Nemo Cay Resort D150 es una propiedad difícil de encontrar en el primer piso junto a la piscina. Pero no se trata de cualquier propiedad junto a la piscina, ¡esta piscina es una de las mejores que la isla tiene para ofrecer! Esta espectacular piscina de agua salada se calienta para disfrutar durante todo el año, también viene con fuentes de spray y una piscina de aguas poco profundas para que los niños disfruten, así como numerosas cabañas junto a la piscina, mesas de picnic y parrillas para barbacoa. También hay un parque infantil bien equipado y exuberantes paisajes tropicales en todo el complejo. También tiene una ubicación céntrica en la Isla del Padre, por lo que tiene fácil acceso a todo lo que la Isla tiene para ofrecer, incluidas hermosas playas, excelente pesca, golf, surf, restaurantes y, por supuesto, ¡el nuevo Schlitterbahn Beach Country Resort!

INTERIOR
En el interior encontrará muebles de alta calidad inspirados en el entorno local. Realmente disfrutará del diseño abierto de la cocina, la sala y el comedor, ideal para pasar tiempo con familiares y amigos. En la planta baja encontrará una suite king, mientras que en la planta superior hay dos dormitorios adicionales, uno con una cama king size y el otro con dos literas individuales. Otra característica interesante son los dos lugares de estacionamiento designados justo enfrente.

Great property!

Wonderful property was exactly as listed, had a minor issue with ants but they were addressed quickly. Teenagers loved easy access to pool and we were only 5 minutes from beach. We will be staying here again for sure!

Beach getaway

This is the 2nd time renting at this property. The pool is great and the grills around the pool make it perfect. Close to the beach and anything you need is close by. Awesome kiddie pool for kids in my case grandkids.

Also my grandkids got to use the pool just once because it was always full of grownups drinking in the pool. The pool is so small to accommodate the number of guest. But we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Nemo Cay other times. Will be back

The only thing I'd say for other renters to be aware of is that there is nothing in the pantry. No spices, foil, ziplocs, coffee filters, nothing. Not a big deal, just something you need to plan for, which we forgot to think about.

We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was right by the pool. Close to food and the beach. Nice outdoor chairs provided. We would stay here again, especially with the prompt responses from guest service. Check in was right at 4:00. Not a minute sooner. Could use some minor maintenance/cleaning. The box spring was broken when we got there, but we didn’t realize it until bedtime. So the first night was rough. Maintenance came and fixed it. The kitchen chairs are kind of tough to sit on at night as we were talking, drinking, and eating around the table. Clock needs battery. Overall good property though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Nemo Cay & have been staying here for at least 10 years. This trip had a few things that need attention, but not terrible. First, our condo had tons of gnats flying around, especially in the bathroom. Not harmful, just annoying. Second, the pool was filthy. The walls need a good scrubbing & the pool itself was very dirty. If this was our first experience at Nemo, we probably would not go back. Our past experiences, however, have always been 5 star so we know this was an exception to the usually greatly kept property. We would still recommend & will definitely go back.

Ants Everywhere and TV Remotes falling apart

I reached out to the property to inform them that there were fire ants everywhere and my husbands feet became covered with them as he tried to get into bed upstairs and he got bit. The kitchen counters and microwave are full of them too. We never heard back from anyone from the property which was extremely disappointing. The pots and pans were also put away dirty so when i took one out to try to use it was covered in crusty old food. The tv remotes werent paired to the correct TVs and the volume button didnt work in one room so you were stuck w a tv too loud or no tv at all. This is the worst stay we have experienced somewhere as far as comforts of home amenities being offered.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year at Nemo Cay and loved it. Was poolside this year and enjoyed the location. The furniture in this unit needs some updating. You need to put a blanket on the furniture as it is very worn with pilling. Couch very stained, I flipped the cushions but didn’t make much difference. You need to sit on the small pillows when seated at dining room table, rattan chairs uncomfortable after a bit. A small item but annoying is that the lampshades don’t sit straight on most of the lamps. The third bedroom needs a fan of some sort, gets very stuffy. A few extra hand towels for the bathrooms would be nice as you are having to wash them every couple of days because there is only one per bathroom. I have booked for next year but a different unit. All the staff is helpful. CJ the handyman extraordinaire. Thanks Amber for your help.

Vacation getaway with family

Reviewer Comments: I have been renting this unit150 at Nemo cave for about 4 years have never had a problems but this weekend was a very disappointing.Friday night we had a infestation of ants in the beds,restrooms, kitchen.Got up called padre escapes explained my situation and they told me maintenance would call me to come spray,so we decided to go out all day came back at 5pm Call was made at 8am. At 5 I got the call was told we needed to leave the property for another 45 minutes I refused because they had all day to do this so we put our food in the stove to go swimming for a bit came back in and food covered in ants had to throw all of it away . But was more upset because my daughter got bitten while taking a nap and had to use her epipen because that’s how bad it was, made another call spoke to Liz ishe was great she tried to get them out to spay but again we have to leave I explained that it was ok but she was really concerned not like the manager Adriana . So Luz explained they couldn’t do anything for us just maybe get a discount next time I reserve a condo that came from her manager. So thanks for my vacation because all I did was wash and clean instead of enjoying my time off.Very disappointing of how we were treated.Rebecca Sanchez also have pictures.
