¡ESTO NO ES COMO CUALQUIER OTRO APARTAMENTO EN DÓLAR DE ARENA!

Este lujoso apartamento de más de 2200 pies cuadrados fue diseñado como la residencia principal del desarrollador de Sand Dollar. Es un condominio de 3 habitaciones convertido en una de 2 habitaciones con inmensos espacios habitables.

Elegido por nuestros huéspedes como el mejor apartamento de 2 dormitorios frente al mar en Bonaire. Nuestros huéspedes dicen que es "pacífico", "tiene vistas impresionantes", "lujoso", "privado", "espacioso" y "amigable para el buzo".

Es privado, es todo el segundo piso del edificio. Y estamos frente a los otros edificios de Sand Dollar, a solo 16 pies del mar con vistas panorámicas desde cada ventana. ¡No puedes acercarte más!

La Zona Azul fue recientemente renovada y cuenta con una nueva cocina, baños, muebles, azulejos, puertas y ventanas.

El apartamento es fresco y ventoso y completamente protegido, libre de mosquitos.

Guardias de seguridad nocturnos a tiempo completo patrullan las instalaciones.

Ambas habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo y cuentan con camas king size y baño privado.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito negro, lavavajillas, horno, estufa de gran tamaño, cafetera Senseo, licuadoras, tostadoras, microondas ... la lista continúa.

Internet, wifi y televisión por cable también está incluido.

Se pondrá a su disposición un teléfono celular local.

Hay un televisor en cada habitación y una base para altavoces para iPhone / iPod en la sala de estar. Hay una lavadora, caja fuerte digital, plancha y secador de pelo.

Para alquileres de 2 semanas o más, hay un servicio de limpieza semanal incluido, donde se cambian las toallas y la ropa de cama.

El arrecife está justo en frente y es un clásico de Bonaire. Según años de encuestas REEF, Bari Reef, como se le llama, tiene más biodiversidad que otros arrecifes en Bonaire. Su snorkel matutino será excelente, sus inmersiones diurnas y nocturnas serán excepcionales.

Sand Dollar Resort es la comunidad frente al mar más grande de Bonaire con largos senderos a lo largo de la costa. A diferencia de muchos apartamentos de Bonaire, no hay carreteras ni acceso público entre usted y el agua. Y es tranquilo! Los sonidos del desarrollo están en otra parte.

Wonderful views

We travelled to Bonaire with our adult son for snorkelling, diving and relaxation. The Blue Zone was the perfect spot for us. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and well appointed. It is also well located for snorkelling right on the beach and shopping for necessities. The views are incredible. This property is even better than it appears on line. We highly recommend this dream location.

We always enjoy our time in Bonaire! The accommodations were very nice. Although we knew the living space was not air conditioned, it did take time to get accustomed to the heat in the living space. I would recommend another floor fan and maybe putting a tv in the main bedroom. With that said, we still plan on returning to this unit if it available when we plan our return.

This oasis, the Blue Zone is phenomenal. The ambiance, the view, the beauty is incredible. I loved it so much I added on an extra week. Looking forward to returning. It was so clean and comfortable. The owners are amazing. 10/10 recommended.

The Blue Zone is filled with under water photography and original paintings which is amazing. The unit has everything a traveler needs. Wonderful grounds crew. We've stayed at Sand Dollar 6 yrs now and love it!

More spacious than expected!

We had a wonderful stay. The place has spacious living and kitchen areas. Plenty of room for our family of 4 divers to be comfortable and spread out. Even had scuba gear locker on 1st floor to use. Easy access to dive shop next door and several places to enter the water. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Owners were accommodating and very responsive. I would definitely book this again!

Absolutely Perfect

What a perfect location.....right on the water. We snorkeled right from the property everyday, sometimes twice a day. Delightfully pleasant unit with every convenience we could have asked. The owners and their property caretaker were very easy to work with. We had no problems at all and are looking forward to staying here again next year! BTW, several good restaurants are within walking distance.

BEST Bonaire Vaca Ever!!

