Enjoy beautiful and family friendly Ocean City from this North end townhouse just steps from the famous beach and boardwalk!

This newly renovated 3 story townhouse is part of the Breakers condominium development, just half a block from the boardwalk. In addition to an amazing location, the home features a spacious layout, 4 bedrooms, 2 covered balconies, a 2 car garage, and lots of shared family space.

The first floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom and laundry room, and 2 car garage with outdoor shower. The second floor features a dining room, kitchen, half bath, bunk bedroom (4 twin beds) and balcony with seating and outdoor grill. The third floor features two master bedrooms (one queen bed, one king bed) with en suite full bathrooms and spacious closets. One of the master bedrooms also has a covered balcony with outdoor seating.

Start your day with coffee and fresh donuts from Brown's just a few blocks north on the boardwalk, enjoy the ocean breeze on the balcony, or take a long walk or bike ride on the boardwalk, just steps away. Spend your days on the beach and enjoy pizza from Manco and Manco, soft serve at Kohr's, or funnel cake and games with the kids! Fishing excursions, parasailing and jet skis can all be arranged on island. Two amusement piers are also within walking distance, with rides and arcade games for all ages. Other boardwalk attractions include Castaway Cove, Ocean City Waterpark, Music Pier, and so many shops and restaurants.

Located on a peaceful, tree-lined street, this home features cozy, coastal decor complete with a large open floor plan, great for family gatherings. This unbeatable location is ideal to soak in the sun, relax with family and friends, and enjoy all the benefits of Ocean City without having to drive anywhere. And to make your week at the beach even easier, we have 8 beach tags and multiple bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards available.

- Weekly rentals only in season with 4:00pm Saturday check in and 10:00am Saturday check out
- Partial weeks are available in the offseason only

Terrific hosts and location

The location of this property can't be beat-so close to the ocean and the boardwalk. The hosts were terrific. We wanted to hit the beach early, so they gave us access to beach tags and chairs way before the official check in time. Thanks for a wonderful week with our family!

The location of the condo was perfect. My grandchildren enjoyed the short walk to the beach, rides and eateries. The beach chairs and boogie boards were enjoyed. The condo was filled with supplies for cooking. We had a wonderful week. Thank you! If you have an additional car parking is tricky on the weekend but fine during the week.

Close to the beach and Wonderland Pier

Wanted a convenient spot that was close to both the beach and the Pier for a family vacation. Very clean town home, updated kitchen and Bathrooms. Bonus: had a spare fridge in the garage to accommodate our food for the week! Because of the multiple levels, it was necessary to bring baby gates. So, if you have toddlers under 2, bring your gates. The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly.

Incredible location, beautiful decor & awesome layout!

We had a great time staying in this condo. You cannot beat the location! It is less than a half block from the beach and boardwalk in the historic district of OC. It is close to greats like Browns, Oves, Wonderland, Island Grill and still so quiet and relaxing. The decor is beautiful and recently renovated. The floorplan allows for space for the individual or family with 3 floors. There are quite a few steps in the house as a heads up for anyone who may struggle with stairs. The house is very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. which is a really nice plus! We had some challenges with check in and in the downstairs bathroom, but the owners were very responsive and really great! I would rent again and would highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location

Great location!! Our family had a great week in OC. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk made for a relaxing week! The house was well equipped for our needs. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking breakfasts, lunches and a couple dinners. The beach tags were much appreciated as well as the use of the beach chairs. Although a tight squeeze with 2 cars, the use of the garage for off-street parking of our cars was a huge bonus. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size and provided a comfortable night’s sleep. Working ceiling fans would make it even more comfortable. The upstairs did not seem to cool off as much as the downstairs area. The only thing that was a little challenging, but reported by the owner, was the front door locking system. It was a little tricky, but we used the garage access most of our stay. Overall a very nice week in a great location for our family. Thank you for providing a well equipped, and comfortable home for our vacation.

Nice beach block stay

Nice property and amazing location. Advertised as a 2 car garage, but definitely is NOT. There is so much stuff in the garage we had to rearrange it to even get one car in. We were really unhappy to find out 2 cars can't actually fit because we had to find street parking for one car. They also provided a very insufficient amount of basic supplies like toilet paper and hand soap. The living room TV was horrible to work. Very difficult to change to streaming, remote stopped working many times (we even got new batteries for it). They called it a *quirk*. Beds were very uncomfortable and some were stained. Overall it was a nice stay only because of the location but for the cost I would expect basic things to be improved.

Marcia was very accessible and responsive, which made our trip even better. The location of the property was absolutely perfect. We had a number of family members join us, we all fit comfortably.

Ocean city rental

We stayed at this rental property during the prime of summer. This property is perfectly located 100 yards off the boardwalk. It’s on a quiet block which made parking and access to the boardwalk extremely easy. It’s on a section where the boardwalk starts so very quiet section of the boardwalk. That being said this is an older rental that has not been updated. If it wasn’t for the location we would’ve not of had enjoyed it. We paid top dollar and would of left very dissatisfied. But when you have a young family in ocean city it’s all location location location! Kids were always close to home if we needed anything.

The home was quite nice and location was terrific. Quiet area, but so close to beach and boardwalk. And not too far from restaurants, shops, etc. The owners were great and very responsive to any issues and questions.
