions. Look forward to returning in the future

The Best Beach Vacation Home I've Ever Experienced!

We couldn't have asked for a better home experience than this. This house and furnishings were amazing! The owners are kind and professional. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the deck over looking the sound. This house made our family vacation the best ever!

Beautiful inner coastal waters home.

Home was perfect for our family! Decorated super cute. Super clean & had everything we needed to prepare meals. Very spacious. Close to ocean beach and town. We saw dolphins every day. Would highly recommend!

The Best time

If you are looking for a great relaxing time this is the place. So cozy inside. Makes your home away from home relaxing! From views, fishing, the pool, and beach we had it all! A gated community with some of the friendliest people! We traveled with 5 kids 10-14 and they had PLENTY to do. Basketball court a, playground. This is an amazing place and the host are amazing as well! 10/10 recommend!