Catherine’s condo is absolutely fantastic - location, location, location! One of our fav dive spots is right outside the condo, ease of walking to Dive Friends pier for boat diving/gear storage, makes it ideal. Then quiet evenings enjoying fantastic trade winds, ocean views and simply gorgeous artwork makes this the dream vaca! Condo is a home, every convienence +, oustanding in every respect. ❤️💕 our time and can’t wait to come back!! Thanks Catherine for sharing your wonderful home!!

Great location!

This is a beautiful, comfortable, well thought out rental that includes a very detailed book describing how things work, suggestions for restaurants, massage, snorkeling sites etc. Snorkeling in front of the condo was a treat for a quick afternoon or morning dip, or for an extended swim. Both the owner & local caretaker were very responsive. We stayed for 2 weeks, this is a great rental & we would not hesitate to return. Thanks so much. Michelle (Feb. 2023)

Wow

All we could say was "wow" when we entered the apartment and began walking around. Not only are the views spectacular but the artwork and photographs are stunning. Catherine's home is in the perfect location with snorkeling and diving right in front, great restaurants within walking distance (but you don't need them with the incredible kitchen in the apartment) and friendly people in the surrounding apartments. We stayed in 4 different places in Bonaire and this was by far the best. We are already making plans to return.

Blue Zone @ Sand Dollar is amazing. This is the second time I have stayed at this property. I am so lucky it was available. The dedicated dive locker and cart was a luxury we used every day. No need to hang gear all over the place to dry. This 2 bedroom unit is very large with tons of seating areas. Being on the Second Floor, I always felt safe. The condo is beautifully decorated with photos and art created by the owners. Blue Zone has everything you need for an amazing vacation. I can't wait to return!

Feels like you are staying in an art gallery

Just got home from Bonaire to face a layover and a hurricane heading our way! Nothing can put a damper on our stay at Blue Zone. The condo was very well appointed, which made our stay very comfortable. Amazing views were everywhere you looked, including on the walls. The property owners were both artists and photographers. It was so beautiful. The bedrooms were well done, and the beds were comfortable. It was so nice to have air conditioning for bedtime. Snorkeling and diving offered sights to behold. Our daughter's first sighting was her favorite to see...an octopus. He lived right at the Sand Dollar. We love coming to Bonaire. Our daughter got certified, so now the two of them can dive together. This is truly a lovely condo! Thank you!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We stayed in this unit for a week and really enjoyed it. The place was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything thing you could need and it is a large unit. Every window you look out there f you see the water. The breeze coming through the screened windows is amazing and keeps the place nice and cool even during the hottest times of the day. We never needed the air conditioning in the bedroom. You are just steps away from swimming in the ocean. Lots of fish right in front of unit and very easy snorkeling. We have stayed in many rentals all over the world and this one ranks very high on the list. All the rooms are filled with beautiful art work created by the owners. Short drive into town and restaurants. We never used the pool. Highly recommend!

Super nice stay!

This condo is absolutely lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. This was not our first time staying in Sand Dollar, but this was definitely the nicest property we've stayed in. Spacious, clean, very convenient for diving, so many convenient little things - power strips, a drying rack, well-stocked kitchen, even grocery bags. We would definitely book again!

A beautiful property in a prime location

We loved our stay at the Blue Zone and will definitely try to stay there again on our next trip to Bonaire. The apartment is large, well-equipped, and just steps from the ocean and the Dive Friends shop and dock. There is convenient parking outside the door and we appreciated the night security guard who patrolled the property. It is also in close proximity to a handful of nice restaurants. Catherine, the owner, answered all of our questions promptly leading up to the trip and her property manager was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I do think it's important for travelers to know that, though the bedrooms in the apartment have air conditioning, the rest of the apartment does not. Overall, I highly recommend the Blue Zone as a wonderful place to stay while vacationing in Bonaire.

Fantastic stay at the Blue Zone!

Our family had a wonderful trip at the Blue Zone. This second floor unit takes up the entire floor with beautiful sea views and every amenity. The dive locker, wash tank, and dive cart were critical to making a special rental even more so. We loved the art as well!

