"CASA MUY LIMPIA Y CUIDADA, CON TODO LO NECESARIO PARA COCINAR, PERO SIN LAVADORA. ENTORNO MUY BONITO, SITUACIÓN ALGO ALEJADA DEL MAR, PUES AUNQUE ESTÁ CERCA, HAY QUE SUBIR MUCHA CUESTA O ESCALERAS. PERO UNA VEZ ARRIBA LAS VISTAS SON ESPECTACULARES Y MERECE LA PENA."

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Luca empfangen mit vielen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und Citrusfrüchten aus seinem Garten. Auch im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit ihm problemlos. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihren atemberaubenden Blick von der Terrasse, von wo aus man die Stadt und die Umgebung in jede Richtung bewundern kann. Auch ansonsten bietet die Wohnung durch ihre hervorragende Ausstattung alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden gerne dorthin zurückkehren.

The property was exactly as listed and clean! Everything was in working order and it was great to have a laundry washer and well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals. The bed was very comfortable and the room with the single beds are great for small children, but may not be the most comfortable for the weight of an adult. The view from every part of the house was spectacular and we enjoyed lounging on the rooftop each day. It took us 15 minutes to walk down to old town and the beach. There is a pedestrian route with stairs most of the way which made it easier and safe away from cars. The train is very close and convenient to visit Palermo.The best part was the host, Luca, who was always available for all of our questions. He was also a wonderful tour guide and enjoyable person to hang out with. It was too hot at the time for us to hike any mountain trails, but we will do that next time, as Luca can guide that as well. Definitely the place to stay in Cefalú!

Das war ein fantastischer Urlaub in einemMehr als bezaubernden Apartment! Alles hell und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Terrasse ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Mit Blick über die gesamte Bucht erwacht man, abends bewundert man die Sonne, wenn sie im Meer versinkt!Beide Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Great stay during 2 weeks in Cefalú. Really nice town with great beaches (a bit crowded), restaurants, the old town and the rock. Great host that helped you if needed and gave tips on restaurants, things to do and where to go.You don't need a car for your stay but it is a bit hilly and the apartment is located approx. 10-15 min. walk uphill from the beach and old town. The pictures in the advert are correct and the kitchen is ok equipped and the bathroom is really nice. Good to know about the apartment can be that you can not use the oven and the AC at the same time, or the washing machine and the AC at the same time. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are a family the wants to visit Cefalú.

Me and my partner had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The highlight was without a doubt the amazing terrace! Luca was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from thoughtful touches in the apartment to helpful local recommendations. On our last day, his brother Stefano kindly looked after our luggage and even brought it to the train station for us! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Luca and Stefano, for making our stay so memorable!

Superb!

We really enjoyed our stay, huge terrace, very private, amazing views. The owner kindly collected us from Cefalu railway station on our arrival day and dropped us off on our last day. Late checkout was very much appreciated as well, having a late flight home from Palermo. Much needed air conditioning worked very well, great shower. We ate out, but the kitchen looked well equipped for home cooking. Situated in a residential area, just 10 minutes walk to the beach and less than 20mins to the old town. The walk back is up hill, but the knowledge you'll soon be entering an amazing property, makes the walk back worthwhile!

Excellence in Every Respect

On our travels we have stayed in many VRBO’s but none compare to this property! The apartment, the view & not the very least, the host himself. Not only did Luca pick us up at the train station upon arrival (had us dropped off upon our departure), he took us grocery shopping as we did not have a car then checked in throughout our stay. Any messages left for Luca were answered within minutes no matter the time of day. Luca along with Stefano delivered exemplary service beyond anything we have ever encountered. Luca made us feel so welcomed & made sure our stay was nothing but the very best. Without question if we are so lucky as to be able to return to Cefalù the first call will be to Luca. He cares & treats you like family.

Wonderful Rental

Everything about this rental was fantastic. The apartment was clean, well equipped with a parking spot in front. The view was spectacular of the sea and the town. A car helps to get to the location but even walking is not far from the beach or town. The hosts were really great. Rent this place if it is available for your trip. It's like staying in the clouds. The terrace is a wonderful and huge.

Beautiful Penthouse

Traumhafte Terrasse

Die Wohnung in Cefalu hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem natürlich die große Terrasse mit Blick über Cefalu und übers Meer. Der Gastgeber bzw. sein Bruder sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Aufzug ist recht laut nachts- also am besten Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus- am besten mit kleinem Auto anreisen, sonst wird es zu eng. Was prima ist: man kann, so man fit ist, problemlos zu Fuß in die Stadt runter laufen und spart sich die Parkplatzsuche im Ort. Das einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die doch recht in die Jahre gekommene Küche und die fehlende Spülmaschine. Außerdem gab es wenig Geschirr, somit musst man eigentlich nach jedem Essen spülen. aber sonst alles bestens. Tolle Betten und eine gute Dusche. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Amazing view

The apartment was very nice and clean. And the rooftop was amazing. The beach was a 10 minute walk away, which was on the way back challenging some times, in the warm weather. The historical city centre is about a 10 - 15 minute walk.

Lovely apartment with fantastic terrace and view . Luca was extremely kind picking us up from the station and taking us back at the end of our stay. It is a hike into town and to the beach and hot going up all the steps but worth it for the view.

Great stay in Cefalu!

Now I understand what a “superheat” is. Luca went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He picked us up at the train station, gave us numerous recommendations, and was very available with any questions/requests we may have had. The property was lovely! Very clean, and With an amazing view. We enjoyed the work into town where the beach, Only 10 minutes away or so… Close to restaurants and supermarket. Quiet and peaceful, Good nights sleep! Would definitely recommend.
