Disfrute del tiempo más preciado de su familia en nuestra espaciosa casa de playa ubicada en el tranquilo East End de la playa. La casa está ubicada en la segunda calle, pero a solo un corto paseo cruzando la calle hasta su propio camino privado de playa. El área de la piscina tiene muchos asientos y un comedor cubierto. Disfrute de filetes y hamburguesas en la parrilla de gas junto a la piscina. Hay una sala de almacenamiento en las escaleras con refrigerador, juego de Corn Hole y muchas otras comodidades. Hay 2 cubiertas grandes y espaciosas para disfrutar de la vista del océano y la entrada de Shalotte. Hay un bono de observación de ciervos en los prados detrás de la casa.

Cuando no esté, nadando, surfeando o bombardeando en la playa o simplemente sentado disfrutando de las vistas, podrá disfrutar de cualquiera de los muchos campos de golf ubicados a poca distancia de Ocean Isle.
La falta de congestión del East End le da mucho espacio para andar en bicicleta a través de áreas abiertas y hasta el canal costero para disfrutar del muelle de pesca, almejar, pescar cangrejos o simplemente observar barcos y disfrutar de la atmósfera tranquila.

All was great!A few suggestions: Nails on outside stairs need hammering down, or replaced. One toe was cut.Pool handrail is very loose.

411 with private walkway

Picked by Dad since no one had time/energy to make “it” happen. Pool was great (loved the no chlorine smell) after nap times. Just didn’t want to miss the beach time.

Overall, our family had a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the pool and all the outside lounging areas. Christine was easy to communicate with anytime I had a question. The upstairs bedroom with ocean view should have a king bed vs two queens. With two beds in this room, space was tight and you cannot open the closet door to store luggage. Kitchen was fully equipped, and gas grill was convenient for family meals. Having our own beach access was a bonus!

Beach Time

Had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. Lots of room, loved that every bedroom had a bath. Outside area plus access to the beach was awesome. Wonderful stay!

Loved this house!

This house was everything it represented itself as. The host was very attentive to any questions we had with a very quick responses to our requests. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was great that every room had its own bathroom. And the pool and grill were great to use in the evenings after a day at the beach. I almost forgot the private walkway to the beach and gorgeous views from the decks. 5 star house and host!

Perfect for our family vacation

House has every cooking essential you can think of. Even air fryer 😁 the pool clean and family loved it. The private beach access directly across from house was a plus! House very roomy and suited us perfectly. Would definitely select this house again. Also owners response to anything was very prompt.

Expected more

Thehouse was average. It’s dated and dirty. The air filters were filthy. The ac vents, and most things metal were corroded. The stove was dirty. The bath mats were faded and stained with Clorox. The front door was filthy as were all windows, which obstructed the view. And I even gave consideration that pets are allowed. Location, ocean view and size of house were all excellent.

Great Memorial Day getaway!

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend in OI beach. The house was just as described and the view from the house of the beach was tranquil. the private beach access along with the pool area makes it the ideal place to bring your family, friends and your pet too. We will be back.

Wonderful week

This house was exactly as advertised. Clean, freshly updated, and just what we needed in the kitchen. They provided TP, paper towels, cleaning products, linens and towels. The view was beautiful, the private path to the beach was perfect, and the pool was so refreshing. We are already planning our next stay here!

Great House!

Most dog friendly vacation rentals are so, so. Not this one. Really great house, pool, super location with private beach access and lots of room. The hosts were very accommodating and great communicators. Regardless of whether you have pets or not, this is a wonderful vacation rental.

Wonderful ocean view property

We rented this house for 2 weeks in early April and had a fabulous time. The house is situated across the street from the beach but the vacant/private lot in front allows for unobstructed ocean views and easy beach access. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was well laid out w/ 2 bedrooms down and 3 bedrooms up. The upstairs bedrooms were configured a bit strange, with the master w/ largest bathroom having 2 Queens instead of a King bed. There is a King in another upstairs room, just w/ a small bathroom - not really a big deal. The weather was still too cool to enjoy the pool, but it was sparkling clean and ready for summer. We brought our own bikes and loved exploring the island. We were happy that this house is situated on the quieter side of the island, but with easy access to all that OIB provides. The owner Christine was very easy to with and contacted me to make sure everything was ok during our stay. I would definitely rent this house again! Thank you for sharing it!

Great location

This house was perfect for a large family vacation! You have your own personal beach access to the beach and the area is very uncrowded, making you feel like you have your own private beach area. The house came with various amenities and every appliance and kitchen tool you could think of. We did utilize a linen service for bedding and towels as the house did not provide sheets or towels. The house is also pet friendly if you have to travel with pets.

Great vacation!!!!!

The house was perfect for our group of 7. The bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which was so convenient. The view to the beach was remarkable, and the private beach access was a definite plus. The owners/manager could not have been nicer and more attentive. If you want a great vacation in a super location, this is where you need to be!!

Great family vacation place

We rented this home for an extended family getaway, and we had a wonderful time. The house was great for all ages. The main level bedroom was perfect for my parents! My family and my brother’s family were able to spread out in the other spacious bedrooms. And, the home is in such a great location ... beautiful ocean views and private beach access just across the street. We had the beach to ourselves - and we made the most of it. We will definitely be back!

End of School Beach Trip

Great house on Ocean Isle with its own private boardwalk to the beach. The kids all had a great time in the pool and we loved being on the north side of the island where it was a little less crowded. Initially when I booked it stated is slept 20, however the owner reached out to me to indicate that was an error and only slept 16. She offered me a full refund if we wanted to cancel, but we made it work with some air mattresses in the larger rooms. Glad we stayed! Very good communication with the owner and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our group

This is our second stay at this property and we were just as delighted as the first time. In fact, the new steps over the dune are an improvement over last year and made it easier to get to the beach. We hope to stay here again.

OIB Labor Day

Great Labor Day trip for our 3 close families. The house was clean and as presented on the site. Communication was easy and timely. Though the house is one street back from the beach, it might as well be oceanfront as it has an unobstructed view of the ocean and private access directly across the street. We had a great time and plan to return.

Fantastic week

This property turned out to be perfect for our group of nine adults and 3 small children. The layout, size and location was exactly what we wanted. The easy access to the beach and the private pool made our stay both safe and fun. We hope to rent this property again in the future! LOVED THE TWO FRONT DECKS!!!!

Spring Break 2019!

We stayed at this beautiful house for the spring break. We had middle school, high school and college kids , and everyone absolutely loved it! The house is clean, rooms are spacious, very bright and well decorated, and just across the street from the ocean! The view from the top deck is amazing! Lovely small town as well. Highly recommended for family vacation!
