Ubicado a 500 metros de la Torre Eiffel y Trocadéro, a 100 metros del metro PASSY, en un edificio de lujo, apartamento luminoso, tranquilo y confortable en el distrito comercial PASSYMUETTE. Ideal para visitar PARIS y hacer compras o estancias profesionales.
Zona muy comercial con el barrio de la Muette, rue de Passy y la Muette.
El departamento está totalmente equipado, cuenta con TV por cable y conexión a internet WIFI.
Apartamento muy tranquilo. No hay espacio en la calle.
Se encuentra en el 4to piso con ascensor y no da a la calle.
El comedor es independiente y la cocina independiente está totalmente equipada con lavadora y lavavajillas. Tiene un horno empotrado, microondas y vitrocerámica de 4 quemadores. Todos los electrodomésticos son nuevos.
Podemos acomodar a 6 personas, 1 habitación grande para 3 personas con una cama doble grande y una cama pequeña para 1 niño o adolescente, la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama para 2 personas y una cama plegable adicional para un niño o un adolescente
El baño está equipado con un lavabo grande, un baño con ducha y un inodoro.

Close to Eiffel Tower and metro

The property is in an excellent location! Our check in process was a breeze and as far as I know so was our check out! The apartment was not spotless, you could tell it was a quick turn around between guests but it wasn’t horrible. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the family and the internet worked great. Linens are on the older side. Paris turned out to not be our favorite city, but the apartment was comfortable.

Lavadora de ropa-secadora-hornos(micro y el normal) cafetera-refrigerador “nuevo”-el baño está renovado-muchas toallas-y ropa de cama.. Estuvimos 12 noches -seis perdonas-y fue fácil organizarnos-y Los dueños “SEÑORES BERGER” siempre muy accesibles para brindarnos algún apoyo. he estao varias veces en este apartamento!! Aunque las fotos son uen distintas a la realidad es un buen espacio para estar por larga temporadas!! Muy bien la localizacion y muy tranquilo!! Es un apartamento viejo y lleno de puertas pero bien equipado!!! El tapete es horrible y sucio lo debian cambiar pir madera!!! asi y todo vuelvo !!!

Great little apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great and fit our family of 5. Short distance commute to the Eiffel Tower and public transportation was easily accessible. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks again!

Great location! Near markets, shopping and the metro.

Owner was very accommodating to different arrivals of our group. The hallway is very narrow and it is hard to communicate with others if you are in different rooms. It would be nice to have directions within the binder of how to work the different appliances. Loved the neighborhood and all the great shops around. The Eiffel Tower is so close and it was great to see it early in the morning before the crowds and then at night when it would light up!

Super Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Hinterhaus in einem schönen Viertel. Bäcker, Geschäfte und Metro-Station sind um die Ecke, ein größerer Supermarkt 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Zum Eiffelturm braucht man zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas älter, Küche und Bad sind aber neu. Die Betten sind gut. Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung, der Platz reichte absolut. Die Wohnung würde ich auch Freunden empfehlen!

Great Location

Great location in the 16th Arr. Could use some updating of the furniture. Kitchen is well equipped. The apartment has a quirky layout - with odd angles and twelve doors! Many of the doors are locked and appear to go nowhere.

Great location

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and it was great. I don’t mind the layout although some reviews say it’s awkward, we loved the location and how easy it is to walk around the area and take the metro. The host was very helpful before and during the trip. We would stay here again when we visit Paris again.

Very nice apartment in a cozy area in Paris.

We really enjoyed our stay, have nothing to complain about. This was much better than staying in a hotel. It was very close to the metro and there was a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. We will definetely book this apartment again when we'll come to Paris next time.

Great property close to the Eiffel Tower

The apartment had the basic amenities that we needed. It was close to the metro station and the eiffel tower, which made it very convenient. There are several restaurants, bakeries and groceries stores in walking distance. Not a lot of character in the apartment, but it was enough for us. The bathroom was great and it looks like it was renovated recently. The washer and dryer were a little difficult to understand. It would have been great if there were instructions in English. Overall, it was a very convenient, clean apartment with basic amenities.

Could have been better

The location was fantastic (very close to the Trocadero, Tour Eiffel and Passy Metro Station). The apartment felt very safe. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated and are very nice. Washer/Dryer in the kitchen as a great feature for folks who had been traveling for 10 days. The toilet ran after flushing. I contacted the owner but they never fixed it. The TV and cable didn't work well at all. While we weren't there to watch TV, it would have been nice to see some news. With a little effort the apartment could have been so much nicer. The layout is awkward The carpet in the main room was brown, old and stained. It should be pulled up to expose the beautiful wood floors. The furniture ( a pullout couch and table) were old and placed in odd locations. A cot was set up in the living room, but with only two people staying should have been stored away. The separate bedroom was comfortable. The living area/bedroom could be adorable but no effort had been made. Despite the description, there is no view of the TourEiffel

