Jean Louis is a great host. The condo is exactly as described. We liked having access to the lagoon and kayaks and having bikes was wonderful! Walking distance to beach and beach chairs, umbrella and cooler made it easy for us to spend time at the beach.

We had the most amazing time. 3 weeks just flew by. Wonderful location, breathtaking scenery and a great condo with anything you need. We had access to kayaks and bikes to explore the community. The beach is 1 minute away. Great swimming and snorkelling. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the superb communication with John, our host. From the time of booking to the very last minute, he was always there for us. John arranged for us the airport transfer, a rental car when we decided to venture out of the complex. He always responded within less than a minute. We’ll definitely return.

Amazing

This property is everything my family could have asked for. Beautiful inside and out. The pool area was a wonderful place for the kids to spend hours playing,while my husband and I relaxed in the sun. Jean and his wife were amazing hosts they helped arrange excursions,get us to the grocery store ect. And we're always very responsive to anything we needed or had questions about. We will definitely come back.

Everything was great, except poor water pressure. Our Vrbo manager was quick to respond. We booked our golf cart and transportation thru him as well. He had the golf cart there waiting for us when we got there and took it back for us as well.

Condo Bellmare Amazing

We stayed for the month of February. Condo Bellmare is modern, spacious, beautiful. The small complex on the lagoon itself is amazing. The pool and covered lanai, wood fire bbq, lounge area, kayaks and 2 minute walk to the beach you never have to go anywhere else. The walk to the center of town with the great restaurants, shops and activities in this beautiful, completely secure community just adds to it. Jean Louis does everything possible to ensure our stay was perfect. A gentleman with a big smile and bigger heart. Loved our home away from home. Will definitely be back. Muchos Gracias, Mon Ami

Le matin, on savoure le café face au lagon, puis on part en kayak directement depuis la propriété pour admirer le lever du soleil Un vrai petit coin de paradis!Le condo est super bien équipé et très confortable. La chambre principale est incroyable, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lagon La 2e chambre est super cozy, parfaite pour la détente, avec un lit double un lit simple. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain, c’est vraiment pratique! Beautiful property

This place is much nicer than photos show. It feels very spacious for 2 people. We rented a golf cart to get around PA since this condo is a little farther from beach area. The owner is very helpful and a kind person. The permanent neighbors upstairs are also friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay greatly!

Perfect Home Base in Puerto Aventuras

Jean Louis was the perfect host, accessible and responsive. His condo was just as we expected, roomy and super clean. Puerto Aventuras is a beautiful community with a lovely marina, very safe and homey. We were able to access all of the ruins and beaches in the area. I was very happy with all of the advice and the restaurant were top notch. Omni beach was incredible, it even had some decent snorkeling. We saw rays and tons of reef fish. All in all great location and superb host and property.

This was a clean, good location but what made this place so great was jean. He was so helpful, checked in on us regularly, brought us wine and when something needed fixing he responded immediately.

Beautiful, relaxing condo

We stayed nine days and had a wonderful time. Beach was beautiful, clean and only a few minutes from condo. We were close to restaurants and enjoyed taking the bicycles out at night into town for dinners. Our hosts were amazing, anything we needed they were always available, got us to grocery store, made arrangements for an excision. We absolute recommend staying here and we will be back!

We went first week of May 2018 to Condo Bellmare and thoroughly enjoyed the property. This is a side by side fourplex with two units up and two down with a courtyard and pool in between. The pool isn't large but is decent sized and nicely cool on a hot day. Pool and yard are maintained six days a week. Down a few steps below the pool is a BBQ area with chairs and a food prep island. Look out onto the community shared lagoon with three arms lined by condos. The lagoon empties into the sea around the corner. That's the outside. Inside you see from the posted pictures is a long one bedroom suite with a large two sink bathroom, a moderately sized bedroom with king bed and closet, a nice sitting area with loveseat and couch, a 60" smart TV, dining table with six chairs and the kitchen you see. We felt the kitchen lacked a few things but were able to happily cook away.Gas stove, large fridge and bottled water on tap and in the fridge's icemaker. Blender, toaster and coffee maker are there as well as coffee,filters,salt, pepper and cooking oil. The entire courtyard facing wall was glass with blinds which we left closed most of the time for privacy. There were a few ants around the kitchen window but I sprayed a little Raid and they never came back. Jean-Louis the caretaker was often flitting about and was quick to respond when we had a question.I hope my detailed description tells you exactly what to expect here.We were pleased and would return. 8 out of 10 Make sure you go to the Omni beach which is a 10 min walk.

