El Wingate es nuestro nuevo, independiente plana. Es un amplio y moderno apartamento de un dormitorio con un techo abovedado. Fue diseñado con sólo nuestros huéspedes el confort en mente. Las comodidades incluyen una cocina completamente equipada, una cama de matrimonio y un gran paseo con un azulejo en la ducha. Cuenta con una sala de estar tamaño cómodamente con un sofá plegable premium. Al igual que nuestros otros pisos 1 dormitorio tiene su propio patio y patio cubierto privado haciendo este piso nuestra mejor del mundo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with a quiet, private feel but within walking distance of the main part of town. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were great! We would definitely stay here again!

We believe this is one of the top rentals ever! The space is well-designed and laid out, furnished with care and attention to detail. We could live there, not because it’s so large or deluxe, but because it just works and is so comfortable! Ellyn is a great host who is obviously committed to making guests happy. She was quite helpful. The unit is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. We have nothing negative to say and recommend it highly.

The perfect getaway house

The property was exactly as advertised. It was perfect! All of the details were thought out. The bench inside the front door for removing hiking boots was a nice touch. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower. It was wonderful after a hot day of hiking in the parks.The back patio was a great place to have tea in the morning.It is close enough to town that you can walk to a number of restaurants. The hosts were very friendly!!

Loved the Westside Flats. The room was spotless and very roomy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful providing locations of very cool petroglyphs. The house is very close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Great place to stay.

Great Place in Moab

We stayed here for six nights and the place was perfect for us. The place is very nice - clean, comfortable, well stocked, and an easy walk to downtown (less than 1/2 mile). The hosts were great to communicate with and they made sure all of our needs were met - even making multiple recommendations that turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again on a trip to Moab.

Lovely Gem!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely gem! It's well designed and the decor is darling - inside and out! The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The mattress was comfortable. The blue tooth Bose speaker was a fun addition and the TV worked great. (We found a fun movie to watch on the evening that we planned to star gaze but ended up inside due to inclement weather.) The location could not have been better. Ellen is friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Clean, enough space for 2 people, all needed amenities, laundry was key, check in easy, walkable location, ample parking. I really can't say enough good things about our stay in Moab. The hosts are gracious, friendly and helpful even providing restaurant recommendations. They also checked in to insure we had everything we need. Highly recommend and we will be staying when we return next year.

MOAB getaway

Excellent location and beautiful property within walking distance to town center. The one bedroom property is decorated in a simple but beautiful contemporary motif with a beautiful outside sitting area. The property managers/owners are very accessible and extremely responsive.

Wonderful stay at Westside flats

We had a great time at the Wingate at Westside Flats. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the picturesque downtown area, 10 minutes from the entrance of Arches Nat’l Park and 30 minutes from the entrances of Canyonlands Nat’l Park and Dead Horse Point State Park, all of which are spectacular. The place is fantastic, very comfortable and clean, with a private patio and access to a roof top deck. The hosts are friendly, accommodating , and helpful. This is one of our favorite HomeAway stays, and we’ve been to many.

3 night stay in Moab

We recently stayed at this rental in Moab. It was centrally located,.just block or two off main drag. Check in & out we're easy. Had laundromat on premises ( can use it for free). Nice kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower. Patio at.back of rental. Met owner one morning we were sitting out having coffee. Very friendly & ideas for our sightseeing.

Great place in a great location fantastic hosts

The flat is very clean and modern, well appointed and maintained. It’s only a few blocks from most restaurants in Moab. Michael was great at providing information including loaning some local maps. The presence of washers and dryers was greatly appreciated. The bike room would be great for visiting bikers and Moab is a popular biking destination. As a rider himself I’m sure Michael could also provide tips on great places to ride. We hiked in the Canyonlands and Arches for a week and then did a 5 day rafting trip. We were able to store our extra gear in the bike room during the rafting trip. We would definitely return to Westside Flats on another stay in Moab.