Perfect

Genevieve' apartment was perfect for our family of 4 to visit Paris for the first time. The location was ideal for stepping out and strolling to the various sites. It's also very convenient to the metro. It was clean, spacious and had all of the amenities you could need. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location is great. The room is well-equipped, and heating works well. The room is bright with natural lights. Genevieve is great and very easy to work with! She let me check in early and his studio is in the perfect location in Paris. Right by the subway and rer train and just a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower. We went to the Eiffel Tower every night at sunset to see the lights come on. You couldn't probably do this staying in another area of Paris. The studio is just the perfect amount of space and the courtyard it overlooks is very pretty. I felt very safe in the location as well. Great deal!

L’appartement est rénové mais mal configuré. Aucun espace commun si une personne dort au salon. Literie et serviettes au minimum. Équipement cuisine au minimun, propreté pas au top. Éponge cuisine qui a servi, traces de doigts sur table, dégat d’huile dans armoire. Les photos sur site nous laissent croire à un plus bel appartement

Great apartment in a very safe area

We had some difficulty making it to the apartment because of some travel delays but Genevieve was very accommodating and allowed us to check in the following day. He responded to phone calls in Paris as we kept each other appraised of our situation. The apartment is in a great location one block from the Rue Passy area. There are many good restaurants in the area so we ate most meals out in the evening. The apartment had good internet and a washer and dryer. Genevieve was very good about explaining how everything worked. The TVs worked well and had a couple of English channels. There is a boulangerie at few steps so we usually bought something for breakfast there each morning. There are two grocery stores few blocks away. Eiffel Towel and Trocadero are within walking distance or a 10-15 min metro ride. The area around the apartment was very quiet and we rarely heard any noise once in the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris. The apartment experience allows you to feel like part of the community as opposed to just a visitor.

I highly recommend this apartment

The apartment was exactly as advertised in the pictures which was comforting when booking online. It was very clean and well laid out This neighborhood is terrific because we were able to walk to so many places like the Metro Station, Eiffel Tower, grocery store, pharmacy and many good restaurants and bakeries. The beds were comfortable. Cooking tools and dishes were adequate. Plenty of storage for clothes. Wi-Fi & TV are easy. Tub, shower, towels, washer and dryer all adequate. The price is fair. We were super satisfied with our choice to stay here.

Misleading description of flat

This apartment is in a very convenient location but it is NOT a two-bedroom flat. The one bedroom is fine. The second, so-called bedroom, is in fact a fold out couch in the living room. The apartment is laid out as if it were a jigsaw puzzle with weird angles and narrow hallways. Future renters should ask to see a floor plan before deciding to stay here.

Great apartment, close to metro & Eiffel Tower

We stayed 4 nights, with kids who are 12 & 14. The apartment worked really well, with lots of room for us & two separate beds for the kids. Shops, groceries & restaurants were very close. Host was great! We'd happily stay again if we manage to get back to Paris.

Great location for our family of 5

Our family of 5 (including 3 kids aging 8-14 years) traveled from the USA for a short stay in Paris. Communication throughout the booking process and upon check was very easy with Jean Francois and he was promptly waiting for us when we arrived. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 days. The neighborhood is very safe and less than a 1/4 mile from the Passy metro station. There apartment is in a very good location as there are plenty of restaurants within a few hundred feet from the apartment and a few grocery stores are also close. Jean Francois was very helpful in describing all of the aspects of the apartment upon check in and he gave ideas on things to do in the area. The entire process of renting, check in, and check out was very simple especially since Jean Francois spoke English very well which was very helpful since we do not speak French very well. The unit did not have air conditioning but they had 12 inch oscillating fans in the main den and in the bedroom. We stayed during a warm part of the summer but left the windows open and it was adequate for our stay (we're also from Florida so we tolerate heat pretty well). The apartment also had a combination washing machine/dryer which worked well, and the kitchen was adequately stocked for our stay. One thing to note is the apartment is on the 4th floor and the building does have a lift but the lift is small and for those who are claustrophobic, you'll need to plan to hike up and down the stairs. We were hardly in the apartment since our main goal was to take in the sites of the city but we would not hesitate to stay here again - the apartment was a good value for our time in Paris.

Everything was great. Five stars if there was a bathtub to soak our tired old bones after walking 5 to 7 miles per day. Nice location local restaurants and close to metro. If we get back again, we would definitely try to stay here again.

Newly renovated Kitchen and bath

We stayed in this apartment for our first visit to Paris. We loved the area of Passy. It has everything you need - shops, Monoprix, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants. It’s walking distance to the train and Eiffel Tower. If you’re looking for a more direct line to the center of Paris you can walk further about 10 minutes to Boulainvilliers. The apartment is cozy and well maintained. The owners were pleasant and very helpful - would repeat the visit!