Condo Bellmare Riviera Maya Très bien situer a Puerto Aventuras Marina & Golf entre Playa Del Carmen et Tullum Communauté sécuritaire avec garde de sécurité juste a cote le hôtel Catalonia Riviera Maya le condo contiens tout dons nous avion besoin pour cuisiner comme a la maison même plus eau de source et glace distribuer directement par le réfrigérateur super pratique internet et smart Tv avec tout le canal du Québec canada et usa Netfilx illimitée une emplacement de seulement 8 condo priver donc 3 sont occuper par les propriétaire condo sont de tout repos calme sur le bord de l'eau un belle piscine les lieu sont très propre entretien journalier par et jardiner ,en passent mes salutation a Hiber un grand palapa lounge avec BBQ Table a manger extérieure chaise long prive seulement pour condo Bellmare le tout a 10 minute de marche du centre de Dauphin donc ont assiste a de beau spectacle tout les jour et plusieurs restaurent typique tout face au basin de Dauphin un marcher de fruit & légume frais tout le mercredi et samedi et un super marcher a 10 minute kayak disponible en tout temps sans réservation des chaise de plage sont disponible pour aller a la plage parasol et glacière Bien situer au cœur de tout le excursion de la Riviera Maya comme les propriétaire et Québecois sa femme qui et mexicain ils connaisse bien la région il nous ont même effectuer les réservation pour nous via l'agence de Condo Bellemare avec des rabais local très avantageux pour la famille petit coin du paradis a découvrir Merci a vous deux Condo Bellmare

JUST PARADISE

To be honest my fiancé Marie and I were a bit hesitant to rent something for our honeymoon on Homeaway seeing as we had never done it before, but we saw the pictures of this listing and loved it. I was still worried when we landed in Cancun that somehow it would be a little sketchy, but once we had arrived at the condo I was AMAZED!! First of all, it's located in a secured and gated tourist community called Puerto Aventuras that is BEAUTIFUL and full of wonderful restaurants and incredible beaches. The ocean is literally out the back door of the stunning condo. Everything was very clean and safe and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. Azucena came to give us the tour of the condo and give us some travel tips which were AMAZING! The restauarant she recommended was by far the most delicious and a wonderful experience, and she gave us great information on all of our questions. We felt like locals knowing what to do and what not to do because she gave very solid recommendations. They have some tours that Azucena can get for a great price. We had a rental car so we only did the tour to Isla Mujeres on a yacht, and it was one of our favorite days! The condo is way better than the pictures could ever show, and everything was incredibly easy. Literally the easiest booking ans stay I've ever har in my life, period. We loved the quiet beautiful private pool at night, and the lagoon right out the back door is stunning to relax on. The beautiful white sand ocean beach is about a 1 minute walk or a 5 minute kayak ride through the lagoon, and the delicious restauarants and dolphins cove are just 10 minutes walking or a very short car or bike ride. We loved Dos Chiles restaurant, we sat there drinking piñadas eating delicious mexican food while watching the dolphins do tricks and swim with the tourists. Definitely go to Xcaret and Xplor while you're in the area, and don't pass up Tulum, Coba, and Chichen Itzá. Playa del Carmen is just a 20-30 minute drive up the road and has a beautiful boulevard and plenty of great facilities. I got sick from eating some street food and I was able to get a free consult and the prescription i needed at the Walmart in Playa del Carmen and was feeling better in no time. We couldn't be happier than we were with this paradise for our honeymoon and we can't wait to come back, especially for the price!

We stayed 10 days at Condo Bellmare and enjoyed the atmosphere and amenities that are provided. We used the kayaks and went around the lagoon, that was fun. We walked into town to check out the restaurants, and found a great gelato shop. No problems with showers or Wi-Fi . The satellite tv must of had 1000 stations, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would go back , but might try to get the 2 bedroom upstairs.

Great place

Had 10 days of peace and quiet. The place was very clean on our arrival and the staff very friendly especially the owner. Everything worked fine and if there was a problem the owner was close by. Great internet and tv with a zillion channels if you like with multiple languages. If you needed a car or golf cart the owner also rented them. Great stay thank you Jean Philip Picard

A very nice place!

Condo Bellmare was lovely, spacious, and clean. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a minute walk to the beach as advertised, and a short distance to the little town center. Kayaks were provided as was snorkeling gear; however, the snorkeling gear was mostly broken so we ended up renting when we wanted to go snorkeling. Not that big of a deal though. We had a couple of cold showers, but the owner was quick to fix that problem when we alerted him. Our only complaint was that it was a bit noisy when neighbors started stirring in the mornings, as the walls seem to be thin. The community is gated and feels very safe for late night walks.

Beautiful!

My family has only great things to say about our stay at Condo Bellmare. The condo was beautiful and clean and well stocked with anything and everything we could have needed. The pool was relaxing and lovely. Puerto Aventuras was a wonderful area with restaurants, activities, beaches, and so much more. I highly recommend Condo Bellmare!!!

You have an amazing pool, the marina, and the entire Puerto Aventuras area within walking distance. Inside, an excellent layout features everything from comfortable bedrooms, good-sized bathrooms, a full kitchen, large dining room table and comfy living room setup. We really enjoyed spending the time on the walk-out patio, overlooking everything.
