Our experience here was great. An amazing location and all we needed as a family of 4. We enjoyed our stay for our first time in Rome and would come back here again for sure! The washing machine was broken by the current guests which was our only issue. Francesco and Rosie were both very available and gave us great information and advice. We walked pretty much everywhere!

Very communicative and easy. Location is excellent for sites around Rome. Air conditioning is very good and very much needed for summer months. Despite being near busy road we had no issue with noise at all. Comfy bed, sitting room makes into a great 2nd bedroom. Elevator for bags and only one flight of stairs. Decent shower. What more could you need? Even a clothes washer. Great access to 64 bus to termini and metro. Walk to all other sites is easy.

The location great and only about 15 -20 minutes walking distance from all the attractions you would in Rome. There is a supermarket across the street and good restaurants just steps from the apartment.

We loved our stay in Rome! The apartment was exactly as shown. Simona who checked us in was amazing. She was kind, considerate and super helpful. She sent us so many great recommendations that we really enjoyed. The apartment is perfectly located, well equipped and very clean. I highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

The apartment in a great location, with a lift, and it was clean, with an extra room with a couch to place all of your bags - out of your bedroom. There is an ironing board and iron, and a front hall table with a plug to allow two people to get ready on one time. The washer/dryer combo were great. There are two hair dryers - one with a diffuser and isolator narrow funnel. The owner and host were amazing - before, during and after our stay. We would stay here again.

This was a lovely place to stay in Rome. The location was fantasic and the service was exceptionnel. The host and assistant were friendly and easy to deal with and provided lots of recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. High recommend.

Great host and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The host reached out multiple times leading up to our trip. He set us up with transportation from the airport, responded to questions quickly, made check-in easy, and provided an apartment that was great for 4 people. Check-in was quick and provided us with all the info we needed about the apartment. The furnishings were sufficient for our needs and the entire apartment was very clean. Not too far from the Vatican, Trevi, train station, etc…. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Recommend this apartment for a small family.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. Communication was clear ahead of our arrival, and the apartment was spotless. Simona was helpful in explaining anything we needed to know about the apartment and making sure the beds were set to meet our needs. The location was wonderful -- close to many big attractions and on the edge of a neighborhood that had good restaurants and shops that were less touristy. I hope you travel back to Rome in the future and would love to stay again!

Apartment has everything you could need for a short stay, although it is dated. The location is an ideal base for walking, just be mindful it's a busy city with lots of street noise, I wouldn't recomend for light sleepers.

This property is 5 Stars all the way.My wife and I traveled to Roma as part of our 5th Anniversary trip and Francesco made everything so easy. From his fantastic apartment, to his assisting/arranging transfers from the airport to the apartment and later to the port in Civitevecchia, to recommendations of nearby restaurants. Francesco was so helpful. The apartment was in walking distance of most of our "must see" sites and many other Roma treasures that we just stumbled upon. His property was very clean and so comfortable with air conditioning as it was very hot outside. We also felt very safe in the area and at night while we slept. I must go on record as "Highly" Recommending this property. Would i stay there again? YES, YES, YES!!!!
