Una mala experiencia

No recomendamos la estancia en el este apartamento, tubimos una accidente dentro del apartamento y mi mujer se rompio la pierna, los propietarios hicieron caso omiso de absolutamente todo y no nos facilitaron ningun tipo de ayuda. Ademas de la deficiente calidad de la limpieza y lo extremadamente ruido que es. Nada recomendable

We first like to say we love Miami. The experience at this rental was horrible. It was very dirty, noisy, hot, it needed to be better maintained. The room was over 80 and the response was well it worked before you got there. Turned out the whole system was down in the entire building because of a cooling issue. If there is not noise from all of the nightlife then it is very early morning garbage pickup because the room shares a wall with a back alley. I lost my necklace and I looked under the bed and it was full of hair and sand. The container that held the coffee and the container that held the dishwasher soap was all gunky. You are not allowed to turn the AC below 72. I get it cooling is expensive and we usually don't like the room that cold but some people do when they're on vacation and they should really put that in there advertising. We went to use the pool which was two buildings away and it was freezing. They gave us towels and we open up the towel and it's all stained with red and yellow marks. There were bad odors all over the building. So bad you want to speed up walking just to get away from it. One night the room was so cold they only give you one thin blanket. They really could use more stuff in the kitchen like a serving bowl for example. The decor was confusing. There are better places to rent.

Do not rent this place

First- suite was in different building, facing multiple floors parking lot and smelling back alley. Constantly noise from car alarms, garbage tracks and noise from drank people.The host - Rob was very rude person, do not expect any help from him. Were we stay the building did not have the pool as it show in the picture and the suite did not have any or ocean view. The air condition in suite was cover with black mold/ dust. Forget about parking , you are in your own, there is no parking and the valet parking in front the building is very expensive. Very bad experience, do not book this property.

Had a great time. Pool was 2 buildings next door. Could of used a dustpan. Could not access any floor without your card, so security was good. Couldnt find access or where to go upon arrival, but someone from restaurant guided us within minutes. Definately needed a couple of doormats! Lighting from garage was bright. Wish they had darker blinds. Overall, we had a blast!

Deceiving

We loved the location but we were expecting an ocean view as advertised and had a unit basically in the parking garage. Dishes were dirty. We were left a dirty sponge to wash dishes with. There werent enough dishes. (1 big plate, 1 small pllate for 4 people.) Old stuff was left in the freezer. Bedding for the futon smelt as though it was pulled off the couch and folded and put back in the closet without being washed. The room was never dark due to the parking garage. There were 2 black out blinds but that didn't help with the rest of the windows. The roof top pool is a bar that you have to buy drinks at. We were not told that. We were expecting to be able to go sit and have coffee in the morning over looking to ocean. The location was fenominal, the high light. If you like tatoos there is a very professional shop with great artists around the corner on 11th Street just before Collins. Long Island Tattoo.

Nightmare!!!!

Elevator was out of service. My sis was handicaped and host says i didnt tell him. Elevator had been out 6 days and we reserved months ago. He was only willing to upgrade us for $200, after saying he had no more rooms. Ended up getting a refund. Host was very rude. He also kept calling asking if we went up to the room after i said we didnt. Why would we go up 3 flights of stairs with luggage?

Location is good

This was my first VRBO experience. Check in at the hotel a block away was easy. This property is in the middle of the action. No vehicle necessary. It was superficial clean. A deck with a little table and two chairs with no view of anything but another building and parking garage. My coffee pot didn’t work and I received a new one the next day.Towels only were changed mid week. The garbage Shute is next to this unit so that was a plus. Of disappointment was the elevator not working my entire stay. Luckily I traveled light and am able to do stairs. I wish there was a full roll of paper towels and a box of tissues. These items I had to purchase myself. Overall experience was good.

Great Location just unfortunate events

Started off getting booked into the wrong room, then the elevators were out all week, and the WiFi didn’t work. But the place itself was super nice and tidy and smelled great. I understand accidents happen so even though all that occurred, I would definitely stay here again.

So happy in Miami

First time for both of us in Miami Beach. Absolutely loved it. So full of life, amazing people, people enjoying themselves, great parties and music until late. The apartment was perfect. Such a great position, three houses away from Versace's Mansion. Facilities were great and we easily catered for ourselves when needed. We used Lyte and Uber'ed to and from Tbh Uber was cheaper. Thought that may be a little difficult on Ocean Drive - but not at all. Everyone really helpful. One of the best things was access to the Pool and Bar on top floor. It was brilliant and when tired of the beach we made our way there. The music all day was great, cool guy on the door took care of us, it was such an asset and we didn't realise how good it would be until we went there. To be honest this is a great place, thank you to the owners, we would love to come back

Was like daylight at night due to lights shining from adjacent parking garage.

Tried to contact #“David” no answer & voice mailbox was full. So we called the owner and he was rude. He showed no interest in trying to fix anything and acted bothered that we wanted black out blinds put up. . Black out blinds were in closet. Owner did nothing in the four days we were there to get them hung. When we Arrived and the AC was out. Had to open widows but no bug screens. Mosquito alley! Beware owner has other rooms in same building. The shower wand was disabled and rain shower had little water pressure. This is the first negative review I have made in all my years of Vrbo. Location was great as long as sleep is not a priority.

Overall Good

The location is amazing. The beach is right across the street. Also, you could literally walk no further than 3 or 4 blocks and never eat at the same place twice. The tub/shower was a bit awkward. Not a fan. But overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Arrived just after heavy snow that shut down road and power, cleaning crew delayed but can’t put that on owners. Beautiful canyon setting but not too close to town. Owners responsive to our needs.

Great location!

Yes, it’s loud, but you are in the heart of Miami Beach, it’s to be expected. Only complaint is the thermostat didn’t work. It was either freezing or hot and humid. Other minor inconveniences, but overall we would 100% stay here again!

Property is fine, non-resposive property manager presented challenge

The room is clean and well appointed for the price. While the location is good, the room is flooded with light from neighboring properties. I tried to get ahold of the property manager on two days with seperate questions, but never had even a single response or acknowledgement that my question was received.

Celebration

Everything was good. Being on Ocean Drive, walking to a lot of places to eat was great. We did rent a car and drove to the Keys for a day which was a bucket list item. We enjoyed the placement of this property closer to the alley as it was not as loud while the partying was happening on the main scene. The roof top pool was a good deal as well. Awesome views, bar, and heated. Sometimes can get windy up there due to the ocean breeze, but we couldn't have picked a better time of the year to visit. Great Weather, good vibes and great food!

My Florida Stay

We enjoyed everything about our stay but the parking which was frustrating trying to find places to park and an unexpected expense. Other than parking It was great we know to fly next time lol I just don't like planes and never been on one.

The location was perfect!

My visit was May 20-23, 2022! We arrived to the check in location about 11am before checkin and the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful! They allowed us to store our bags and contacted us when our room was available 2 hours before check in ! Once we got to the room , it was exactly how the pictures described! The room was very beautiful Not to mention, the room was clean! I will definitely book again

Big party area but nice

The place we stayed in was nice and clean and there were a lot of restaurants, bars and shopping areas within walking distance. It was kind of hard to find where to check in at but we got there late at night and the area was super busy. We didn’t realize we’d be right in the middle of the club scene but it was also spring break when we stayed so if that’s the vibe you want then it’s perfect. During the day it’s a lovely area, just gets pretty wild at night. The place was right across the street from the beach and the rooftop view has a nice bar area with pretty views. Staff were all very friendly.

It would of been nice to know that there was a big winter fest gay fest going on.

Are room was clean but not enough towels. When requested more they came and took what we had and give us less.
