Ft. Myers get-away

The property is very pretty with a lovely pool. There are no other activites on the property, but it is very centrally located. The full time residents are not overly welcoming to the short term renters. The condo itself is very nice.

The absolute best!!

I stayed at this property for seven months while completing my schooling. Frank, the owner, was always responsive & kind whenever I needed something or had a question, but was never imposing or invasive. The property is beautiful, it has everything you will need, & it’s clean, clean, CLEAN! If I was ever in the area again, I would absolutely stay here. Definitely book your stay here if you have the chance!

Nice enough

Property was clean and roomy. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Loved the surrounding area. The furniture in the little sitting room was comfortable, however, the furniture in the living/tv room was quite worn and not so comfortable. We were also charged $200 for wifi for the month (seriously?) which is listed under amenities which implies that it's included.

Quiet very good location!

Nice clean 2 bedroom condo located in The Gardens at Beachwalk. We stayed for the month of February. It is close to FMB and Sanibel. Easy drive to downtown Ft. Myers. Walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, CVS and Target. Condo is well stocked with basic kitchen items. Each bedroom has adequate closet space, 2 nightstands and 1 dresser so plenty of space to place personal items in. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Adequate family TV room. Bed and bath linens provided. Washer and dryer in unit. Pool noodles available. Low sitting portable beach chairs available. Quiet complex-no neighbor noise. Gated community. Enjoyable stay. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this complex (different condo unit) and will come back again.

Great rental experience

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Very handy to the beach, shopping and eating places as well as close to the pool. Frank the property manager was great to work with. I would come definitely come again.

Condo in perfect location

Property owner wonderful to work with and responds in a very timely fashion. Condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything there just show up with food! Community pool is beautiful! Large as well you will love it!

Big apartment - and perfect location

We spent an amazing month in this apartment. The flat is clean, bright, and big and has everything your need for a comfortable stay. The location is just 11 minutes driving from the beach. Frank is a great host solving any questions just in a few minutes. The complex has a good gym right near the pool. It is a very quiet place. Overall it was like a gift for that price!

Great Condo. Would Come Back Again.

The condo was very clean and comfortably furnished. The unit was close to the pool. Good location in town. It's a short drive to beaches and grocery and other stores (i.e. Target, Walmart). I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

A 5 week stay

This complex is beautiful. Great location close to bars and restaurants. Not far from beach but prepare for traffic lined up to get across bridge. Took us about 45 min. Some units have a balcony, some dont. This one did not and we missed it more than i thought we would. The place could have been cleaner. We swept up a pretty good pile of dirt, cereal and other stuff from under the couch. It's a nice unit but needs a little love, handle broke on microwave, light under microwave had a broken bulb stuck in the socket. Couldn't get it out to replace. Furniture is due for an upgrade. wifi went out the second day but Frank was right on it and we got it working. No problems after that. We would stay there again.

Great location & amenities

Condo had comfortable beds, was well equipped for beaching and longer stays. Check in was a breeze and Frank handled small issues promptly. Location is perfect for the price.

Wow Great location with so much to see and do.

We were within walking distance to shopping and a short bike ride to parks and walking trails. A quick drive to 4 different beaches. Just a little over hour drive to the Everglades. It was great to have a pool around the corner from our Condo. The condo was neat, clean and very relaxing. Like have washer and dryer.

Well kept and clean. Attractive complex

Spent a week here and loved it. Well maintained and easy access to local attractions. The property was clean and nicely furnished with very comfortable living space. The pool was wonderful and so relaxing. Game room available. Enjoyed our stay very much and are eager to return. Owner was very helpful. Highly recommend

Fantastic, Clean, Great Layout & Location!

This was only the second time my wife and I have used VRBO and we were so HAPPY! This condo had a fantastic layout. Was VERY clean and comfortable! The furniture and beds were like being at home! Very nice frig and oven too. Plus the location was perfect for us. Great proximity to both the beaches on Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island and some very good restaurants when we didn't want to cook. The building complex itself was very quite, secure with a GREAT pool area that felt like our own as it was never busy! The owners were excellent to work with and answered all our questions since we are newbies. I know we'll be back again! Can't wait!

Awesome condo close to beach and night life

This listing was as described. The layout was very nice. The property was very clean and well maintained. The customer service was excellent. The owner went above and beyond of what was expected. This is 10 minutes to the beach and also has nice restaurants by the beach for the night life. This is very close to the pool and workout room.I would recommend this property anyone.

Loved the condo and the area!

Great condo! We loved our stay. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The condo was near to everything. Fort Myers Beach was very close. The gated community where the condo is located is well kept with a super pool and activity area. Frank was responsive and helpful. We would stay again.
