Our family loves everything about this condo ⛱️

Our second time here and just loved it! Clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Close to beach with a nice pool that was never crowded. Easy parking in a quiet neighborhood. Ramona and Alan are responsive and gracious hosts.

great stay in Myrtle Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly what we were hoping for, and the owner was helpful and very kind. Romona thought of everything for our stay from the maps and resturant menus to the accomodations that made us feel at home. The color scheme was also welcoming and cheery. Thank you for another great stay and VRBO helping to make it possible with their great reputation for making vacations a home away from home!

Beautiful and Immaculate!!

SunRay Villa is a great place to stay! It is beautifully decorated and immaculate!! It definitely feels like home away from home!! Ramona has everything there that you could possibly need, and she is so wonderful to work with! We searched "high and low" on VRBO trying to find the perfect place to stay in Myrtle Beach. There is no question that we made the right decision!! We truly enjoyed our time at SunRay Villa and will plan to stay there again on our next visit!!

Great place to stay..

This condo was Awesome.. Great location, near beach and walking distance to many restaurants.. Not far from the boardwalk too.. The condo is very home fulfilling, organized, very clean and the décor is beautiful.. You will literally feel at home.. Everything you NEED or forgot is there. Ramona is very helpful making sure you get to the right location. My cousins and I stayed here for a girls trip. We were well pleased. Will highly recommend this condo. The showers was a Plus.. Will visit again.

Can't Wait to visit AGAIN!!!

My husband and I were looking for the perfect place for a restful stay after a business trip! This was it!!! We walked through the doors and instantly felt right at home. The Condo is so welcoming. We loved the quiet yet convenient location and the private little pool, plus it's only a three minute walk to the beach! We felt right at home and had the best nights sleep! We can not wait to visit again very soon. This time we will be bringing our 4 year old little girl! She's going to love it!!

Best Condo Ever!

SunRay Villa was awesome! We looked at places to rent for weeks and knew Ramona's was the correct one for us as soon as we saw it. The sleeping situation was perfect. Each bedroom has a king bed and a twin. Another perk is that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The condo was furnished nicely and very comfortable. The walk to the beach was easy and Ramona even has a beach cart for renters to use. She also has boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Those items made packing extremely easy. On top of all of these positive things, Ramona was easy to reach by text when I had last minute questions before our stay. We have rented at least 10 VRBO places in the past and this one was the easiest! We plan to go back again!

Perfect Myrtle Beach vacation retreat!

If your travel dates are available, do not hesitate- just book this unit NOW!! Seriously, this is - by far- the nicest, most convenient vacation condo we have ever rented. It is bright and spacious, sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and gorgeous, comfortable furnishings. The pictures online do not do it justice. There was plenty of space for our family of five to gather together in the main living area to watch a movie after enjoying a long day on the beach. Equally important (when vacationing with teenagers), there were ample options for anyone who wanted it, to get away from "the crowd" and have some quiet time. The roomy and comfortably decorated balcony became a popular spot to relax in the evening breeze. A less-crowded section of beach is just a short walk and the refreshing saltwater pool is a decent size and very clean. Ramona, the host, has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free. Anything you might need for the beach or pool is available for you to borrow. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is even a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything. Parking was never an issue and the elevator made it so much easier when hauling all our luggage for check-in/check-out. Ramona is an exceptional host and was always quick to respond via text or phone call. Though I rely heavily on reviews for just about everything I purchase, I rarely write reviews myself. In this case, my family and I were so impressed with our accommodations and experience at this vacation rental, I really wanted to share with anyone who was on the search for the perfect Myrtle Beach getaway - look no further! This is it! 😀

Wonderful Condo!!

This condo was perfect for us. It was a perfect short walk to the beach. Ramona has everything that you need for your stay. The wonderful condo is roomy, tastefully decorated, and so comfortable. I have stayed at other rentals before and this, by far, was the most comfortable. I highly recommend.

Beautiful place!

Condo is very clean with everything you need and even more! Great location with easy access to the beach. Beach stuff is provided - towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, boards and a cart to take it all to the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped. You will definitely feel like home! Gorgeous Condo with Fantastic Location

This condo is absolutely stunning and immaculately clean! Ramona and Alan have though of everything to make their guests comfortable and welcome. This condo is only about a block from the beach so it is incredibly convenient. It is also within 20 minutes of virtually all other attractions in the area. Communication with Ramona was extraordinary. No matter what the question or time of day, Ramona always responded. If you are considering staying in the area, without a doubt book this condo!!!!