The Blue Zone is the place to be!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Blue Zone, we couldn't ask to be closer to the water. The view was incredible and we loved the location. This was our first time to Bonaire and we loved the shore diving. Dive friends is within walking distance and we loved having the opportunity to dive when we wanted to. When we weren't diving we enjoyed swimming out in front of the unit, feeding the iguanas, and looking for parrots. The blue zone is decorated with beautiful photos and paintings and I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else.

Awesome time at Blue Zone

We didn’t want to leave. The Blue Zone was perfect for our family of three. The accommodations are exactly as advertised and Catherine was spot on with her communication and suggestions. The home is beautiful, great location, set up well for divers and the A/C in the bedrooms works great. The views are amazing and you will be making a great decision by staying at the Blue Zone. The ambiance with the art work by the hosts made it a special feeling. Thanks for the little things that a lot of hosts don’t provide. Spices, cooking oil, soap, etc…we left a few things to add to future use as well. It was perfect. Thanks Catherine!!!

Bonaire diving/snorkeling vacation in late May

We spent a wonderful week at the Blue Zone apartment with its amazing views of the ocean and the mountains. The house is nicely furnished and we enjoyed the artwork on the walls. My husband and daughter had some great night dives at the house reef and they were frequently joined by some friendly Tarpon fish. The kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare simple meals at home, so we preferred that to dining out, and we were very happy with the food selection at Van Den Tweel supermarket. The Sand Dollar community is gated and requires an electronic key fob, which is nice for security but a little inconvenient when diving/snorkeling, so we chose to buy a small dry box and carry it with us into the ocean (I wear an O'Neil hooded swim shirt with a zippered back pocket). We would stay here again because the home is so comfortable and convenient for diving.

A rare find…a very special home

F22 is much more than an amazing condo with spectacular views. The minute you step into the Blue Zone you have entered a unique home. A home that reflects the owner’s love for the ocean through their personal artwork and books. It is amazing to wander through the condo and find interesting surprises. We feel very fortunate to have been able to call the Blue Zone home for two weeks. Catherine provided a very comprehensive detailed guide for how everything works to recommendations for everything Bonaire. The condo location provides easy access to the ocean for diving and snorkeling. A convenient soak tank and dive locker are provided. A dedicated parking area was much appreciated as Bonaire vehicle numbers have dramatically increased. Thank you to Catherine and Dominique for sharing their special place!

Fantastic apartment on the water

We stayed at the Blue Zone apartment for two weeks and it was terrific. It’s location at the Sand dollar resort is ideal with terrific swimming, snorkeling and diving right at your doorstep. We took a walk into town early each morning and then went for an early swim. The apartment is huge, well laid out and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and handy to use. We traveled to the northern and southern sections to the island for snorkeling And hired a boat to go out the Klein Bonaire three times. The apartment is fully screened which allows you to take advantage of the constant breeze and there really was no need to even turn on the air conditioning. We loved our stay there.

Beautiful Condo and View

The condo was beautiful and had an really beautiful view. It was just as advertised. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were great and I loved the proximity to the water, as well as the ability to dive off the pier next door. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here in the future.

Beyond our expectations

This property is absolutely gorgeous, every space within it has been carefully thought out and exquisitely decorated. This apartment has everything you need, whether you want to prepare yourself something simple or cook a great meal. It is also very spacious, with stunning views of the ocean. It’s also the perfect spot to catch stunning sunsets! We are also divers, so we found the private locker very useful!!! This property has Bari reef as the house reef and next door you have Dive Friends makes it very convenient! My husband and I cannot say enough at how much we enjoyed it! We give this property five stars out out of 5!

We chose Sand Dollar and specifically this apartment after testing the rest. It's the last quiet corner of Bonaire. We lived in Sabadecco long ago as well as Belnem. Construction, traffic noise, theft... all of that we got away from and we can enjoy the beauty of the sea. The apartment is like being on a boat, on land!