Great place!

I am very picky and searched for a long time for the perfect vacation rental. We were so pleased! It was so clean and all the essentials plus all the "little extras" are there for you. This is in a great location...just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We have 3 young daughters, and this rental was the perfect space for us. We had such a great family vacation, and we definitely recommend Sun Ray Villa!

AMAZING!

SunRay Villa was absolutely AMAZING! If you are looking for a spotless, well stocked, home away from home for your next vacation this is it! We are a family of 5 from Iowa and we honestly only needed to bring our swimsuits and get groceries once we arrived. There are boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, a wagon to tote things to and from the beach. The condo was completely ready including shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee and all the essentials. Ramona is wonderful to work with and stays in contact during your stay just in case a need comes up. This condo is in an excellent area with grocery stores and shopping all around.

Great location , amazing accomodation

The location of the condo is perfect, just walking distance to the beach, close to Main Street with restaraunts and shopping points. We were looking for accomodation for family of 5 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It took us two months to plan this getaway and to find a perfect place. The unit is newly renovated , with lovely decor and colours . It is very cozy and comforting . Ramona and Alan are very detail oriented owners who thought about everything that their guests might need during their stay . The condo is equipped with EVERYTHING you could think of , including " emergency" baby diapers and wipes , first aid kit, collection of books and DVDs, sunscreens . Internet access was a nice bonus as our daughter took a summer online course and was able to connect and to catch up with her lectures . We would definitely come back to this place and recommend our friends and family .

Best family experience ever!

Our family recently stayed in this unit and I was a little nervous at first because we had never stayed here before but all my nerves were put to rest by my contacts with Ramona, the owner. Not only was Ramona flexible with our last minute vacation plans but she was just a call or text away the entire trip. Not having to deal with a hired agency was so stressfree. When we walked into this condo we were awed! Not only were the rooms spacious but everything was soon clean. We also loved the "extras" that everyone spoke of. There were beach towels, toys for the kids to use at the beach, chairs, condiments in the fridge, coffee and much more. It was so relaxing here and even though it was a walk down the sidewalk to the beach my 8, 5, and 3 yr. Olds had no problem with it. I had been looking for a fancy pool option and even though this place just had a basic pool it was so nice. We felt like it was our own private pool as it was never too crowded and my kids had just as much fun as somewhere else but I didn't have to deal with a bunch of other people's kids in the mix. Not to mention there were no parking issues or long waits on elevators. This is definitely a place to stay and we will be back!

Evans' Summer Vac

We so enjoyed staying in Ramona's condo. From the time I started to book she made it very easy. She made sure we got there and the condo is great. It's clean and so nice and relaxing. The condo was not too big so not a lot of people to deal with and the short walk to beach was perfect. GREAT VACATION! Thanks again.

Sunray Villa is a little piece of sunshine

Sunray Villa does not walk out onto the beach, if that is what you are looking for. But it is a quick and easy walk across the street to the beach as well as great restaurants and shopping. It is decorated in lovely and bright colors. Bathrooms and kitchen appear to be updated. The kitchen and bar is very well stocked with equipment for cooking and entertaining. We loved the quietness of the area and the cozy and beautiful patio. We hope to visit again!!

We were looking for a long weekend getaway and found the condo to be open for our dates. The Condo is perfect for two couples with two well appointed king bed bedrooms with private bath. The condo is a cut above any we have ever booked. Everything you could ever need is provided and the condo is very nicely decorated and super clean and I am a neat freak. A short walk to the beach and located very near the Liberty Tap Room for dinner. The owners are very nice and very accommodating. You cannot go wrong with this one.

We have been looking for many years and chose Ocean View Towers because it is in the center of everything but doesn't feel like it. Ocean View Towers is a building that houses 34 units. The outside landscaping is beautiful and has a pool and outside picnic area with grills. We love our home away from home. We know you will too...

The square footage of this condo with the open area and large bedrooms and the added bonus of a washer and dryer. And did I forget to mention the balcony...which is an added room...with outdoor furniture...
